The golden sun,
And God's own Son,
Shines brightly on my face;
That which was fore,
Stands still her for,
The glory of God's grace.
So let it rain,
My God will reign,
And beautify the earth;
While fools will stand here,
And yet can't hear,
The wisdom in His mirth.
In the Lord's light,
My burdens light,
His yoke is easy still;
And in His light,
My faith I'll cite,
and do my Father's will.
