DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 220
DATE: 8TH AUGUST 2026
TOPIC: GIVE VALUE_1
ANCHOR SCRIPTURES: MATTHEW 5:16 (NKJV)
β€œLet your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Devotional message:

Everywhere Jesus went, He brought value. To the sick, He brought healing. To the hopeless, He brought hope. To sinners, He brought forgiveness and introduced them to God. To those who were bound by darkness, He brought freedom.

Jesus never entered a place and left it the same. His presence brought transformation because He carried the life, wisdom, power, and nature of God within Him.

This challenges us as believers to become people who carry solutions. When we enter a place, something should become better because we were there. Our presence in a family, workplace, business, church, ministry, community, or nation should bring value and not destruction.

Daniel was a man of extraordinary value in Babylon. Even though he was in a foreign land, his wisdom, integrity, excellence, and the Spirit of God upon his life made him indispensable to successive governments. The apostles likewise carried the light of Christ wherever they went, and their presence brought salvation, healing, wisdom, transformation, and the advancement of God's Kingdom.

Child of God, wherever God has positioned you, ask yourself: What value am I bringing to the people and environment around me?

If you find someone who has lost hope, give them hope. If you find someone discouraged, encourage them. If you find someone confused, give them godly wisdom. If you find someone who is lost, introduce them to Jesus. If someone is living in darkness and has not received Christ, allow God to use you to lead them to the Light.

If an organization, nation, business, ministry, church, community, or family is facing a problem that requires a solution, do not merely complain about the problem. Ask God for wisdom and become part of the solution.

You are a carrier of God's wisdom, and Christ lives in you. There are problems in this generation that God may desire to solve through the ideas, gifts, skills, wisdom, creativity, and spiritual capacity He has deposited within you.

Remember, everything you have comes from God. Your gift is not merely for your personal benefit; it is a stewardship entrusted to you for His glory and for the blessing of others.

Therefore, do not live merely to receive value from people. Become someone who gives value.

Wherever God has placed you, let your presence matter. Let your life bring hope. Let your words bring wisdom. Let your hands bring solutions. Let your gifts serve others. Above all, let people encounter Christ through you.

God has positioned you to be a vessel of value. Wherever you are, allow God to use you to make things better, solve problems, bless people, and advance His Kingdom.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gifts, wisdom, abilities, and opportunities You have entrusted to me. Help me to become a vessel of value wherever You have positioned me. Make me a carrier of solutions, hope, wisdom, healing, encouragement, and salvation. Open my eyes to the needs around me and give me the wisdom to respond according to Your will. May my family, workplace, church, community, nation, and generation become better because You are working through me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
