We are saved by God’s grace through faith, not because we have earned heaven by good works. (Ephesians 2:8–9)
‎Genuine faith should produce love and concern for people in need. If someone continually refuses to help others despite being able to do so, that can raise serious questions about whether their faith is genuine. (James 2:14–17; 1 John 3:17–18)
