  • YOUR 24 HOURS

Psalm 90:12 – “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.”

Every human being, whether rich or poor, young or old, is given the same amount of time each day — 24 hours.

Time is one of the greatest gifts God has given to mankind, yet it is one of the most wasted and mismanaged. Unlike money, you cannot save or borrow time; once it is gone, it is gone forever.

Your 24 hours represent your life in portions. How you use each day determines how you live, grow, and fulfill destiny.

-> UNDERSTANDING THE VALUE OF TIME

Ephesians 5:15–16 – “See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”

Every second counts before God. Each hour you spend reflects what you truly value. Some waste their time in idleness, gossip, and vain pursuits, while others invest their time in prayer, study, work, and service to God.

God expects His children to redeem time — that is, to use it purposefully and productively for His glory.

-> YOUR TIME IS YOUR LIFE

James 4:14 – “For what is your life? It is even a vapour that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.”

Your 24 hours is a reflection of your life. What you do daily becomes who you are. If you spend your hours wisely, your destiny will flourish; if you waste them, your life will decay.

Time is not just a clock ticking — it is life leaving. Every tick of the clock takes you closer to eternity.

-> HOW JESUS USED HIS 24 HOURS

Mark 1:35 – “And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, He went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.”

Jesus was never idle. He prayed early, preached daily, healed the sick, and taught the Word. His life was full of purpose.
If the Son of God valued His 24 hours, how much more should we?

Every believer must ask: “How do I spend my day?” Do you start your day with God? Do you end it with reflection and thanksgiving?

-> THE DANGER OF WASTING TIME

Proverbs 6:9–11 – “How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? … So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.”

Wasted time leads to wasted opportunities. Many destinies have been destroyed not by demons, but by distractions.

When you fail to plan your day, the devil will help you waste it. Remember, idle time is the devil’s workshop.

-> MAKING YOUR 24 HOURS COUNT

Colossians 3:23 – “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.”

Start your day with God. Commit your time to Him through prayer and the Word.
Plan your activities. Don’t live each day randomly — write down your goals.
Avoid time wasters. Stay away from unnecessary social media, idle talk, and laziness.
Serve others. Use part of your time to help, encourage, or bless someone.
End your day in reflection. Thank God and evaluate how you used your hours.

-> YOUR 24 HOURS WILL TESTIFY

Ecclesiastes 12:14 – “For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”

One day, you will give an account of how you spent your days on earth. Your 24 hours will either testify for you or against you.

Use your time for kingdom purpose — to pray, evangelize, study, work diligently, and fulfill destiny.

Your 24 hours is a divine trust from God. Don’t waste it on things that don’t matter. Every day is a new opportunity to grow in grace, touch lives, and prepare for eternity.

Remember, how you spend your hours today will determine what your life becomes tomorrow.

    PRAY THIS PRAYER

-> Lord, teach me to number my days wisely. (Psalm 90:12)

-> Father, deliver me from time-wasting habits.

-> Holy Spirit, help me to redeem my 24 hours for divine purpose.

-> Every power assigned to waste my time, be destroyed in Jesus’ name.

-> Lord, help me to make every hour count for Your glory.

    Comment if you are bless

  • You Can’t Live Forever on Earth

Life on earth is temporary; no man is immortal here.
“It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27).
People often live as though they will never die, chasing possessions and pleasures, but forget eternity.
Today, God reminds us that our stay here is short—we must prepare for what comes after.

    1. Life on Earth is Brief
Our life is like a vapor (James 4:14).
Psalm 39:5 – “You have made my days as handbreadths…”

    2. We Are Strangers and Pilgrims
Earth is not our permanent home (1 Peter 2:11).
Abraham looked for a city built by God (Hebrews 11:10).

    3. The Reality of Judgment
Everyone will give account before God (Romans 14:12).
What matters is not how long we lived, but how well we lived in His will.

    4. The Call to Live With Eternity in View
Invest in heavenly treasures (Matthew 6:20).
Live holy, love others, and serve God faithfully.

You cannot live forever on earth, but you can live forever with Christ in heaven.
The choice you make now determines your eternal destiny.
Ecclesiastes 12:13 – “Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”

Eternity is real. Heaven is real, and hell is real. Only Jesus gives eternal life.
John 14:6 – “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
