🕊One reason Jesus came was to recover what was lost, to restore what was stolen, to heal what was broken, to give you beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, to take what was meant for harm and turn it to your advantage. What you’ve lost is coming back. God is about to do a new thing. He’s not going to leave you at a deficit. He sees what you’ve been through and He’s going to make up for it. He’s going to breathe new life, new passion, new opportunities, new vision. You haven’t seen the best version of you yet. It’s still in front of you. But there’s something you have to do. You can’t sit on the sidelines, feeling sorry for yourself, thinking you’re washed up, guilty. “I’ve made so many mistakes. Why did these people do me wrong?" As long as you have that defeated mentality, you’re going to get stuck where you are. You have to get back in the game. Stir your faith up. Start believing again. Start dreaming again.
