Why should we be preaching health reform?

Health reform is part of the third angel’s message because it helps God’s people stay physically, mentally, and spiritually prepared to fully follow Him. A healthy body supports a clear mind and strong moral judgment, which are needed to resist deception and stand firm in the last days. It also strengthens our witness to others and helps us overcome the battle with appetite — a key part of victory in Christ. Health reform is not the gospel itself, but it is closely connected to it, like the arm is to the body.
