Day 12 - MORNING
Theme: LOVE IN ACTION – BUILDING A MARRIAGE THAT SERVES
Reflection
Love Carries The Load Together
Good morning,
Some burdens are too heavy for one person alone.
Whether it is raising children, caring for ageing parents, managing finances, or walking through illness, God never intended marriage to be a one-person journey.
The strongest words in marriage are often not "I can handle it."
They are:
"Let us face this together."
That is the language of covenant.
God's Word
"Two are better than one... If either of them falls, one can help the other up." — Ecclesiastes 4:9–10
Today's Love Action
Ask your spouse, "What can I do today to make your load lighter?"
Let's Talk
What challenge brought you closer together as a couple?
Prayer
Lord, help us carry each other's burdens with love, patience and joy. Amen.
From The Counselor's Chair
The happiest couples do not divide life into "your problems" and "my problems." They learn to say, "Our challenge."
Marriage Nugget
"Love does not stand on the sidelines; it steps in to help."
Remember
In marriage, it is not about winning the argument; it is about winning each other's hearts.
