25 Husbands, love your wives as the Messiah loved the church and gave himself for it,
Gal 1:4 Eph 5:2 Col 3:19 [1Pe 3:7]

19 Husbands, love your wives, and do not be harsh with them.
Eph 5:25 [Eph 4:31] [1Pe 3:7]
*TOPIC:*
SHOWING LOVE.
*THE MESSAGE:*
Today, Apostle Paul advises husbands to love their wives. Love makes a man to give preference to the wellbeing of his wife rather than his. The husband must not treat his wife harshly; instead, love and care for her needs and be willing to sacrifice everything for her. Some husbands often shout at their wives, insult them, and shut them down, rarely allowing them to speak or express themselves. This is a harsh treatment that negates love. Husbands ought to extend God's grace to their wives, love them, and build a holy union with them. This will lead to a precious relationship that produces tender and self-sacrificing care within the family.
*REFLECTION:*
Love builds the family.
*PRAYER:*
Lord, help me to love my family unconditionally. Amen.

ED.ii. GOD WILL SHOW ME THE WAY
"When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He and that I do nothing on My own but speak just what the Father has taught Me." - John 8:28
This is very beautiful! I pray that God's Spirit will show you how Jesus walked with His Father and how we should also walk with God the Father. Jesus clearly says here that He is led daily by His Father. His daily dedication, His complete dependence on His Father was because He always listened to His Father's voice. Jesus was completely dependent on this voice who told Him what to do. He did nothing without His Father.
So often we forget to first consult with our Father and we get into trouble. First, we act and when we get into trouble we talk to our Heavenly Father. We are often too late on our knees to ask: 'Father, how should I do this or that'? God the Father told Jesus exactly what He should do. 'Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by Himself; He can do only what He sees His Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does' (John 5:19).
God wants to speak to you
How did Jesus learn this? By listening to the voice of God the Father within Him. The same voice that spoke to Jesus also wants to speak to you and me. We have the Holy Spirit in us. God lives in us and His Kingdom is within us. He is a speaking God and wants to speak within us, just as He spoke to Jesus. Luke 6:12 states that Jesus went into the mountains to pray and that He prayed all night to God. It was while praying that God was able to give instructions to Him.
Do you know God's voice?
Dear brothers and sisters, Christian friends, church members and believers, if we want to hear from God, we will have to do what Jesus did. Do you recognize His voice? To learn to understand His voice, you will have to isolate yourself from others. You have to do something if you really want God to speak to you.

2. Evening Prayer for today.
EP.i. Evening Prayer
To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ⏤ Psalm 46:1
Prayer is the mighty engine that is to move the missionary work. ⏤ A.B. Simpson
We thank You, our Father, for the privilege of trusting You and abiding in Your love. We thank You that in this great world of peril, You are accessible everywhere, that wherever we are, we can find You—and, finding You, be safe. You are a very present help in times of trouble. You are our refuge and our rock, our high tower, our deliverer, and our shield. We are glad that we are Your redeemed children and that You care for us with infinite tenderness. We rejoice in the privilege of having You as our hearts' home.
We are Yours, O God, for You have made and redeemed us. We confess ourselves Yours and would consecrate ourselves to You. We have tried to serve You today and to be faithful to You. Where we have failed, may You forgive us. We bring the broken things of our obedience and service now to Your feet—we have nothing but broken things to bring. Accept them in Jesus' precious name, and use them in Your service.
We have many interests that are dear to our hearts, on which we would ask Your blessing at the close of the day. Bless our common tasks. It is not easy. Much of it is wearisome—the same rounds day after day. May the very routine do us good, teaching us to be patient and diligent, prompt and energetic, earnest and faithful. May these tasks all be part of the Father's business, and may we do all of them in the name of Jesus, and thus find joy and delight in them.
We pray also for all our spiritual interests, the things that concern our souls. Let nothing harm us. May all things work together for good to us. Receive us now to rest in Your care, we ask in Jesus' precious name. Amen.

14 We urge you, brothers, to admonish those who are idle, cheer up those who are discouraged, and help those who are weak. Be patient with everyone.
[Gal 6:2] [Eph 4:2]
15 Make sure that no one pays back evil for evil. Instead, always pursue what is good for each other and for everyone else.

*TOPIC:*
KIND ACTIONS.
*THE MESSAGE:*
Family members are urged to eschew laziness and vengeful attitudes. Instead, they should help the weak, encourage the timid, and be patient and kind to one another. These acts of kindness should be emulated by members of the Christian community. They should express their appreciation by giving gifts, helping them through their challenges where necessary, and speaking to them kindly. Ganging up against one another is disrespectful and should not be entertained. Shamefully, a mother and her children ganged up against their father just because he was not supporting their immoral lifestyles. Kindness does not support lawlessness. Lean on God's grace, accept corrections, and be kind to one another.
*REFLECTION:*
Family members, be kind to one another.

ED.ii. THE MYSTERY
"I turned around to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and among the lampstands was someone like a son of man." - Revelation 1:12-13
The apostle John, who was already old, heard a voice and wanted to see who spoke to him. And there on the island of Patmos he met Jesus again. He tried to describe what he saw. He tried to put into words the majesty and glory of God. He saw the throne of God in heaven and saw what was happening in heaven. He tells us about this in the book of Revelation. The apostle had such a wonderful experience when he saw the throne and it was a mystery to him.
The mystery of God
Dear readers, God is a huge mystery to us. John saw how the 24 elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne. They worshiped Him who lives forever, and John heard the elders say: 'You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they were created and have their being' (Revelation 4:11).
This tells me that the almighty God created the universe, all the stars and galaxies.
A new heaven and a new earth
The Bible also says that one day this mighty God will put an end to this corrupted world, and He will make something new. Revelation 21:1-2 says: 'Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.'
Something new is coming and this gives me hope; hope for recovery from this corrupted world. God loves you!

2. Evening Prayer gir today.
EP.i. Evening Prayer
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. ⏤ Psalm 121:4
Prayer is the soul’s sincere desire, unuttered or expressed. ⏤ James Montgomery
O Lord, we humbly beseech You to accept this, our evening sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving. Mercifully grant to us, through the merits of Jesus Christ, Your Son, the remission of our sins, and all the blessings of eternal life. Fill our hearts, we ask You, with Your Spirit. Simply to Your cross we cling, O Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer.
The night is now before us. We do not know what perils are veiled in the darkness. We know only that we are safe in You, by night as by day, for the darkness and the light are both alike to You. Your eye sees in the night as clearly as at noonday. So, while we sleep, You will watch over us, and we shall be as safe as if it were day. Be our shelter, our keeper, protecting us from all danger.
We may not all live through the night. If any of us shall end our life here and go away before the morning, may it be unto You that we shall go. We ask that You will shed abroad Your love in our hearts. May Your will be done here in our home as it is done in Heaven. We ask for special individual blessings. We have different needs. Some of us are strong, and others are weak. As our day is, so may our strength be. Let none of us ever be overwhelmed by this world's evil.
We ask for refreshing rest in sleep. May nothing disturb our repose until the morning. Give us in sleep the blessings of Your love. May we be stronger for the night's rest. Fit us for whatever is before us. Watch over us and bring us to the morning light in peace and health. Guide us in safe and good paths, and help us to be useful to many others. We ask it in the blessed name of Jesus. Amen.

Amen.
