Let Love Be Your Greatest Witness (John 13:34–35)
How do people know that you belong to Jesus?
Is it because you attend church every Sunday?
Is it because you post Bible verses on social media?
Is it because you wear a cross around your neck?
Those things can be meaningful.
But Jesus gave His followers a greater sign.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”
Love is the evidence of a life transformed by Christ.
When you forgive instead of seeking revenge...
When you show kindness to someone who cannot repay you...
When you encourage someone who feels forgotten...
When you choose peace instead of conflict...
When you serve others with humility...
You reflect the heart of Jesus.
The world is filled with anger, division, and hatred.
As followers of Christ, we are called to stand out—not through arguments, but through love.
Love doesn't ignore the truth.
Love speaks the truth with grace.
Love doesn't judge to condemn.
Love reaches out to restore.
People may forget your words.
But they will remember how you made them feel.
Your kindness may open a door for the Gospel.
Your compassion may answer someone's silent prayer.
Your love may be the reason someone becomes curious about Jesus.
Today, ask God to help you love people the way He loves you.
Love your family.
Love your friends.
Love your neighbours.
Love those who disagree with you.
Love those who are difficult to love.
Because when we love like Jesus, we become living examples of His grace.
And through that love, others can discover the Savior.
Who can you intentionally show the love of Christ to today?
