I am sure that many Christians go through moments of doubt. We look at our lives, the stress, the constant worryin…. and we wonder where God is during our times of hardship. Many may even consider the fact that they are not children of God anymore. They believe they have lost there faith and Devotion to Him.
This is far from the truth, though. Just read the scripture above. Paul says that nothing, NOTHING has the power to separate us from the love of God. Remember, friends, the price has been paid in full by the blood of Jesus. No sin, no devious plans to ruin us, even the angels around us can NEVER cause our God to abandon us.
As humans we may lose our way. We may be trapped in the darkness while Satan himself whisper in your ear. He tells us it’s over, because of our sin God does not care for us anymore. These negative thoughts can be so powerful that it drags you ever deeper into the abyss.
Do not be misled by the evil one. He is a liar, a fallen angel with his intent being to steal us away from God. If you believe in God, in Christ our Saviour and the Holy Spirit held in your heart and soul, nothing can cause God to wash his hands of you.
You have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. And even in bad times, He will be there for you. Do not fear the darkness, but keep your eyes on the light, taking things one step at a time.

I am your God and will take care of you until you are old and your hair is grey. I made you and will care for you; I will give you help and rescue you.
