• Being Filled with the Holy Spirit
Let us ask for the fiery Spirit that the Lord Jesus commanded us to ask for, and to ask God day and night so that we may receive this living water "which whoever drinks will never thirst, but will become in him a spring of living water welling up to eternal life." And when we are filled with the Spirit, three important things happen to us:
Firstly, we no longer search for God outside the temple of God, which is the heart, but we find Him with great joy within us.
Secondly, our desire to seek external consolation or joy away from God gradually decreases and ceases. A sign of this is also the joy of unceasing prayer, or rather, as we progress, we find joy in every opportunity for prayer.
Thirdly, the firm belief increases in us that perishable things have no place in our lives.
And so, let us watch our hearts to realize that visits of divine joy are a true pledge of the life to come.

  • Is Belief in the Divinity of Jesus a Belief in a Metaphysical Issue?
Certainly not, although we see in life people who studied the New Testament and believed in Christ. But within the human entity itself, we find the transformation that may begin with a change in behavior but moves to what is more sublime than moral behavior: union with Jesus. This is what we see in the books of leaders of the mystical life, East and West—from Anthony the Great in the East to Meister Eckhart in the West. They are a group of those who journeyed from the world of vast knowledge to the reality of personal experience of Him who is closer to us than the heartbeat—the Lord Himself, who shares our existence and came so that we may share in His being and His embodied divine life.

  • I want to be clear about what The Sacred Wheel of Harmony is—and what it isn’t.

This book is not New Age spirituality.
    It is not self-deification.
It is not a rejection of faith.

It is Christ-centered, Scripture-anchored, and led by the Great Holy Spirit, with Yeshua at the center.

The medicine wheel framework is used as a teaching map, not a source of power. Creation is honored as the handiwork of Elohim, never treated as divine. Worship belongs to Elohim alone.

This book exists for people who love Yeshua but feel disconnected from their bodies, the earth, or their lived spiritual experience—and for those who honor creation but are hungry for Christ.

It is a bridge. Not a compromise.

  • Some folks may not realize that these Saturday posts are written to walk alongside the devotional Light Through the Seasons. For those who are following along, this is a gentle opening for the week ahead.

This week opens with a quieter kind of light.
Winter light does not rush in or demand attention. It clears.

There is a gentle invitation here to set down what your heart has been holding too tightly or for too long. Cleansing, in this season, is not about fixing yourself or proving devotion. It is about allowing what was never meant to stay to finally loosen its grip.

Like frost thinning the air, a simplicity returns when unnecessary weight falls away. What remains is not emptiness, but clarity. Not loss, but room. God’s work here is subtle and kind, restoring from the inside rather than reshaping from the outside.

“Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.” (JSIV)

Winter does not argue with what is ending. It simply allows release so life can breathe again. In the same way, this week carries an invitation to trust that letting go is not failure, but faith. That lightness is not avoidance, but preparation.

What might become clearer if you allowed your hands to open just a little?

If you’re already walking with Light Through the Seasons — the 52-week devotional and/or journal — this reflection is meant to sit naturally alongside it. If you’re not, you’re still welcome here. There is no catching up and no falling behind. Only showing up when you can, in the shape your life allows right now.

The devotional and journal are available on Amazon and Kindle for those who want to walk more deeply.

    Amen and Aho.

Thirdly, the firm belief increases in us that perishable things have no place in our lives.
And so, let us watch our hearts to realize that visits of divine joy are a true pledge of the life to come.
