Sermon Title: "RIGHT GIVING IN A WRONG SEASON" Key Texts: 2 Corinthians 9:7, Malachi 3:8-10, Matthew 6:33, Hebrews 12:1-2, Psalm 51:17 INTRODUCTION Beloved, we are in the last days. Times of hardship. Times where many are pressed on every side. And in these days, giving has become godly for some... and desperate for others. God loves a cheerful giver. But the enemy has twisted giving into a trap for the wounded. Today God is calling us back: Look to God first, not to giving as a formula. 1. GIVING IS GODLY, BUT MOTIVE MATTERS 2 Corinthians 9:7 — “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” Giving is worship. It is obedience. It is sowing. But in this last age, error has entered. Many are giving not out of faith, but out of fear and desperation. "If I give this, then God must heal me. Then God must pay my rent." That’s not covenant. That’s bargaining. And when we bargain with God, we leave ourselves ungodly and still desperate because our eyes are on the gift, not the Giver. Isaiah 1:11 — “What to me is the multitude of your sacrifices? says the Lord.” God wants the heart before the hand. 2. THE REAL NEED: REPENTANCE AND RELATIONSHIP Your message says it: “Look to God in repentance, obedience of God's word and be right before God.” Hardship will come. 2 Timothy 3:1 — “in the last days there will come times of difficulty.” But the answer is not just to give more. The answer is to return to God. Joel 2:12-13 — “Return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; and rend your hearts and not your garments.” God’s priority is not your offering. It’s you. When you are right with God, He heals both: Physical wounds: Psalm 147:3 — “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Spiritual wounds: Psalm 51:17 — “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.” 3. THE DANGER: USING GOD FOR THE GIFT You said: “Unfortunately receivers of what they give. Ain't looking to this but after their more giving in. Leaving them ungodly before and desperate in life.” This is the trap. Using God like an ATM. Acts 8:20 — Peter told Simon, “May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money!” When we chase the blessing more than the Blesser, we stay in cycles: Desperation → Give No instant result → More desperation → Give more We become tired, bitter, and far from God. Jesus warned us: Matthew 6:33 — “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” 4. GOD’S WAY: HEAL FIRST, THEN GIVE FROM WHOLENESS God is not against your giving. He is for your healing. Hebrews 12:1-2 — “Let us lay aside every weight... and run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus.” God’s order: Repentance - Turn from sin and self-reliance Obedience - Walk in His Word daily Relationship - Seek His face, not just His hand Giving - Now give from a place of faith and joy, not fear When you do this, God restores. Malachi 3:10 — “Bring the full tithe... and thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you.” But notice: the tithe comes after “Return to me” in verse 7. CLOSING CALL + PRAYER Church, don’t let hardship push you into error. Don’t give to manipulate God. Give because you love Him. If you’ve been giving out of desperation, today is the day to return. Prayer: Father, heal us. Heal our finances, but more than that, heal our hearts. Forgive us for making giving a transaction

Brothers and sisters in Christ, Please hear my heart: this is not an attack on anyone, nor am I telling you to leave church. No, no I am still in church, and I am still part of what we call church in this modern day. For a very long time, God has been showing me clearly through His Word that much of what we see today is not His original design. Many have come against me and tried to convince me that these modern setups are from God, but when I open the Scriptures, I see something completely different. I am not telling you what to do with what I share in this group. All I know is that revelation does not mean leave, and revelation does not mean attack. Revelation means: Question and search the Word (Acts 17:11). Test all things (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Read and study the Scriptures (2 Timothy 2:15). Most importantly, PRAY. When the disciples walked with Jesus, received all His wisdom, knowledge, and revelation, they didn't go out to fight the religious leaders or destroy the system the Pharisees had built. Instead, they asked Jesus one specific thing: "Lord, teach us to pray" (Luke 11:1). They knew that prayer is the ultimate source of power, the answer, and the only thing that brings true change from our Heavenly Father. So yes, if you want to do something about what you read here, you have my full support: pray for the Body of Christ and for HIS Church not mine, not yours, but the Church of King Jesus Christ. Amen, brothers and sisters Exposing Religion, Restoring Covenant, and Understanding the True Body of Christ THE ROOT PROBLEM: ADAM'S BLOODLINE VS. THE LAST ADAM To understand what the Church is supposed to be, we must first understand why we needed Jesus in the first place. The Inherited Condition: In Genesis 2:21-23, Eve was taken out of Adam’s side they shared the same life and blood. When Adam sinned, spiritual death and corrupted iniquity entered the human spiritual DNA. The Transmitted Curse: Just like a child born with a condition inherited from their parents through no fault of their own, every human born of human seed inherited Adam’s fallen nature (Psalm 51:5, Romans 5:12). The Pure Virgin Birth: This is why Jesus could not have an earthly human father. The Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary (Luke 1:35). Jesus was born with pure, heavenly, undefiled blood bypassing Adam's fallen seed. "The first man Adam became a living being. The last Adam became a life-giving spirit." 1 Corinthians 15:45 Key Insight: Salvation through Holy Communion and the Blood of Jesus acts like spiritual dialysis filtering out the toxicity of Adam's sin and replacing it with the pure, incorruptible life of King Jesus! GOD’S DESIGN FOR MARRIAGE AND COVENANT Why did God create marriage, forbid sex outside of it, and tell us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14)? God is Eternal Community: God exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Love requires relationship. When God said, "It is not good that man should be alone" (Genesis 2:18), He wasn't just fixing Adam's loneliness He was creating humanity to reflect His relational, self-sacrificial nature. Godly Offspring: Sex inside marriage creates a covenant shield over the home. Malachi 2:15 asks why God made two into one: "He seeks godly offspring." Born-again parents create a holy atmosphere covered by prayer (1 Corinthians 7:14). Important Note: Born-again parents give their children a spiritual foundation, but every child must still reach an age where they personally accept Jesus as their Savior. God has children, not grandchildren! Marriage as a Prophetic Picture: In Ephesians 5:31-32, Paul reveals that marriage between a husband and wife was created from Genesis to be a prophetic mirror of Christ and the Church. THE TRAP OF MODERN RELIGION, CULTURE, AND TRADITIONS In Matthew 15:6–9, Jesus confronted the religious leaders of His day with a severe warning: "You have nullified the word of God for the sake of your tradition. They worship me in vain; their teachings are merely human rules." When the modern Church strays from the Holy Spirit, it falls into three traps: Religion: Replaces raw intimacy with God with mechanical checklists and outward appearances. Culture: Waters down the Gospel to avoid offending people offering a soft "love" without Truth that leaves people bound in sin. Tradition: Protects "how we've always done it," defending empty human routines even when the Holy Spirit wants to move. The Pool of Bethesda Warning (John 5) A paralyzed man lay by the pool for 38 years. He said, "Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up." He was inside a place called the "House of Mercy," yet he was totally isolated by religious crowds pursuing their own blessings. Jesus bypassed the crowd, spoke Kingdom power, and commanded him to rise! The Holy Spirit does not need a human run-sheet; He needs obedient vessels. TRUTH AND LOVE: THE GREAT PHYSICIAN Modern churches often preach Truth without Love (Legalism) or Love without Truth (Compromise). Jesus came full of Grace and Truth (John 1:14). Truth without Love - Brutality: Uses Scripture like a hammer to condemn people without helping them. Love without Truth - Deception: Tells a drowning person they are fine while they perish in their sin. The Doctor Analogy: A good doctor hates the cancer, but loves the patient. To the woman caught in adultery (John 8): Jesus offered unconditional Grace ("Neither do I condemn you") AND uncompromising Truth ("Go and sin no more"). Why Jesus Acted Differently with Different People: To the broken, lost, and hurting sinner: Jesus was gentle, patient, and merciful (Zacchaeus, the woman at the well). To the hypocritical religious leaders: Jesus was sharp, bold, and uncompromising ("Woe to you, hypocrites! White-washed tombs!" - Matthew 23:27). WHAT IS THE TRUE CHURCH (EKKLĒSIA)? If Jesus walked into our towns today, He wouldn't look for a brand name, a denomination, or a big building. The word "Church" in Greek is Ekklēsia, meaning "the called-out ones." The Origin of the Setup: For the first 300 years, the early Church met from house to house as a family (Acts 2:46). When Emperor Constantine legalized Christianity in 313 AD, church life was merged with Roman pagan structures building giant basilicas, introducing altars, and turning active believers into passive spectators watching a priest or pastor perform on stage. What is a "Saint"? In Scripture, every born-again believer is a saint (Ephesians 1:1). The "assembling of the saints" (Hebrews 10:25) was never meant to be watching a weekly 90-minute show. 1 Corinthians 14:26 says: "Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation." Whose Church Does Jesus Visit? Where believers gather in HIS Name (not human brand names - 1 Corinthians 1:12-13). Where people worship in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24). Where genuine Love is shown to the broken (John 13:35). Where Jesus is not locked outside the door by human programs (Revelation 3:20). REVELATION IS A CALL TO PRAYER, NOT REBELLION Testing what we hear against Scripture is biblical the Bereans were praised because they searched the Scriptures daily to verify what Paul taught (Acts 17:10-11). When God gives you revelation to see the flaws in religious traditions: Do not use it to destroy or attack: Revelation is not a weapon to throw rocks at the Bride of Christ. Use it as an assignment to intercede: In Luke 11:1, the disciples didn't ask Jesus how to preach or do miracles they asked, "Lord, teach us to pray." Follow Jesus’ High Priestly Prayer (John 17): Right before the cross, Jesus prayed for the protection and supernatural unity of His believers ("that they all may be one as We are one"). OUR CALLING AS STEWARDS We do not own the Church; we are only stewards of what Jesus built. It was already perfect in the New Testament. We don't need to reinvent it with human business models or cultural traditions. It is time to be soft and compassionate toward the broken sheep, but bold and uncompromising against the religious spirit that keeps people trapped. Let us return to the original blueprint: living in the pure bloodline of Jesus, worshipping in Spirit and Truth, loving one another, and being His living Body on the earth! Amen!

A Nugget of Truth. GOD DOES NOT HAVE ONE LAW, AND CHRIST ANOTHER. One of the greatest misunderstandings in Christianity is the idea that the Father gave one law while Christ introduced another. The Bible never teaches this. Jesus did not come to replace His Father's commandments with a different standard. He came to reveal their true meaning, magnify them, and call people back to wholehearted obedience. Jesus declared: «"I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love." (John 15:10)» If Christ Himself kept the Father's commandments, why would He teach His followers to ignore them? He also said: «"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil." (Matthew 5:17)» The word fulfil does not mean abolish. Jesus immediately explained His meaning by saying that not even the smallest part of God's law would pass away until heaven and earth pass away (Matthew 5:18). Then He gave a solemn warning: «"Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven..." (Matthew 5:19)» That is not the language of someone abolishing God's commandments. It is the language of someone upholding them. The Bible also reveals that Christ is the divine Lawgiver. Isaiah prophesied: «"The LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king." (Isaiah 33:22)» John declares that Jesus is God (John 1:1, 14), and Jesus Himself said: «"I and my Father are one." (John 10:30)» Christ is not in conflict with the Father. Their will is one. Their character is one. Their law reflects that unchanging character. God Himself declares: «"For I am the LORD, I change not." (Malachi 3:6)» If God's character does not change, the principles that reveal His character do not suddenly become evil or unnecessary. Some point to Paul's writings and conclude that all law has been abolished. But careful study shows that Paul frequently addressed the ceremonial laws—the sacrifices, feast days, and ordinances that pointed forward to Christ's sacrifice (Colossians 2:14–17; Hebrews 10:1). Paul never taught that it is acceptable to murder, steal, commit adultery, worship idols, or dishonor parents. In fact, he wrote: «"Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law." (Romans 3:31)» Faith does not cancel obedience. It establishes it. James agrees: «"Faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." (James 2:17)» Biblical faith is not merely believing certain facts about Jesus. It is trusting Him so completely that we walk as He walked. The apostle John writes: «"He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked." (1 John 2:6)» Jesus' life was one of loving obedience. The Gospels repeatedly show Him worshipping, teaching, loving sinners, keeping His Father's commandments, and living in perfect harmony with God's will. When asked about the greatest commandment, Jesus did not abolish the Ten Commandments. He summarized them: «"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart..." "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." (Matthew 22:37–40)» These two commandments are not replacements for God's law—they are its summary. The first four commandments teach us how to love God. The last six commandments teach us how to love our neighbor. Love is the principle; the commandments show us what love looks like in daily life. Jesus also deepened the commandments instead of weakening them. He taught that hatred is the spirit of murder (Matthew 5:21–22), lust is the spirit of adultery (Matthew 5:27–28), and true obedience begins in the heart. The final generation described in Revelation is identified by two inseparable characteristics: «"Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." (Revelation 14:12)» The Bible never places faith and obedience in opposition. It joins them together. God's grace forgives us. God's Spirit transforms us. Faith trusts Christ. Obedience is the fruit of that faith. The question is not whether we can earn salvation by keeping God's commandments—we cannot. Salvation is by grace through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8–9). But the faith that saves is never alone; it produces a life of obedience (Ephesians 2:10). Christ did not come to lower God's standard. He came to lift humanity to it through His grace. The God of the Old Testament and the Christ of the New Testament are not divided. The Father and the Son are one in purpose, one in truth, and one in love. Therefore, let us believe all that Christ taught, follow His example, and joyfully keep the commandments of God through the power of His Spirit.

But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. *TOPIC:* TREASURE IN EARTHEN VESSEL. *THE MESSAGE:* Paul reminds the Church at Corinth that God places His divine presence in fragile human bodies, likened to jars of clay. Though weak and perishable, these bodies are meant to showcase God's power, which overcomes all human fragility and even death. This divine power transforms believers into a new creation. For youths, their bodies may be vulnerable to various challenges; God still desires to use them to display His grace and glory. Regrettably, many young people use their earthen vessel for shameful practices that defile them, such as tattooing, masturbation, rapping, drunkenness, and many others. God does not approve this. You should surrender yourselves to God as worthy instruments to be used for His purposes. *REFLECTION:* God's treasure indwells you. *PRAYER:* Lord, help me to be a worthy container of Your treasure. I want to preach this old-time, faithful gospel which our ancestors believed in. The promises on which they leaned on and the cross of Jesus with the expectation for eternal life; it all remains unchanged. God has not changed God's Word endures forever and will not change. There is nothing new under the sun. People always look for something new and always want to invent something new. And when they think they found it, it is already old. They keep looking for new things. While everything around us is subjected to change, God is and remains the same. The gospel is the same old-time gospel; nothing has changed. God's love is the same, His blood is the same, His Spirit is the same – it all remains the same. Hebrews 13:8 says: 'Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.'Why would you look for all kinds of new things? New ideas, new religions? If you have deviated from the right path, if you have strayed, then come back to the Truth. If you are isolated from the Church, I would like to ask you to come back. I dare to say that you have never really been happy since the day you left. What Tithe Is, and What It Was Never Meant to Be I want us to look at tithing again, because I believe most of us have never asked the real question. We ask how much. We hardly ever ask why. And until we answer why, the how much means nothing to God. Let me start with the word itself, because it tells us something we often skip. In Hebrew, the word is ma'aser, and it simply means a tenth part. In Greek, the word is dekate, the same root that gives us the word decade, meaning ten. The word carries no promise in it. No formula. No key. It is just a portion. A tenth. That is all the word says on its own. The meaning was never in the word. It was in what the tenth stood for, that everything already belongs to God. "The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof" (Psalm 24:1). "Every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills" (Psalm 50:10). Before God ever commanded anyone to tithe, he was already the owner. Tithing did not make him owner. It was you agreeing that he already was. What tithe is Abraham gave a tenth to Melchizedek before the law even existed (Genesis 14:20), and he gave it out of worship, not because anyone told him to. Under the law, the tithe belonged to God as holy (Leviticus 27:30), and it was there to support those who ministered before him (Numbers 18:21-24). David understood this well when he said, "all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee" (1 Chronicles 29:14). We did not give God something that was ours. We only gave back what was already his. That is what tithe is. Obedience. Acknowledging him. Worship that says, I trust you as the owner more than I trust what is in my own hand. What tithe is not Tithe is not a payment to unlock a blessing. It is not a trade where you give ten and expect God to owe you more. Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for exactly this kind of religion, they were tithing down to the smallest herb and still missing "the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith" (Matthew 23:23). They had perfected the giving and lost the heart behind it. And that is possible even today. You can tithe correctly and still miss God completely, because he was never after your ten percent. He was after you. Jesus made this even clearer with the widow who gave two mites. He said she gave more than everyone else, not because of the amount, but because she gave out of her lack, not out of what she could easily spare (Luke 21:1-4). God has never measured giving by the number. He measures what it cost you, and what it shows about who you actually trust. What Malachi was really saying This is the verse everyone quotes and hardly anyone reads properly. "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it" (Malachi 3:10). But read what comes just before it. God was not opening a transaction with a faithful people. He was speaking to a people who had robbed him, who doubted him, who held back because in their hearts they believed that if they gave, they would remain with nothing (Malachi 3:8-9). That is why he said test me. It was not an offer. It was a challenge to their unbelief. He was saying, you think giving will leave you empty, you do not trust that I am able to provide, so test that doubt against who I really am. The blessing was never a reward waiting at the end of your obedience. The blessing was already there, in his nature, in who he already is. What God wanted was not the tithe itself. He wanted their trust to be strong enough to act like he was real. The real question, what is your intent When God gave, he gave with intent. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son" (John 3:16). The giving was never separate from the love. He did not give to get something back. He gave to save us, to restore us, because that is who he is. So I ask myself, and I ask you too, when you give, what is really in your heart. What is the motive behind the hand that gives. Tithing was never meant to be a key to unlock God or to provoke him to move on your behalf. It was meant to build in us a heart of obedience, discipline, and a life in submission to his word. If your giving is transactional, seed for a harvest, obedience for a payout, then you have missed what tithing was for, even if the amount was correct. This is why many give and never see anything change, not because they lacked faith in the way we usually think of it, but because the posture was wrong from the beginning. It was never relational. It was a trade they were hoping God would honour. God is not looking for your ten percent. He is looking for a heart that says, all of this was already yours, and I am only giving back what you trusted me to hold.

We find more about holiness, which means sinless, as in 1 John 3:6-9, is written that who abides in Christ SINS NOT and that those who sin don't know Him. Then it says that who sins is of the devil. And it says that those born of God's Seed DO NOT SIN. Avoid reading the AMP version, because it developed a dark doctrine about practicing sin, saying that those who are not born of God practice sin every day, but the new creatures don't practice sin every day, only sin now and then.
