📘 Daily Devotion — July 1 | Acts 5:14 (NKJV) 💯 The Lord Continues to Build His Church The early church was experiencing remarkable growth. Following the apostles' faithful preaching and the powerful work of the Holy Spirit, many people were coming to faith in Jesus Christ. Despite opposition, persecution, and challenges, the gospel continued to spread, and believers were added to the Lord daily. This verse reminds us that true spiritual growth comes from God's power, not human effort alone. The apostles faithfully proclaimed the message, but it was the Lord who changed hearts and drew people to Himself. The church grew because God was at work among His people. Today, believers can be encouraged that God is still building His church. Our responsibility is to remain faithful in sharing Christ, living out our faith, and trusting God with the results. He continues to save, transform, and strengthen lives according to His perfect plan. When we see God's hand at work, our faith grows. We are reminded that no obstacle is greater than His power and no heart is beyond His reach. Reflection Questions 1. Do I believe God is still actively drawing people to Himself today 2.
