WHEN GOD MAKES NO SENSE Sometimes the hardest season isn't the one where we know something is wrong. It's the season where we've prayed, acted faithfully, and still don't understand what is happening. That kind of uncertainty can test more than our plans. It can test our trust. There are moments when I have to remind myself: A lack of clarity is not necessarily a lack of direction. We see a moment. God sees the whole story. We see the closed door. God sees what is beyond it. We see the delay. God sees what we cannot yet see. That doesn't mean every difficult situation has an explanation we will eventually discover. Some things remain mysteries. But Christian faith gives us somewhere to stand when our understanding runs out. Paul's words in 2 Timothy 1:12 are striking: «“I know whom I have believed.”» Not: “I understand everything.” But: “I know whom I have believed.” That distinction matters. There may be days when we cannot explain the process, but we can still choose faithfulness in the process. Keep praying. Keep doing what is right. Keep asking questions. Keep seeking wisdom. Keep walking with Jesus.
