I Praise God for the fellowship with these two ladies around me!

Kumusta ka? (How are you?)

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22

Two points:
1. Cheerful heart.
2. Crushed spirit.

Both have distinctions, and It also reminds us to encourage and build each other up,
[1 Thess.5:11].

So basically, we choose to be cheerful because that is a good medicine.

Grateful to the ONE who provided everything! 🏽🏽
