Dear God, thank You for this new day. As I step into it, I’m asking You to help me recognize when the enemy is trying to provoke me into reacting instead of trusting You. Your word in Romans 12:17 says, “Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men.” God, I don’t want to surrender my peace today to anger that isn’t even worth it. Help me be slow to speak and quick to walk away when someone is trying to stir up trouble, because I know that’s how I leave the battle in Your hands instead of fighting it myself. You’ve never lost a battle against the enemy, and I’m trusting You to fight this one too. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
