TODAY'S KINGDOM INSIGHTS.

SERMON TOPIC:

LAST WEEK OF JULY: GOD WILL FINISH WHAT HE STARTED

Bible Reading:

Philippians 1:6

> “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

We have entered the last week of July.
Some began this month with great expectations. Some received good news. Some experienced challenges. Some prayed prayers that have not yet received answers. Some are carrying testimonies, while others are carrying questions.
But here is the good news:
The God who brought you into July will not abandon you in the last week of July!
You may not have seen everything you expected, but God is still working.
1. THANK GOD FOR PRESERVATION
Before asking God for what you want, stop and thank Him for what He has already done.
You survived battles you never announced.
You escaped dangers you never knew existed.
You experienced God's protection in ways you cannot explain.
Psalm 124:2-3 says:
> “If it had not been the LORD who was on our side…”
The fact that you are still standing is evidence that God has been faithful.
Don't allow what you have not received to make you forget what God has already done.
2. GOD CAN STILL DO SOMETHING GREAT IN THE LAST DAYS OF JULY
Never tell yourself, “The month is almost over, so nothing can happen again.”
God does not need thirty days to change a situation.
Joseph's story changed in one day.
David's story changed in one day.
Peter's fishing experience changed in one encounter with Jesus.
Psalm 126:1 reminds us that God can suddenly turn captivity into restoration.
Your calendar may say “last week,” but heaven can say “appointed time.”
One phone call can change your situation.
One opportunity can open a new chapter.
One divine encounter can redirect your destiny.
Never underestimate what God can do in a few days.
3. WHAT DID NOT HAPPEN IN JULY DOES NOT MEAN GOD HAS DENIED YOU
Sometimes we confuse delay with denial.
Because something did not happen when we expected it, we conclude that God has forgotten us.
But Scripture says:
Habakkuk 2:3
> “Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
God's timing is not always our timing.
If July did not produce the testimony you expected, don't throw away your faith.
Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep serving. Keep walking with God.
Your story is not finished because July is ending.
4. ENTER AUGUST WITHOUT CARRYING JULY'S FEAR
One of the greatest mistakes we can make is carrying the disappointments of one season into another.
Don't enter August saying:
“Nothing good can happen to me.”
“I have tried everything.”
“God has forgotten me.”
“My situation will never change.”
No!
Isaiah 43:18-19 says:
> “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing…”

God is able to give you a new beginning.
Leave behind the disappointment, but carry forward the lessons.
Leave behind the pain, but carry forward your faith.
Leave behind the failure, but carry forward the wisdom.
5. FINISH JULY STRONG
Don't become spiritually careless because the month is ending.
Galatians 6:9 says:
> “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Finish this month with:

Prayer
The Word of God
Forgiveness
Thanksgiving
Faith
Courage
Don't quit at the edge of your breakthrough.
You may be closer than you think.

DECLARATIONS FOR THE LAST WEEK OF JULY

I declare over your life:
You will not end July in shame!
You will not end July in defeat!
You will not end July in confusion!
Every good thing God has ordained for you shall not be stolen by the enemy.
May God restore what was lost.
May He heal what was broken.
May He open doors that no man can shut.
May He give you wisdom for the next season.
May your family experience God's mercy.
May your labour produce results.
May your prayers receive divine attention.
And as July comes to an end, may God prepare you for a greater August!

PRAYER

Father, I thank You for bringing me this far. Thank You for Your mercy, protection, provision and faithfulness throughout July. As I enter the final days of this month, let Your grace speak for me. Restore what I have lost, complete what You have started, and let every good purpose concerning my life come to fulfilment. Give me the strength to finish well and the faith to enter the next month with expectation. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

FINAL WORD

July may be ending, but God's faithfulness is not ending.
Your month may be closing, but your testimony is not closing.
Your calendar may be changing, but God's purpose for your life remains alive.

Finish July with thanksgiving. Enter August with faith.
The God who kept you will continue to keep you.
The God who started with you will finish with you.
And the God who brought you this far will take you farther!

WELCOME TO THE LAST WEEK OF JULY!
God bless you and your household.
