Dear God, thank You for this day, and thank You for being with me even in the deepest valleys of my life. You understand the heaviness I carry and the pain I don’t always have words for. Your word in Isaiah 40:29 says, “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” God, that’s exactly what I need this morning. When I can’t fly, You carry me, and when I can’t run, You walk with me. Thank You for not rushing my healing and for giving me strength in the waiting. I surrender this heaviness to You, my grief, my worry, and my anxiety, and I’m asking for supernatural strength to rise today, not in my own ability, but through Your presence. I believe You’re working even in this valley, even when I can’t see it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
