TITLE: "RENEWED STRENGTH: YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST"

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S)

Isaiah 40:29–31 (KJV) "He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

Philippians 4:13 (KJV) "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

QUOTE TO REFLECT ON

“When your strength ends, God's strength begins.”

DAY'S REFLECTION

Life can drain us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Isaiah says God “giveth power to the faint” and increases strength to those who have no might.

To “wait upon the LORD” means trusting Him patiently and depending on His strength rather than relying only on ourselves. The promise is that those who wait “shall renew their strength.”

Paul declares, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” This does not mean we can accomplish everything we desire, but that Christ gives us strength to face and faithfully endure whatever He calls us to do.

When challenges make you feel weak, don't give up. Return to God, draw strength from Christ, and keep moving forward.

MEDITATION SCRIPTURE(S)

2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV) "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness."

Psalm 46:1 (KJV) "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

Ephesians 6:10 (KJV)
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might."

LIFE LESSONS (IMPLICATIONS)

1. Human strength has limits; God's strength does not.

2. Wait on God when you feel exhausted.

3. Weakness is an opportunity to depend on God.

4. Christ gives strength for every assignment.

5. Don't quit because the journey is difficult.

EVERYDAY ACTION

Pray, depend on Christ, renew your strength, and keep moving.

PRAYER

Father, when I am weak, strengthen me. Help me wait on You, rise above every challenge, and fulfil my purpose through Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.

DECLARATION

I am strengthened by the Lord. I will not faint or give up. Through Christ, I have strength for every challenge and grace to fulfil God's purpose. Amen!
