Psalm 143:8

“Let me hear Your loving devotion in the morning, for I have trusted in You. Show me the way I should walk, for to You I entrust my soul.”

God, thank You for bringing me into this day and for hearing me when I pray. Help me notice what is before me today: the people I meet, the work I need to do, and the choices that call for care. Give me patience when I feel hurried, honesty when I am tempted to hide, and kindness in the small things. When I am uncertain, steady me. When I am tired, give me enough strength for the next step. Keep my heart open to Your wisdom, and help me receive this day without trying to control everything in it. I place my concerns in Your hands, trusting You with what I understand and what I do not. Lead me in a way that is faithful and useful to others. Amen.
