• TODAY'S WORD
    Text: Isaiah 40:31
“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”

    MESSAGE: RENEWED FOR THE RACE
The last days are tiring. Many are weary. But God has not called you to run dry.

    1. STRENGTHENING:
Waiting on God is not wasting time. It’s refueling. When you pray, worship, and sit in His Word, He puts new strength in you. Like an eagle, you’ll rise above the storms.

    2. ENCOURAGING:
You will NOT faint. You will NOT quit. The same God who sustained you at St. Joseph P.3-P.7 will sustain you at Parents Joy P.1-P.4. He does not grow tired Isaiah 40:28.

    3. SANCTIFICATION:
To "wait on the Lord" means to set yourself apart from distractions and fix your eyes on Him Hebrews 12:1-2. Sanctification is choosing His presence over panic, His peace over pressure.

    PRAYER:
Father, I wait on You today. Renew my strength. Lift me on eagles’ wings. Help me to run this race and not grow weary, and to walk in holiness until Jesus comes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 “Encourage one another and build each other up.”

  • TO THE CHRISTIAN WHO IS READY TO QUIT
Please don't scroll past this. This may be for you.
This is for the Christian who is tired of pretending.

The one who still believes Jesus is Lord, yet secretly wonders, “Why is my heart so cold?”

The one who has prayed thousands of prayers and feels like heaven has been silent.

The one who reads the Bible but struggles to feel anything.

The one who battles temptation, grief, anxiety, disappointment, or loneliness and thinks, “Maybe I'm just a terrible Christian.”

    If that's you…

    You are not alone.

    And more importantly:

    Jesus has not abandoned you.

“The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Notice that Scripture does not say God is only near to the joyful or the victorious.

He is especially near to the brokenhearted.

Even God's greatest servants wanted to quit
Sometimes we imagine that real Christians never struggle.

The Bible tells a very different story.

David cried until his tears became his food.

“Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God.” — Psalm 42:11

Elijah called down fire from heaven, yet afterward he became so discouraged that he asked God to let him die (1 Kings 19). God didn't rebuke him first—He gave him rest, food, and His gentle presence.

Jeremiah was called the weeping prophet.

Paul admitted he was under such great pressure that he despaired of life itself.

The strongest believers are not those who never struggle.

They are the ones who keep returning to Christ.

Maybe you're exhausted from trying to be “good enough”
Many Christians live as though God's love depends on today's performance.

    We fail.

    We feel ashamed.

    We hide.

    We try harder.

    We fail again.

But listen to the invitation of Jesus:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

    Jesus did not say:

    Come when you've fixed yourself.

    He said:

    Come while you're weary.

    That changes everything.

God is not asking you to carry yourself
Some of you are carrying burdens you were never meant to carry.

The grief of losing someone you love.

    Financial pressure.

    Health problems.

    Depression.

    Spiritual dryness.

    Regret over past sins.

    Fear about the future.

    Hear the Word of God:

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

    Not some of it.

    All of it.

    Every fear.

    Every question.

    Every sleepless night.

Every tear you've cried when nobody else knew.

When you feel like God is far away
    Feelings can be powerful.

But they are not always truthful.

God's promise is greater than our emotions.

“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” — Hebrews 13:5

You may not feel His presence.

You may not understand His timing.

But His promise has not changed.

He is faithful even when our feelings rise and fall.

Your failures do not have the final word
Perhaps you've fallen into the same sin again.

Perhaps you've made promises to God that you've broken.

    Perhaps you're ashamed.

    Listen carefully.

    Satan says, “Hide from God.”

    Jesus says, “Come to Me.”

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9

The cross is not permission to continue in sin.

The cross is proof that forgiveness is available for the repentant heart.

There is mercy for those who return.

Don't confuse a difficult season with a defeated life
Winter is not the end of the tree.

Night is not the end of the day.

Friday was not the end of Jesus.

    Resurrection came.

Your story is still being written by God.

“Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” — Psalm 30:5

    Morning does come.

    Sometimes slowly.

    But it comes.

When your faith feels like a tiny ember
Maybe you used to burn with passion.

Now you barely have enough strength to whisper a prayer.

Take hope from this beautiful promise:

“A bruised reed He will not break, and a smoldering wick He will not snuff out.” — Isaiah 42:3

Jesus specializes in restoring smoldering hearts.

He does not crush weak believers.

    He restores them.

If today is all you have…
Then don't worry about surviving the next ten years.

    Walk with Jesus today.

    If you can't run…

    Walk.

    If you can't walk…

    Stand.

    If you can't stand…

    Kneel.

If all you can pray is one sentence, let it be:

“Jesus, hold on to me because I'm struggling to hold on to You.”

That prayer is precious to God.

God's grace is greater than your weakness
Paul pleaded for his hardship to be removed.

God answered him with these words:

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

    Notice this:

God did not say, “Your strength is enough.”

He said, “My grace is enough.”

Your weakness is not the end of God's work.

It is often where His power becomes most visible.

    Hold tightly to these promises
“The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

“Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles.” — Isaiah 40:31

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” — John 14:27

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 1:6

    God finishes what He starts.

He has not given up on you.

A Prayer for Every Weary Christian
    Heavenly Father,

I pray for every brother and sister in Christ who is reading this with tears in their eyes.

    Some are exhausted.

    Some are grieving.

    Some feel spiritually numb.

Some are secretly ready to walk away from the faith.

Lord Jesus, draw near to them exactly as You promised. Let the brokenhearted feel Your presence. Replace despair with hope, shame with forgiveness, fear with peace, and weariness with renewed strength.

Holy Spirit, breathe fresh life into hearts that have grown cold. Restore the joy of salvation. Give us a hunger for Your Word, a love for prayer, and the courage to keep following Jesus one day at a time.

Teach us to trust Your promises more than our feelings.

Keep our eyes fixed upon Christ until the day we see Him face to face.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

    BEFORE YOU QUIT… REMEMBER THIS
    God still loves you.

    Christ still intercedes for you.

The Holy Spirit has not stopped working in you.

    Your story is not over.

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

DON'T QUIT. KEEP LOOKING TO JESUS.
He is still the Good Shepherd.
    He is still the Savior.
    He is still enough.

I can totally relate to those who are hurting, angry, frustrated towards God
Especially after losing someone precious to death, despite you prayed your heart out and yet if feels like your prayers fell on deaf ears up there!

I really was ready to walk away from God myself last year.

But after much soul searching. No matter what. I just can't live without
Father Jehovah God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit! Plus I don't want the
Devil the Satisfaction of quitting on God.

I have permanently decided to stick with God & Jesus Christ no matter
what happens in my life. Jesus is the anchor of my heart and soul, and my
    true peace!

    Very Sincerely,

God's promise is greater than our emotions. “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” — Hebrews 13:5 You may not feel His presence. You may not understand His timing. But His promise has not changed. He is faithful even when our feelings rise and fall. Your failures do not have the final word Perhaps you've fallen into the same sin again. Perhaps you've made promises to God that you've broken. Perhaps you're ashamed. Listen carefully. Satan says, “Hide from God.” Jesus says, “Come to Me.” “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9 The cross is not permission to continue in sin. The cross is proof that forgiveness is available for the repentant heart. There is mercy for those who return. Don't confuse a difficult season with a defeated life Winter is not the end of the tree. Night is not the end of the day. Friday was not the end of Jesus. Resurrection came. Your story is still being written by God. “Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.” — Psalm 30:5 Morning does come. Sometimes slowly. But it comes. When your faith feels like a tiny ember Maybe you used to burn with passion. Now you barely have enough strength to whisper a prayer. Take hope from this beautiful promise: “A bruised reed He will not break, and a smoldering wick He will not snuff out.” — Isaiah 42:3 Jesus specializes in restoring smoldering hearts. He does not crush weak believers. He restores them. If today is all you have… Then don't worry about surviving the next ten years. Walk with Jesus today. If you can't run… Walk. If you can't walk… Stand. If you can't stand… Kneel. If all you can pray is one sentence, let it be: “Jesus, hold on to me because I'm struggling to hold on to You.” That prayer is precious to God. God's grace is greater than your weakness Paul pleaded for his hardship to be removed. God answered him with these words: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 Notice this: God did not say, “Your strength is enough.” He said, “My grace is enough.” Your weakness is not the end of God's work. It is often where His power becomes most visible. Hold tightly to these promises “The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23 “Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles.” — Isaiah 40:31 “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” — John 14:27 “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 1:6 God finishes what He starts. He has not given up on you. 🙏 A Prayer for Every Weary Christian Heavenly Father, I pray for every brother and sister in Christ who is reading this with tears in their eyes. ❤️ BEFORE YOU QUIT… REMEMBER THIS God still loves you. Christ still intercedes for you. The Holy Spirit has not stopped working in you. Your story is not over. “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9 ✝️ DON'T QUIT. KEEP LOOKING TO JESUS. He is still the Good Shepherd. He is still the Savior. He is still enough. ======================================================================= I can totally relate to those who are hurting, angry, frustrated towards God Especially after losing someone precious to death, despite you prayed your heart out and yet if feels like your prayers fell on deaf ears up there! I really was ready to walk away from God myself last year. But after much soul searching. No matter what. I just can't live without Father Jehovah God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit! Plus I don't want the Devil the Satisfaction of quitting on God. I have permanently decided to stick with God & Jesus Christ no matter what happens in my life.

And more importantly: Jesus has not abandoned you. “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18 Notice that Scripture does not say God is only near to the joyful or the victorious. He is especially near to the brokenhearted. Even God's greatest servants wanted to quit Sometimes we imagine that real Christians never struggle. The Bible tells a very different story. David cried until his tears became his food. “Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God.” — Psalm 42:11 Elijah called down fire from heaven, yet afterward he became so discouraged that he asked God to let him die (1 Kings 19). God didn't rebuke him first—He gave him rest, food, and His gentle presence. Jeremiah was called the weeping prophet. Paul admitted he was under such great pressure that he despaired of life itself. The strongest believers are not those who never struggle. They are the ones who keep returning to Christ. Maybe you're exhausted from trying to be “good enough” Many Christians live as though God's love depends on today's performance. We fail. We feel ashamed. We hide. We try harder. We fail again. But listen to the invitation of Jesus: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Jesus did not say: Come when you've fixed yourself. He said: Come while you're weary. That changes everything. God is not asking you to carry yourself Some of you are carrying burdens you were never meant to carry. The grief of losing someone you love. Financial pressure. Health problems. Depression. Spiritual dryness. Regret over past sins. Fear about the future. Hear the Word of God: “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7 Not some of it. All of it. Every fear. Every question. Every sleepless night. Every tear you've cried when nobody else knew. When you feel like God is far away Feelings can be powerful. But they are not always truthful. God's promise is greater than our emotions. ========================================================== I can totally relate to those who are hurting, angry, frustrated towards God Especially after losing someone precious to death, despite you prayed your heart out and yet if feels like your prayers fell on deaf ears up there! Jesus is the anchor of my heart and soul, and my true peace! Very Sincerely, Markus Klinger Markus4Jesus@yahoo.ca London, Ontario, Canada

TITLE: "WAIT FOR GOD'S TIMING AND NEVER GIVE UP"

    ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S)

Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV) "For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."

Galatians 6:9 (KJV) "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."

    QUOTE TO REFLECT ON

"God's promises may take time, but His timing is never late."

    DAY'S REFLECTION

There are seasons when we pray, work, wait, and wonder why the answer has not yet come. Habakkuk 2:3 reminds us that God's vision has an appointed time. What God has promised may not happen according to our preferred schedule, but His timing is purposeful and certain.

The word "vision" represents what God has revealed or promised concerning His purpose. "Appointed time" reminds us that God has a specific season for its fulfilment. When Scripture says, "though it tarry, wait for it," we are being encouraged not to abandon faith simply because the answer seems delayed.

Waiting on God is not wasting time. It is a season of preparation, strengthening, character development, and deeper dependence on Him. Sometimes God is preparing the blessing; sometimes He is preparing us for the blessing.

Paul gives a similar encouragement in Galatians 6:9: "Let us not be weary in well doing." To become weary means to lose strength, enthusiasm, or determination. Life can make us tired, especially when we continue doing what is right without immediately seeing results. Yet God promises that "in due season we shall reap."

The phrase "due season" teaches us that harvest has a proper time. A farmer does not abandon the field simply because the seed has not produced fruit immediately. He continues watering, cultivating, and waiting. Likewise, our prayers, obedience, service, kindness, and faithful labour are seeds whose harvest belongs to God's timing.

The final instruction is powerful: "if we faint not." Do not quit at the point of breakthrough. Do not allow delay to turn into discouragement. Continue praying. Continue believing. Continue doing good. Continue trusting God.

Whatever you are waiting for today, place it in God's hands. His delay is not His denial, and His silence does not mean He has forgotten you. The vision will speak at the appointed time, and the harvest will come if you refuse to give up.

    MEDITATION SCRIPTURE(S)

Psalm 27:14 (KJV) "Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

    LIFE LESSONS (IMPLICATIONS)

    1. God's promises have appointed seasons for fulfilment.

    2. Delays can be seasons of preparation rather than rejection.

    3. Faithfulness requires perseverance when results are not immediate.

    4. Those who continue doing good will eventually reap God's appointed harvest.

    5. Never give up simply because the answer has not yet appeared.

    EVERYDAY ACTION

Keep praying, keep doing good, and keep trusting God's timing without giving up.

    PRAYER

Father, give me patience to wait for Your appointed time and strength not to become weary. Help me remain faithful until I see the fulfilment of Your promises. In Jesus' name, Amen.

    DECLARATION

I will not give up. I trust God's appointed time. I will remain faithful, continue doing good, and reap my harvest in due season. God's promises concerning my life shall surely come to pass. Amen.

  • God's Creation, 100 / evolution, 0
God designed the eagle to build its nest high in towering trees and on the sheer sides of mountains, keeping both parents and young safe from predators. He equipped these birds with astonishing eyesight, roughly four times sharper than ours. From a thousand feet in the air, an eagle can pick out a rabbit roaming anywhere within a three-square-mile area. That kind of precision is no accident. It is design.

Here are a few more remarkable facts about eagles:

Bald eagles are not bald. Their snowy white head feathers contrast with their dark brown bodies, creating the appearance of a bare head.

The longest recorded lifespan for an eagle is 38 years.

Eagles build some of the largest nests in the bird world. Most are 2 to 4 feet deep and 4 to 5 feet wide, but the biggest ever found measured 20 feet deep and 9.5 feet wide and weighed more than two tons.

Female eagles are larger than males.

Bald eagles live only in North America.

    Scripture captures their majesty perfectly:
“Is it at your command that the eagle mounts up and makes his nest on high? On the rock he dwells and makes his home, on the rocky crag and stronghold. From there he spies out the prey; his eyes behold it from far away.”
    Job 39:27 through 29 KJV

  • Saturday Morning Prayer!
    Heavenly Father,
On this blessed Saturday morning, we come before Your throne with grateful hearts, thanking You for carrying us through another week. Lord, Your Word declares, "It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness." (Lamentations 3:22–23, KJV) Thank You for Your unfailing mercy, amazing grace, and steadfast love that has sustained us through every trial, challenge, and victory.
Father, many of us have come to the end of a long and demanding week feeling physically tired, mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, and spiritually weary. But Jesus, You lovingly said, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28, KJV) Today we come to You, laying every burden, every worry, every disappointment, and every care at Your feet.
Lord, Your Word tells us to "Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee." (Psalm 55:22, KJV) Therefore, we surrender every concern to You. Replace our anxiety with Your perfect peace, our weakness with Your strength, and our discouragement with renewed hope.
Father, renew us according to Your promise, for "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31, KJV) Strengthen every weary heart, refresh every tired mind, restore every aching body, and revive every spirit by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, forgive us for every sin committed knowingly and unknowingly. As 1 John 1:9 (KJV) declares, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Wash us in the precious blood of Jesus, create in us clean hearts, and renew a right spirit within us.
Father, we lift up every family before You. Let Your peace reign in every home. Heal broken relationships, strengthen marriages, protect our children and grandchildren, and remind us of Your promise: "The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore." (Psalm 121:8, KJV)
Lord, we pray for those who are sick in body. Stretch forth Your healing hand, for "I am the Lord that healeth thee." (Exodus 15:26, KJV) We stand on Your Word that "by whose stripes ye were healed." (1 Peter 2:24, KJV) Touch every person battling sickness, disease, pain, or weakness, and let Your healing virtue flow through every part of their body.
Father, bless those seeking employment, believing for promotions, financial breakthroughs, and open doors. Your Word says, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19, KJV) Open doors that no one can shut and pour out blessings that there will not be room enough to receive.
As we prepare for worship this weekend, pour out Your Spirit upon every church. Anoint every bishop, pastor, elder, minister, deacon, musician, praise team member, usher, greeter, teacher, and servant. Let souls be saved, lives transformed, and Your name glorified. Let Your Word go forth with power, for "the word of God is quick, and powerful." (Hebrews 4:12, KJV)
Father, order our steps today according to Psalm 37:23 (KJV): "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord." Protect us wherever we go, because "The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them." (Psalm 34:7, KJV) Keep us safe from danger seen and unseen.
Finally, Lord, we stand upon Your promise that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1, KJV) We boldly declare that "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper." (Isaiah 54:17, KJV) We believe this Saturday will be filled with Your peace, favor, joy, divine opportunities, healing, and unexpected blessings.
We thank You because You are faithful. We trust You with our families, our health, our finances, our future, and every detail of our lives. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise.
In the mighty, matchless, and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray.
    Amen.

The youths are full of strength, which is their glory (Prov. 20:29a). Young people are typically full of energy, vitality, and physical endurance, which is to their advantage. To soar, run, and walk through life without growing weary or fainting, young people must draw from the grace of God, which is made available through Christ. His grace renews our strength daily and empowers us beyond natural limits. What are you using your strength for? Do not use it for evil purposes. 2. Eve ing prayer for today.

    EP.i. Evening Prayer

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. ⏤ Psalm 55:22

Prayer is the burden of a sigh, the falling of a tear, the upward glancing of an eye when none but God is near. ⏤ Dwight L. Moody

O Lord, You have taught us to cast our burdens upon You, with the assurance that You will sustain us. So, we come to You tonight with our burdens. Life is too hard for us. Our duties are too great for us. We have no power of our own to do the things we need to do. We can’t meet our responsibilities alone. We owe duties to each other in our home, to Your church, to society, to the state, to our friends, and to the world. We are in debt to everyone, even to those in distant lands who don’t know You. Who is sufficient for these things? We can’t carry the burden of our personal responsibilities alone.

We have our burdens of duty, and temptation puts additional burdens on us. The world’s sorrow weighs heavily on our hearts. There are burdens that come from our circumstances. It’s hard for us to be holy. It’s hard for us to keep going day after day, year after year, in the often dreary routines of our tasks. It’s hard for us to endure life’s frictions and irritations—and always keep a sweet spirit. It’s hard for us to be patient with all kinds of people, in all sorts of trying experiences—never losing our temper, never giving in to exasperation.

We have burdens that are hard to carry, daily crosses that are hard to bear. We could never do it without the privilege of casting them upon You. We don’t ask that these burdens be taken off our shoulders, because it may be that we need to bear them for the good of the world or our own growth. But we do ask that You sustain us and help us to walk beneath our load quietly and confidently, leaning on You. Help us, O God, so that we can bear our burdens without fainting, through Jesus Christ. Amen.

But we do ask that You sustain us and help us to walk beneath our load quietly and confidently, leaning on You. Help us, O God, so that we can bear our burdens without fainting, through Jesus Christ. Amen. https://www.youdevotion.com/daily-prayer/miller/32/evening #taptapstudio #youdevotion.
