Dear God, thank You for bringing me through another day. As I get ready to rest tonight, I’m being honest with You about something I’ve realized. I’ve spent so much time asking You to fix my finances, my relationships, and my health, but I haven’t always hungered for You just because You’re You. Your word in 1 Peter 2:9 says, “You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people.” God, tonight I just want Your presence, not Your fixing, not Your provision, just You. Help me build a relentless hunger to know You more, not because of what You can do for me, but because of who You are. I give this night completely to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
