I haven't either, but I've studied extensively on HAARP technology, and until it was shut down, check the website and watched real time as the HAARP signature was focused on various areas that then had storms or earthquakes. I watched as the storm referenced was 'steered' around. I used to try to teach on this, but was ridiculed by those who refused to the research. I showed them patents, but they refused to look them up. Willful ignorance?
