THE PILGRIMS GUIDE MONDAY JULY 27, 2026 THE DANGER OF CORRUPT INFLUENCE A WORD FROM THE WORD:  "A little leaven leavens the whole lump." Galatians 5:9 NKJV. There is this subtlety with which small compromises and wrong voices can affect, and actually torpedo your spiritual walk if you're not carefully focused on the LORD Jesus with a determined disposition. But remaining aligned to the One who called you is a veritable and helpful panacea in the face pressure, confusion or oppositions. Another thing that would be helpful to you is to recognise influences and persuasions that are not from God, and deal with them in obedience to God and His Word. Endeavour to persevere in faith without being distracted, deceived, or discouraged. Learn to remain steadfast in, focused on the LORD Jesus in the face of the corrupting influences around and about you. May God help you to fix your gaze on the LORD Jesus and persevere faithfully by the help of His Spirit in the face of the fiercest oppositions and corrupting influences. PRAYER BULLETS: LORD Jesus, thank You for showing Yourself strong on my behalf and dying in my place. Help me to identify and overcome dangerous and corrupting influences that seek to take me away from you.
