MISBEHAVING WELL

A WORD FROM THE WORD:

"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." Isaiah 41:10 NLT.

You may want to ask if there's any misbehaviour that could be applauded with a 'well done' remark. The answer from the normal human perspective is a capital NO! However, from the Scriptural perspective, it's a remedy based on God's promise.
From the context of our anchor Scripture, we see God reminding us of His ever-present presence, that encourages, strengthens and supports us among others in our times of troubles and difficulties.

Misbehaving well can said to be the outcome of refusing our misbehaviour to define us as we deepen the anchor of our faith in God and His Word, trusting Him to guide us through transformative growth as we turn to Him for forgiveness and restoration.
Meditating on our foundational Scripture will definitely help us find joy in God's unwavering fellowship that guides us toward the path of renewal, correcting the missteps of our misbehaviours.

PRAYER BULLETS:

Father LORD, I am very grateful for Your promises to me in Your word. As I appropriate Your forgiveness and restoration, help me to guard against missteps and misbehaviours.

FURTHER READING:

Proverbs 3:5-6; 2 Timothy 1:7; Romans 8:28; Philippians 4:6-7.
