"Go And Sin No More" means receiving Jesus Christ's forgiveness and turning away from a lifestyle of sin. It pairs mercy (not condemning the guilty woman) with a call to change. Jesus first protects the woman from her accusers and refuses to condemn her. Grace comes before the command to change. It also means to stop living a purposeful life of rebellion against God. It is an invitation to walk in freedom and make better choices.
