To show how much power can be achieved through this prayer, the Lord Jesus said, "If you pray with faith, even mountains will fall into the sea!" Those who have seen big mountains can easily imagine how impossible it is for a mountain to fall into the sea. But the Lord Jesus said that such an event can also happen through prayer. In other words, the Lord Jesus used this parable to show that the power of prayer is infinite. In fact, it is not that such an impossible event did not happen through prayer. The proof of this is also in the Bible. When five great kings marched against Joshua, Joshua fought with great might all day and destroyed many armies. But he saw that all the enemies were not defeated and that when the sun went down, they would all flee under the cover of darkness. So he commanded, "Sun, stand still over Gibeon, and moon, over the plain of Aijalon." What a strange faith and prayer he had. “Then the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves on their enemies.” Joshua 10:12-13. All the planets and stars in space have motion. No one sits still. The earth also rotates on its axis, and the moon also revolves around the earth. But as a result of Joshua's prayer, the earth's daily motion stopped. As a result, the sun could no longer set. This impossible event was also achieved through prayer. No king of the world, with all their military might, could have done this great work. Therefore, prayer is needed to rescue the elect from the clutches of Satan. How much power is required to be used? "And whatever you ask for in prayer, believing, you will receive." Matthew 21:22
