(2 Timothy 3:1, KJV) Introdction The Bible clearly teaches that before the second coming of Jesus Christ, the world will experience a period known as the last days or end times. This generation will witness both remarkable spiritual opportunities and intense moral decline. While technology, knowledge, and communication will increase, many hearts will grow cold toward God. As believers, we are called not merely to recognize the signs of the times but to remain faithful, holy, and prepared for Christ's return. > "Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come." — Matthew 24:42 Characteristics of the End-Time Generation 1. People Will Become Lovers of Themselves Bible Text: 2 Timothy 3:2 Selfishness will replace selflessness. Many will pursue personal pleasure, fame, and success above God. Many Will Have a Form of Godliness Without Power Bible Text: 2 Timothy 3:5 Religion without genuine transformation will become widespread. God desires transformed hearts, not empty religious rituals. 10. The Faithful Will Endure to the End Bible Text: Matthew 24:13 Those who remain steadfast in faith will receive eternal life.
