There are different levels of friendship 😉 😜😁. You can have friends 🧔🏾‍♂️👩🏻‍🦱👩🏻‍🦰👩🏽‍🦲who are with you 😉 for a season. Then there are friends 🧑🏽‍🦳👱🏻👱🏾‍♂️👴🏼who stick around for a reason. Your true friends 😇😊😁however are the ones who stay for life 🧬. Those ones will be there no matter what happens to you. In good times and bad times. The problem however is that, sometimes we can't tell the difference between the three. We confuse the seasonal and reason -based friends with the lifelong 🧬 friends. This creates shock waves 🌊 that can hinder progress. Until you learn to distinguish the levels of friendship, you will get heartbreak 💔 😞 upon heartbreak 💔 😞. In John 6:67, Jesus asked His disciples if they will leave Him too. This was after some people 👩🏾‍🦳👵🏻👩🏽‍🦲🧑🏽‍🦳turned and walked away from Him. You would think 🤔 💬 that Jesus would try and pamper the rest to stick around... but He asked if they will leave too. This is because He understood that not 🚫 everyone will go with you 😉 to the end (If people walked away from Jesus 💞 they will walk away from you too). Therefore He didn't handle them all the same way. Among the 12, there were times He selected only Peter, James and John(the 3) 👱🏻👱🏾‍♂️🧔🏾‍♂️to be with Him. Even among the 3, John👱🏻 was called the beloved apostle who could put his head on Jesus' chest(JN.13:23). Learn to distinguish between the levels and types of friends in your life 🧬 and save yourself trauma 😵‍💫 upon trauma 😵‍💫. If you don't do that, you can even lose the ones 👩🏻‍🦰🧔🏾‍♂️👩🏻‍🦱who will want to stay with you 😉 for a lifetime because you will end up treating them like everyone else. Friendships 🤝 🤝 are supposed to make our lives better but can really be a problem 😨 if you don't know how to handle it. TODAY'S KINGDOM INSIGHTS: SERMON TOPIC: THE MOST DANGEROUS BELIEVERS ARE NOT THOSE WHO LEAVE THE CHURCH. Theme: Examining the danger of remaining around the things of God while the heart is far from God Scripture: Matthew 7:21–23; Revelation 3:1–3; Luke 18:9–14 Church, let me begin with a statement that may shock you: The most dangerous believer is not always the one who leaves the church. Sometimes, it is the one who remains in the church but leaves Christ in the heart. Some people leave the church physically, and everybody notices. But there are others who remain in the congregation, sing the songs, carry the Bible, attend services, shout “Amen,” give offerings, quote Scriptures—and yet their hearts have slowly moved away from God. They have not left the building, but they have left the Presence. Jesus warned us that there would be people who would say, “Lord, Lord,” and yet He would say, “I never knew you.” — Matthew 7:23. This means church attendance is not the same thing as spiritual transformation. You can sit in church and still be far from God. You can know Christian language and not know Christ. You can serve in a department and secretly serve your flesh. You can have a title without having a testimony. The question is not merely: “Am I in church?” The deeper question is: “Is Christ truly ruling my life?” KEY BIBLE VERSES. 1. Matthew 7:21–23 — “Lord, Lord” Jesus said: «“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven…”» Notice something frightening: these people called Jesus “Lord.” They knew the language of faith. They even claimed to have done mighty works. Yet Jesus said, “I never knew you.” Spiritual lesson: It is possible to be familiar with the things of God without having a genuine relationship with God. Church activity cannot replace spiritual intimacy. 2. Revelation 3:1 — “You have a name that you are alive” Jesus told the church at Sardis: «“Thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.”» What a frightening diagnosis! The church had a reputation for being alive, but Jesus saw something different. People saw activity. Jesus saw the heart. People saw the appearance. Jesus saw the condition. Spiritual lesson: God is more interested in who you are privately than who you appear to be publicly. 3. Isaiah 29:13 «“This people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me; but have removed their heart far from me.”» Their lips were close. Their hearts were far away. This is the danger of religious appearance without genuine surrender. 5 TYPES OF DANGEROUS BELIEVERS 1. THE BELIEVER WHO KNOWS SCRIPTURE BUT REFUSES TO OBEY IT There is a difference between knowing God's Word and living God's Word. James 1:22 says: «“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only…”» Some believers can explain forgiveness but refuse to forgive. They can preach holiness but live carelessly. They can quote Scripture but manipulate people. They know what God says, but they have decided to obey themselves. Deep insight: Information without transformation can produce religious pride. The devil does not necessarily fear a Christian who knows many Bible verses. He fears the Christian who believes, obeys, and lives the Word. 2. THE BELIEVER WHO HAS A FORM OF GODLINESS BUT NO POWER 2 Timothy 3:5 speaks about people: «“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.”» A form is an outward appearance. It looks right. It sounds right. But something is missing inside. You can dress like a Christian. Talk like a Christian. Post Christian messages. Attend Christian programs. And still refuse to surrender your character to Christ. Ask yourself: What happens to my Christianity when nobody is watching? That is where genuine Christianity is tested. Your secret life is a better measurement of your spiritual condition than your public reputation. 3. THE BELIEVER WHO HAS BECOME COMFORTABLE WITH SIN One of the most dangerous conditions is not falling into sin accidentally. It is becoming comfortable with sin deliberately. The believer begins by saying: «“It is only once.”» Then: «“Everybody is doing it.”» Then: «“God understands.”» Eventually, the conscience becomes quiet. Romans 6:1–2 warns against continuing in sin because grace abounds. Deep spiritual truth: Grace is not permission to remain in sin. Grace is God's power to bring us out of sin. If something is destroying your relationship with God, don't defend it. Repent from it. 4. THE BELIEVER WHO LOVES THE CHURCH BUT DOES NOT LOVE CHRIST This may sound strange, but it happens. Someone can love: - The choir - The pastor - The church building - Christian conferences - Christian music - Christian social media - Christian friendships …but fail to love Jesus with all their heart. Jesus told the church at Ephesus: «“Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.” — Revelation 2:4» They were working. They were enduring. They were doctrinally discerning. But they had lost their first love. Important lesson: You can be busy doing things for Jesus while becoming distant from Jesus. Don't allow ministry to replace relationship. Don't allow your assignment to replace intimacy. Don't allow the work of God to become more important than the God of the work. 5. THE BELIEVER WHO REFUSES CORRECTION A dangerous believer is one who cannot be corrected. When the pastor preaches against something they are doing, they become angry. When a mature Christian warns them, they say: «“Don't judge me.”» When Scripture confronts their lifestyle, they look for another interpretation. Proverbs 12:1 says: «“Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish.”» Spiritual maturity means: I am willing to be corrected because I want to become more like Christ. A person who cannot receive correction will eventually become a prisoner of their own deception. BIBLICAL CASE STUDY: JUDAS ISCARIOT Judas is one of the most sobering examples in Scripture. Judas walked with Jesus. He heard Jesus teach. He witnessed miracles. He traveled with the disciples. He was part of the ministry. He was close enough to Jesus to call Him Master. Yet Judas eventually betrayed Him. This teaches us something frightening: Being close to spiritual things does not automatically mean your heart belongs to God. You can be around anointed people and remain unchanged. You can witness miracles and still struggle with unbelief. You can carry a Bible and still carry bitterness. You can occupy a position and lose your spiritual condition. But there is hope. Peter also failed Jesus. The difference was that Peter returned in repentance. Judas allowed his failure to lead him into destruction. Failure does not have to be the end of your story. Repentance can become the beginning of restoration. PRACTICAL ACTION STEPS 1. EXAMINE YOUR HEART Psalm 139:23–24: «“Search me, O God, and know my heart…”» Don't only ask, “What is wrong with others?” Ask: “Lord, what needs to change in me?” 2. RETURN TO YOUR FIRST LOVE If prayer has become a duty, return. If Bible reading has become routine, return. If worship has become performance, return. If your passion for Christ has disappeared, return. 3. STOP JUSTIFYING WHAT GOD IS ASKING YOU TO REPENT OF Don't rename sin. Don't call disobedience “weakness.” Don't call compromise “wisdom.” Don't call rebellion “freedom.” When God reveals something, respond with repentance. 4. PRACTICE PRIVATE CHRISTIANITY Pray when nobody is watching. Read the Word when nobody is applauding. Give when nobody knows. Forgive when nobody forces you. Serve when nobody celebrates you. What you do privately reveals what you truly value. 5. STAY TEACHABLE Allow God's Word to correct you. Allow mature believers to challenge you. Allow the Holy Spirit to convict you. A heart that can still be corrected is a heart that can still be transformed. DEEP SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS 1. PROXIMITY TO HOLY THINGS DOES NOT GUARANTEE HOLINESS. Judas was close to Jesus physically, but his heart was not surrendered. 2. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY CAN HIDE SPIRITUAL DECLINE. A person can become busier in church while becoming colder toward God. 3. GOD LOOKS BEYOND THE PLATFORM. People may see your preaching. God sees your private life. People hear your words. God knows your motives. 4. THE GREATEST DANGER IS SELF-DECEPTION. A sinner who knows he is lost may seek help. But someone who is lost and believes he is spiritually healthy may never seek rescue. 5. JESUS DOES NOT ONLY WANT YOUR CHURCH ATTENDANCE. He wants your heart. He wants your character. He wants your obedience. He wants your entire life. QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION 1. Am I following Jesus or merely following Christian activities? 2. Does my private life agree with my public confession? 3. Is there any sin I have become comfortable with? 4. Can I receive correction without becoming offended? 5. Have I lost my first love for Christ? 6. Am I more concerned about what people think about me than what God thinks about me? 7. If Jesus examined my heart today, what would He find? POWERFUL PRAYER POINTS 1. Father, search my heart and expose everything in me that is not pleasing to You, in Jesus' name. 2. Lord Jesus, deliver me from religious appearance without spiritual reality. 3. Father, restore my first love for You. Let my passion for Christ become stronger again. 4. Lord, give me grace to obey Your Word, not merely hear it. 5. Every spirit of hypocrisy and self-deception, be broken over my life, in Jesus' name. 6. Father, give me a heart that receives correction and grows in wisdom. 7. Lord, let my private life and public testimony agree. 8. Holy Spirit, create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. 9. Father, keep me faithful to Christ until the end of my journey. CALL TO ACTION Beloved, don't leave this message thinking about another believer. Think about yourself. Don't ask: «“Who in my church needs to hear this?”» Ask: «“Lord, what are You saying to me?”» The goal of Christianity is not simply to remain in church. The goal is to remain in Christ. Jesus said in John 15:4: «“Abide in me, and I in you.”» Don't just carry the name Christian. Carry Christ in your heart. Don't just attend church. Become the church wherever you go. Don't just quote the Word. Live the Word. Don't just raise your hands in worship. Surrender your heart in obedience. And don't wait until you stand before Jesus to discover that you were close to church but far from Christ. TODAY, RETURN TO JESUS. Return to your first love. Return to prayer. Return to the Word. Return to holiness. Return to obedience. Return to genuine fellowship with Christ. The greatest question is not, “Did I attend church?” It is: “DOES JESUS TRULY KNOW ME?” May we never be believers who merely look alive. May we be believers who are truly alive in Christ. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen. FINAL DECLARATION I will not merely look like a Christian; I will live for Christ. I will not only hear God's Word; I will obey it. Habits By Elena Varnavskaya August 20th, 2026 “I will set nothing wicked before my eyes.” Psalm 101:3 How, Lord, in our age, is it possible to avoid looking at wicked things when we are assaulted on every side by TV screens, smartphones, and billboards showing images of scantily clad bodies advertising every conceivable product? What do we do with our eyes? Or our children and grandchildren’s eyes? How can we resist wasting precious time on things that don’t make us any better? Recently, we bought our teenaged granddaughter a smartphone. She was very eager for it because all her peers have had one for a long time. Her mother had wisely delayed the purchase, knowing that her daughter seemed easily influenced by other people’s views; but it wasn’t long before the problems began. At first, she stayed on the Internet for hours at a time and didn’t even notice it, so we limited her data usage to one hour a day. But this didn’t stop her, as she quickly caught on to using wi-fi signals. Then it wasn’t long before we got a pretty big shock when we checked her text messages and found some pretty vulgar language! We were horrified that, like a sponge, she seemed to absorb everything that was bad! And to make things worse, her sister, who is three years older, never developed these problems. What could we do? How could we teach our child to only look at things that would change her for the better? We took her phone away, but we all knew that this couldn’t solve the problem. So what can we do to help our children? First, we must understand how we influence them—not only by our words, but by our actions. As one Russian proverb says, “Look at the habits of the parents and you’ll find that the children already have vices.” Only the Lord can help us be rid of our bad habits and acquire good ones in their place. In his letter to the Romans, the Apostle Paul wrote, “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:2. As parents, we are responsible to God for our children; but before we can change them, we must change ourselves. We all have many more acquired and inherited habits than our children do, and only the Lord can miraculously change us into His image and likeness. What hope can we give parents who see their bad habits replicated in their children and grandchildren? We can tell them to trust the Lord, and pray that the transforming power of the Holy Spirit that changed our lives will work on our children’s hearts, too. God is too wise to fulfill our confused, darkened, and self-serving desires. But He will always fulfill the desires of our transformed, and enlightened hearts. What higher desires can we have than to love God and want communion with Him, to have His will be done in our life, and to have a deeper interaction with His people? Those whom God will take home with Him will want to do His will. They will walk in perfect freedom forever, for there will be nothing in their hearts to give up!

Isaiah 57:2  Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest as they lie in death.  If you have been a Christian for any length of time, you know the peace that can come from walking in His ways and living a life for Him. There truly is peace in the Lord and His ways, and He is willing to fill us with it when we need it most.  In Isaiah 57 we begin with comfort to believers from God that those who are taken early who lived a Godly life is a good thing. No one likes to talk about death and many fear it. But we see that God gives us some insight to help us better live a life of righteousness before death. The verse laments that those who are righteous die and society barely even notices. But verse 2, our verse for today, reassures us that those deaths mean peace and not tragedy. There is peace in death and it is not meant to be a woeful event but is actually an act of mercy as they are being spared from upcoming judgement or societal issues and evils. The chapter takes a sharp turn after that in verse 3, God confronts that unfaithful and idolatrous generation of Israelites that are left behind and severely rebukes them for their corruption and spiritual adultery.  God removes His faithful servants before catastrophic judgment can occur, giving the righteous a peaceful refuge (the grave or "bed") far from disaster. This happens because we walk in uprighteousness or uprightness. It is the reward for living a righteous and holy life according to His will and not following the world.  This is no more true then as it is today. We live in a world that is chaotic and full of evil and it seems to be getting worse daily. Each day there are new things that shock us and make us wonder how much more will God allow before He steps in?  But we have the promise of this verse that even in the midst of a chaotic, evil world, if we remain in His will and live a life that is righteous and holy, He will give us peace. His peace will fill us when the world around us celebrates sin and evilness. His peace will comfort us both in life and in death, when we will experience the true peace and joy of being with the Lord forever. So do not fear, friends. Do not lament the death of those righteous people who lived Godly, upright lives. # DAILY LIGHT THE UNMASKING: WHEN PEOPLE THINK THEY KNOW YOU (PART 2) — DIVINE VINDICATION AND THE SHOCK OF THE UNVEILING ​Grace, apostolic authority, and the uncompromising fire of the Holy Ghost be multiplied to your spirit. In our previous session, we surgically dealt with the agonizing curse of familiarity and the necessity of dying to the need for human validation. We established that God hides His sharpest weapons to protect them from premature exposure. ​Today, we are advancing into the prophetic dimension of your actual revealing. Nature abhors a vacuum, and a season of hiddenness must eventually give birth to a season of manifestation. But how you handle the unmasking determines whether you will steward the glory of God or shipwreck your destiny. Prepare your spirit—it is time to step out of the shadows properly. ​The Temptation of Premature Exposure ​"Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready... For neither did his brethren believe in him." — John 7:5-6 ​Before you can experience divine unmasking, you must survive the temptation to unveil yourself. In John 7, the brothers of Jesus—who did not even believe in His mandate—tried to manipulate Him into showcasing His ministry to the world. They essentially told Him, "If you are really who you say you are, prove it publicly." ​This is the exact trap the enemy sets for emerging apostolic voices. When you are carrying a massive mandate but feeling overlooked, the flesh will scream at you to advertise your anointing, to manipulate your way onto platforms, and to forcefully defend your calling. Notice Jesus’ response: "My time is not yet come, but your time is alway ready." The flesh is always in a hurry to be seen. The Spirit waits for the appointed time of the Father. If you unmask yourself, you will have to sustain yourself. But if you wait for God to pull back the veil, He will underwrite your entire mandate with His backing. ​The Shock of the Apostolic Unveiling ​"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus." — Acts 4:13 ​When the season of your hiddenness is over and God finally unmasks you, it will send shockwaves through the religious and carnal systems that tried to contain you. The Sanhedrin looked at Peter and John and saw what they had always seen: ordinary, uneducated fishermen. They thought they knew them. ​But when the unmasking occurred, the manifestation was so irrefutable that it shattered their carnal assumptions. The Scriptures say, "they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus." True divine vindication does not happen because you finally convinced your critics with a clever argument; it happens when the raw, undeniable power of the resurrected Christ erupts out of your life. When God vindicates you, your critics will not praise you—they will be forced to acknowledge the Christ who has taken up residence inside of you. ​Stewarding the Unmasked Glory ​"But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me..." — Galatians 1:15-16 ​Here is the most critical test of Christ Discipleship: Why do you want to be unmasked? ​If you are waiting for God to reveal you so that you can finally rub it in the faces of those who doubted you, you are still operating in the flesh. You are still too carnal to be trusted with the platform of the Kingdom. The unmasking is never about you getting your revenge; it is about God getting His glory. The Apostle Paul understood this mystery: God separated him and called him so that He could reveal His Son in him. ​The ultimate goal of your unmasking is not to show the world how gifted, anointed, or powerful you are. The goal is that when the veil is pulled back, you are entirely invisible, and only the Lord Jesus Christ is seen reigning from the throne of your life. ​The Altar of the Appointed Time ​Are you willing to let God determine the timeline of your revealing? You must bring your ambition, your frustration, and your desire to prove your critics wrong and lay them on the altar of absolute surrender. Stop trying to kick open doors that the Holy Ghost has deliberately locked for your protection. Wait on the Lord. The unmasking is imminent, but it requires a dead man to carry the glory. ​Prophetic Decree and Prayer of Divine Vindication ​"Father, in the supreme, sovereign Name of Jesus Christ, I bring my soul to the altar of Your perfect timing. I completely repent for every time my flesh has tried to force a premature manifestation. I crucify my desire to be seen, known, and celebrated by men. I surrender my need to prove my critics wrong! Lord, burn out every trace of carnal ambition in my heart. I ask for the grace to remain hidden until the exact moment it pleases You to unmask me. And when that day comes, Father, I decree that they will not see me—they will only see the resurrected Christ operating through me! Prepare my vessel to steward Your raw glory without touching it.
