- I haven’t been on here for a while. I didn’t know if anyone was interested in my music or my fitness journey. Both hobbies i have dedicated to the Lord.
A couple of you asked about my fitness regime. I workout in my home gym six days a week. I do stretches every morning to maintain flexibility. Three days I lift weights and one day I lift heavy weights. If you wanna know more about my routine, you can message me directly.

It is exactly what I expected - just a bunch of religious people posting Bible verses, which I get from Facebook. I think Christians are limited in their scope of topics of conversation.
Rarely do I get a comment that isn’t “praise Jesus.”
We could post about anything - travel, music, film, fitness, aging, fashion, politics - ok maybe not politics!! Any of these topics all from a Christian perspective would be interesting, but instead all I get are Bible verses.
And almost all of my friends are from overseas, so “how are you” is the topic.
I wanted to engage but this is boring.
I’m sorry. I tried. Find me on Facebook.

Most of what I see is scripture posts. Scripture is great, but I get that from the Bible everyday. I don’t need this Lord’sbook to read scripture.
I was expecting some depth, maybe get to know people, what makes Christians tick, what they like beyond posting scripture verses. But I don’t see that.
My most recent post was asking if people read the Bible from a book or on social media or like listening to it. Surprisingly, I didn’t get one single reply.
Do my brothers in Christ on social media have no opinion? I was expecting dozens of replies and yet not one.

- Many of us have been mentored as young men, and as we get older, we mentor others.
Mentorship is more than teaching; it is a way of life, demonstrating faith in action (1 Cor 11:1).
in the home gym, I am able to mentor others through Fitness. Additionally in that environment, where we are one on one, every imaginable topic comes up. We get strong and we get smart.
