🕊"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."_ *1 Peter 5:7*
🕊We were never meant to carry heavy thoughts alone. God invites us to hand Him our worries — big or small — because His care for us is constant. When we release what we cannot control, we make room for His peace to guard our hearts for the day.

🕊"The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing."_ *Psalm 23:1*
🕊 Contentment isn’t about having everything, it’s about knowing the One who provides everything. When we rest in God’s care, worry loses its grip because we remember we are led, protected, and supplied with exactly what we need for today.

- 🕊There comes a point where you have to train your mind to stop giving worry more attention than you give God. That doesn’t mean anxious thoughts will never come. It means you learn that every thought does not deserve a permanent place in your mind. When fear starts making you rehearse situations you cannot fix, control, or change in that moment, remind yourself: “I cannot carry this right now. I’m giving it to God.” Then intentionally turn your thoughts toward His goodness, His promises, and all the times He has already made a way for you. Jesus spoke about this in Luke 12:22–26 when He told His disciples not to spend their lives consumed with worry. He pointed them toward the ravens—birds that do not plant crops, gather harvests, or fill barns for tomorrow, yet God still provides for them. And then Jesus reminds us of something we often forget when anxiety gets loud: we are worth far more to God than the birds He faithfully feeds. Worry makes us feel like constantly thinking about the problem will somehow give us control over it, but Jesus asks, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” Worry cannot change tomorrow. It cannot rewrite yesterday. It cannot force an answer to come any faster. But worship can redirect your heart back toward the One who already holds tomorrow. So when your mind starts running ahead of you, bring it back. When the “what ifs” start getting loud, remember what God has already done. When you cannot do anything about the situation tonight, pray about it and leave it in His hands. You don’t have to solve tomorrow before you go to sleep today. Minimize the worry. Maximize the worship. God is already standing in the tomorrow you’re afraid of.🕊There comes a point where you have to train your mind to stop giving worry more attention than you give God. - 🕊I never fully understood how dangerous deceit could become until I read the story of Ananias and Sapphira in Acts 5. They sold a possession and secretly kept back part of the price, yet presented themselves as though they had given the whole. And Peter said unto Ananias, “Why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost?” — Acts 5:3. What convicted me was this: the issue was not simply what they kept back. It was that they wanted the appearance of complete obedience while secretly walking in deception. And how often does deceit begin this way? Not always with some great lie, but with a little thing hidden here, a truth twisted there, a story changed so we may appear innocent before people. But Scripture reminds us that what is concealed from man is never concealed from God. “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.” — Luke 12:2. Be careful of the heart that becomes comfortable hiding what God has already convicted you about. Be careful when lying becomes easier than confessing, when manipulation becomes easier than repentance, and when protecting an image becomes more important than protecting your heart. You may deceive the eyes of man, but you cannot deceive the One who searches the heart. Lord, create in us clean hearts. Let truth dwell within us even when honesty costs us something. Strip away every desire to manipulate, conceal, or pretend. For it is better to stand before man with an uncomfortable truth than to stand before God carrying a comfortable lie. What is done in darkness may remain hidden for a season, but nothing remains hidden from the Lord.🕊I never fully understood how dangerous deceit could become until I read the story of Ananias and Sapphira in Acts 5. 🤍 They sold a possession and secretly kept back part of the price, yet presented themselves as though they had given the whole. - 🕊There was a time when I used to think it sounded a little extreme that Jesus would leave the ninety-nine sheep just to go after the one that had wandered away. I couldn’t fully understand why one sheep mattered that much. But then life humbled me. I became the one who was lost, exhausted, broken, and carrying burdens I didn’t know how to put down. I was the one who drifted, the one who felt forgotten, and the one who wondered if God had given up on me. Looking back now, I realize He never stopped pursuing me. Even in the moments I couldn’t feel Him, He was guiding me. Even when I made mistakes, He never turned His back on me. He kept reaching for me with His grace, His mercy, and His unfailing love until my heart found its way back home. Jesus said, “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?” — Luke 15:4 That verse means something completely different to me now. I don’t read it as a story anymore—I read it as my testimony. I was the one He refused to leave behind. I was the one He kept calling by name. And if He did it for me, He’ll do it for you too. No matter how far you’ve wandered, how ashamed you feel, or how many wrong turns you’ve taken, the Good Shepherd is still searching with love, still offering grace, and still ready to carry you home. His love has never been based on your perfection. It’s always been based on His faithfulness.🕊There was a time when I used to think it sounded a little extreme that Jesus would leave the ninety-nine sheep just to go after the one that had wandered away. - 🕊I never fully understood Elijah in 1 Kings 19 until I became the kind of tired that sleep couldn’t fix. Elijah had just witnessed God move in a powerful way, yet shortly after, he was overwhelmed, afraid, and sitting under a tree telling God he had enough. And what gets me is… God didn’t shame him for being tired. He let him rest. He fed him. He gave him water. Then He told him,
🕊“Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee.” — 1 Kings 19:7 Whew.
Sometimes you’re not weak. Sometimes the journey has simply been heavy. And I love that God cared for Elijah’s body before He gave him his next assignment. That alone reminds me that God understands when we’re worn down. He knows when our minds are overwhelmed, when our hearts are tired, and when we’ve been carrying more than we’ve said out loud. So sis, if all you can do right now is rest, pray, eat, breathe, and take the next small step… do that. God is not disappointed in you for being tired. The same God who met Elijah under that tree knows exactly where to find you too.🕊I never fully understood Elijah in 1 Kings 19 until I became the kind of tired that sleep couldn’t fix. - 🕊One reason Jesus came was to recover what was lost, to restore what was stolen, to heal what was broken, to give you beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, to take what was meant for harm and turn it to your advantage. What you’ve lost is coming back. God is about to do a new thing. He’s not going to leave you at a deficit. He sees what you’ve been through and He’s going to make up for it. He’s going to breathe new life, new passion, new opportunities, new vision. You haven’t seen the best version of you yet. It’s still in front of you. But there’s something you have to do. You can’t sit on the sidelines, feeling sorry for yourself, thinking you’re washed up, guilty. “I’ve made so many mistakes. Why did these people do me wrong?" As long as you have that defeated mentality, you’re going to get stuck where you are. You have to get back in the game. Stir your faith up. Start believing again. Start dreaming again. Start hoping again.🕊One reason Jesus came was to recover what was lost, to restore what was stolen, to heal what was broken, to give you beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, to take what was meant for harm and turn it to your advantage. 🕊Mark 5:36 — “Do not be afraid; only believe.”
Fear is always ready to speak first. It whispers that you’ve waited too long, that the opportunity has passed, that the answer is no, and that what you’re praying for could never happen. It wants you to believe your story is already finished. But Jesus gives a different instruction. “Do not be afraid; only believe.” Faith doesn’t deny that life is hard. It doesn’t ignore the pain, the uncertainty, or the obstacles standing in front of you. Faith simply chooses to trust that God is still in control, even when the outcome hasn’t changed yet. Stop giving fear the final word. Fear can make predictions, but it cannot determine your future. Only God can do that. Whatever you’re facing today, remember this: Jesus has never been limited by impossible situations. He has always been the God who makes a way where there seems to be none, brings hope into hopeless places, and breathes life into what others have already counted out. So today, quiet every voice that fills your heart with doubt and hold tightly to the voice of the One who never fails. Fear says, “There’s no way.” Faith says, “If God is in it, anything is possible.” Today, choose faith over fear. Trust that God is still writing your story, and His plans for you are far from finished.🕊Mark 5:36 — “Do not be afraid; only believe.” Fear is always ready to speak first. - 🕊One thing I’ve been learning is that fear has a way of convincing us to stay still. It whispers, “What if you fail?” “What if you make the wrong choice?” “What if you mess everything up?” But living in constant fear of making a mistake can keep you from the very purpose God is calling you to. The truth is, God has never asked us to have every answer before we take the first step. He asks us to trust Him.
️ Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
️ That means your confidence isn’t found in being perfect—it’s found in knowing that God is faithful enough to guide imperfect people. If you’re waiting until you feel completely ready, completely fearless, or completely certain, you may be waiting forever. Faith often looks like taking the next step even when you can’t see the whole road.
️Peter stepped out of the boat while the storm was still raging.
️Joshua walked around walls before they ever fell. ️Abraham left everything familiar without knowing exactly where he was going. ️None of them moved because there was no risk—they moved because they believed God was greater than their fear.
️So, girl, don’t let fear become the biggest decision-maker in your life. You might make mistakes along the way, but God’s grace is bigger than every wrong turn. He has a way of redeeming what we thought ruined us and using it to strengthen us.
️Isaiah 41:10 says, “Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you".
️Walk by faith, not by fear. The life you’ve been praying for may be waiting on the other side of one brave step of obedience.🕊One thing I’ve been learning is that fear has a way of convincing us to stay still. - 🕊The Book of Job taught me that…
️You can know about God your whole life and still discover who He really is when life falls apart.
️It’s easy to praise God when everything is going well. Real faith is revealed when your prayers seem unanswered and you choose to trust Him anyway.
️God is not offended by your tears, your questions, or your grief. Job cried out, asked hard questions, and brought his pain to God instead of running from Him.
️The devil doesn’t always come after the things you own just to take them away. He attacks your peace, your health, your family, and your hope because he wants you to believe God has abandoned you and convince you to walk away from your faith.
️You can be heartbroken and still remain faithful. Pain and trust can exist in the same heart.
️Suffering doesn’t always mean God is punishing you. Sometimes we simply don’t understand what God is doing, but that doesn’t mean He has stopped working.
️You don’t have to fake being strong to have faith. God would rather have your honest heart than empty religious words.
️Not every “why” gets answered on this side of heaven. Sometimes faith means trusting God’s character when you can’t understand His plan.
️The deepest intimacy with God is often born in the hardest seasons. Job came to know God in a way he never had before because of what he walked through.

- 🕊I never fully understood what Proverbs 17:22 meant when it says, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” I used to think it was only talking about being happy. But it’s so much deeper than that. A crushed spirit doesn’t always look like someone crying. Sometimes it looks like going through the motions, smiling when you’re exhausted, carrying burdens in silence, and slowly losing the joy you once had. God knows that what’s happening inside of us eventually affects everything around us. That’s why He cares so deeply about the condition of our hearts. Real joy isn’t pretending life is perfect. It’s knowing that even when life feels heavy, God is still faithful. It’s choosing to trust Him when you don’t have all the answers. It’s protecting your peace, guarding your heart, and refusing to let disappointment become your identity. If your spirit has been weary lately, don’t ignore it. Bring it to God. He doesn’t just heal broken circumstances—He restores broken hearts. Sometimes the greatest medicine isn’t having every problem solved. It’s resting in the presence of the One who promises to carry what you no longer can.🕊I never fully understood what Proverbs 17:22 meant when it says, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” I used to think it was only talking about being happy. - Blessed Morning Friends
I went through this Bible Plan this morning, and something shift within me when I read this piece..
🕊Disappointment Even After You've Prayed.
🕊When You Prayed For Healing And God Delayed.
️If you Prayed for healing and it did not come when you expected, you are not forgotten. If you prayed faithfully and still stand at the tomb, God has not failed you. Jesus stands with you on your grief, weeping with you, even as He works toward Resurrection.
️Prayer does not always spare us from loss. Sometimes prayer anchors us until God reveals life on the other side of it, and even when we do not yet see it, we can trust this truth. The God who delays is still the God who raises the dead.

- 🕊I never fully understood what “The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation.” (Psalm 118:14) meant until I reached a point where I honestly had nothing left in me. There were days I was mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, and trying so hard to hold everything together. I kept telling myself I just needed to be stronger, push a little harder, figure it out on my own. But the more I tried to carry it all, the heavier it became. Looking back, I can see that the days I somehow made it through weren’t because I was strong enough. They were because God was carrying me when I didn’t even realize it. He gave me peace when nothing around me had changed. He protected me from things I couldn’t see. He kept me going when I was ready to quit. Now when I read that verse, it feels personal. My strength has never really been about how much I can handle. It’s about knowing that when I run out of strength, I serve a God who never does.🕊I never fully understood what “The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation.” (Psalm 118:14) meant until I reached a point where I honestly had nothing left in me. - ️God is saying to you tonight,
🕊you've held on during the toughest of times. I gave you strength to endure, and you didn't even know it was me. When things started to change for you, many left you and turned their backs on you. But not only did you endure the storm, you grew in the storm. You are different; I did not create you to fit in, I created you to stand out. Now I am going to bless you abundantly.✨️God is saying to you tonight, 🕊you've held on during the toughest of times. I gave you strength to endure, and you didn't even know it was me. - 🕊Ephesians 6:10-11
-Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devils scheme.
🕊2 Corinthians 10:4
-The weapon we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
Prayer
Lord, i confess how often I try to fight battles You have already won using strength i do not have. Teach me what it means to be strong in You. 🕊The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is thy Faithfulness
🕊Father, thank you that your mercies are new every morning. When my circumstances tempt me to focus on fear, help me remember your Faithfulness. I choose to let my confidence rest not in what I see, but in who you are. Amen

- Before you go to bed tonight… let’s pray
🕊Heavenly Father, Tonight, I lift up the woman whose mind has been under attack. The one who smiles on the outside but is silently fighting battles no one else can see. The one who is exhausted from overthinking, carrying anxiety, replaying conversations, battling fear, and trying to stay strong for everyone else. Lord, Your Word tells us that the devil comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. He has tried to steal her peace, her joy, her confidence, her hope, her sleep, and even her belief that better days are coming. He has whispered lies that she isn’t enough, that she’ll always struggle, that she’ll never heal, and that she’ll never find peace. But tonight, we reject every lie from the enemy. In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray that every anxious thought loses its power. Every heavy burden, every spirit of fear, every attack on her mind must bow to the name of Jesus. Let every chain the devil tried to wrap around her heart be broken. Let every restless night be replaced with Your perfect peace. Father, remind her that she is not fighting this battle alone. You have never left her, even on the days she couldn’t feel You. While the enemy was trying to break her, You were quietly building her. While he was planting fear, You were preparing freedom. While he wanted her to give up, You were writing a testimony. Restore what the devil tried to steal. Restore her peace. Restore her joy. Restore her confidence. Restore her strength. Restore the dreams she almost gave up on because life became too heavy. Heal every hidden wound and calm every racing thought. Tonight, let her lay every burden at Your feet. Let her mind finally be still. Cover her home with Your protection, surround her with Your angels, and let her wake up tomorrow with fresh hope, renewed strength, and the confidence that You are already working behind the scenes. The devil does not get the final say over her life. You do. And because You are faithful, she can close her eyes tonight knowing that victory belongs to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.🤍 Before you go to bed tonight… let’s pray 🤍 🕊Heavenly Father, Tonight, I lift up the woman whose mind has been under attack. - 🕊One of the hardest prayers I’ve ever prayed was, “God, let me see people for who they really are—not who I want them to be.” That prayer changed everything. Sometimes we hold onto potential instead of paying attention to patterns. We make excuses because we love people. We ignore red flags because we’re hoping they’ll change. But God doesn’t reveal people’s character to make us bitter—He reveals it to protect us. Not everyone is meant to walk into your next season. Some people are lessons. Some are blessings. And some are reminders of what happens when we ignore God’s warnings. Ask God for discernment, even when the truth hurts. A painful truth will always be better than a comforting lie. When God opens your eyes, don’t close them just because the truth is inconvenient. “The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.” — Proverbs 22:3🕊One of the hardest prayers I’ve ever prayed was, “God, let me see people for who they really are—not who I want them to be.” That prayer changed everything. - Before you go to bed tonight, let’s pray.
🕊Heavenly Father, as I close my eyes tonight, I thank You for carrying me through another day. Before I ask for anything for myself, I ask that You would use my life to bless someone else. Your Word reminds us that You bless us so we can be a blessing, so help me never lose sight of that truth. If You’ve given me peace, let me share that peace with someone who feels overwhelmed. If You’ve strengthened me through my own battles, let me encourage the person who’s struggling to keep going. If You’ve shown me grace, teach me to offer that same grace to others without hesitation. Lord, search my heart tonight. Remove every trace of bitterness, resentment, comparison, envy, fear, or heaviness that doesn’t belong there. Fill those empty places with kindness, gratitude, humility, and a deeper love for You and for people. Tonight I place every worry, every unanswered prayer, every disappointment, and every situation beyond my control into Your hands. While I’m sleeping, continue working behind the scenes in ways I cannot see. Open the right doors, close the wrong ones, and prepare me for the purpose You have already set before me. Please watch over my family as we rest. Cover our home with Your protection, bring peace into every room, and let Your presence be felt wherever we are. Be near to those whose hearts are hurting tonight. Comfort the lonely, strengthen the weary, heal the brokenhearted, and remind every woman reading this that her life has value, purpose, and meaning in You. When You wake me tomorrow, help me love more deeply, speak more gently, forgive more freely, and serve more willingly. Let my words bring hope, my actions reflect Your love, and my life point others back to You. Thank You for Your endless mercy, Your unfailing love, and Your faithfulness that never changes. Even when I fall short, You never stop pursuing me. I rest tonight trusting that the same God who has carried me this far is already holding tomorrow.
