RUN UNTIL YOU OBTAIN THE PRIZE
Run • Endure • Finish • Win
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE
1 Corinthians 9:24 (KJV) “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.”
1. RUN WITH PURPOSE
Don't live aimlessly. Know what God has called you to do.
Keep your eyes on the goal.
2. DON'T GIVE UP
The race will have difficult moments—delay, disappointment, failure and opposition.
Galatians 6:9 (KJV) “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
Don't quit because the journey is hard.
3. RUN WITH DISCIPLINE
1 Corinthians 9:25 (KJV) “And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things.”
Build your life through:
Prayer • God's Word • Obedience • Discipline • Perseverance
Talent may start the race; discipline helps you finish it.
4. STAY IN YOUR LANE
Don't compare your journey with someone else's.
Hebrews 12:1 (KJV) “...let us run with patience the race that is set before us.” Run your race. Keep moving.
5. FINISH STRONG
Paul said in 2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV) “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
God is not only interested in how you start, but how you finish.
