I am a Yorkshireman by birth, born just outside of the city of York.
My maternal grandparents were Yorkshire Dales farmers
I have lived mainly in the North-East of England, but my DNA Investigation throws up ancestry from central Scotland, North Wales, Lincolnshire and the Lake District with Carlisle and also Northern Ireland.
