For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled." 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 NKJV Life is spiritual and should not be handled with levity, especially as a believing child of God. Spiritual warfare is an aspect of the life you are expected to experience knowingly or not, as a believer or unbeliever. But as a believer in Christ Jesus, you must need the help of the Holy Spirit to help you secure and win the very battlefield of this war - even the battlefield of your mind. You must endeavour to align your thoughts with the demands of Heaven on your life, by willingly and actively combating negative and deceptive thoughts with the truth of God's Word and obedience. Because this warfare is not physical, non-carnal weapons are employed, so you must grow spiritually and rely completely on the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit for victory.
