    THE CROSS OF CALVARY 🏽

    MONDAY, 17TH AUGUST, 2026

    TEXT: JOHN 7:37–39

    KEY VERSE:

«“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.” — John 7:37 (KJV)»

THE LIVING WATER THAT FLOWS FROM CHRIST

The Cross of Calvary reveals the depth of God's love, but the message of Christ does not end at the Cross. Jesus calls every thirsty soul to come to Him and receive the living water that only He can give.

There is a thirst in every human heart that money cannot satisfy, success cannot quench, relationships cannot completely fill, and worldly pleasures cannot permanently silence.

Jesus stands as the answer to that deepest thirst.

He does not merely offer us something to drink—He offers us Himself.

    THREE TRUTHS FROM JOHN 7

    JESUS INVITES THE THIRSTY.

«“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.” — John 7:37»

Notice the words: “If any man.”

The invitation is open to everyone.

It does not matter how broken your past has been. It does not matter how far you have wandered. It does not matter how empty your heart feels.

    Jesus says:

    COME.

    Come with your weakness.
    Come with your questions.
    Come with your failures.
    Come with your burdens.
    Come with your thirst.

The answer is found in Christ.

CHRIST IS THE SOURCE OF TRUE SATISFACTION.

The world constantly offers temporary solutions to spiritual hunger and thirst.

It tells us to pursue possessions, pleasure, recognition and human approval.

But everything the world offers eventually leaves us wanting more.

    Jesus offers something different.

He gives living water—the life, presence and work of the Holy Spirit within the believer.

When Christ becomes the centre of your life, you no longer have to depend on the world to define your worth or satisfy your soul.

    Jesus is enough. 🏽

THE HOLY SPIRIT FLOWS THROUGH THE BELIEVER.

«“He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” — John 7:38»

Jesus does not intend for us to keep His life within ourselves.

The living water is meant to flow.

What God pours into you should become a blessing to others.

    Your testimony can encourage someone.
    Your prayers can strengthen someone.
    Your kindness can restore someone.
Your witness can lead someone to Christ.

A believer should not be a spiritual reservoir that only receives.

We are called to become channels through which God's grace flows.

    TODAY'S REFLECTION

What are you truly thirsty for?

Are you thirsty for God—or are you constantly trying to satisfy your heart with the things of this world?

    Jesus is still calling:

“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.”

Do not run to the world when your soul is thirsty.

    Run to Jesus.

When you are empty—come to Jesus.

When you are discouraged—come to Jesus.

When you are spiritually dry—come to Jesus.

When you need direction—come to Jesus.

When you need peace—come to Jesus.

The world may offer temporary refreshment, but Christ gives living water.

And when you have received His living water, allow it to flow through your life and touch others.

    🏽 PRAYER

    Heavenly Father,

Thank You for giving us Jesus Christ, the source of living water. Thank You that through Him we can receive true spiritual life and satisfaction.

Lord Jesus, I come to You today with every thirst, every burden and every emptiness in my heart.

    Fill me with Your presence.

Let the Holy Spirit refresh my soul and strengthen my faith. Remove every desire that has taken Your place in my heart.

Teach me to seek You above everything else.

Let the living water within me flow into my family, my relationships, my church, my workplace and everyone I encounter.

Make my life a vessel through which Your love, grace and truth can reach others.

May I never try to satisfy my soul with what can only leave me empty.

Jesus, You are enough for me.

In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🏽

    CALVARY BLESSING

May the Lord satisfy every spiritual thirst within you.

May the Holy Spirit refresh your soul.

May God's presence strengthen you when you are weak.

May His Word guide you when you are confused.

May rivers of living water flow through your life and become a blessing to others.

May your heart always hunger for God and your spirit continually thirst for His presence.

    Come to Christ.
    Drink deeply from His presence.
    Walk in the Spirit.
Let His life flow through you.

  • On September 30, 2020, I saw in a vision of something I could not shake.

A swarm of flaming locusts sweeping across the globe.

Not cute. Violent swarm carried by the wind.

Not symbolic in some shallow religious way.

    It was violent in purity.
    Ordered in movement.
    Terrifying in holiness.

A living picture of a people seized by God and carried by wind.

Then I heard the Lord say:

“Even so must My people be. Prepare. Make ready. For there comes a final mighty wind of My Spirit to launch you as a flaming army.”

I have carried that word for years.
    Quietly.
    Carefully.
    Soberly.

Because not every vision is meant to be posted the moment it is seen.

Some things must sit in the fear of the Lord long enough to burn the pride out of the messenger.

And I am saying this now with trembling:

I believe the time of preparation is narrowing.

God is not raising up a casual people for a casual hour.

    He is not gathering performers.
    He is not anointing ambition.
He is not breathing on religious noise.

He is preparing a people who know how to wait until the wind comes.

Because locusts do not move alone.
    They move in swarms.
    They move by timing.

They move with a force greater than themselves.

And when the wind takes them, what was hidden becomes unstoppable.

That is what I believe the Spirit of God is doing in the earth.

He is forming a flaming army in the secret place.

    Not famous people.
    Faithful people.

    Not polished people.
    Prepared people.

    Not people addicted to platforms.
People who have been burned clean at the altar.

This is not the hour for borrowed oil.
This is not the hour for loud mouths and empty lamps.

This is not the hour to jump because something looks exciting.

This is the hour to discern the wind of God.

    To know when to wait.
    To know when to move.
    To know when to leap.

Jeremiah 51:10–16 speaks of the Lord bringing forth His righteousness and calling His people to declare His work.

Nahum 3:14–17 speaks of preparation, siege, fire, locusts, and scattering.

There is a pattern here for those with ears to hear.

    Preparation before release.
    Fire before movement.
    Discernment before assignment.
    Formation before harvest.
    And hear me clearly:

The darkness we are called to confront must first be burned out of us.

Because an unpurified vessel cannot carry holy fire without turning it into strange fire.

So I am praying this again.

    Lord, prepare us.

Strip the laziness out of us.
Burn the compromise out of us.
    Deliver us from spiritual performance.

Teach us to discern what is You and what is only noise wearing Your language.

Give us timing to jump so the wind can take us
    Give us obedience.
    Give us holy fire.

Let the mighty wind of Your Spirit come upon a prepared people.

    Make us one body.
    One swarm.
    One flaming army.

    Not to be seen.
    To be sent.

    Not to make a name.
    To bear Your name.
    Not to destroy people.
    To destroy darkness.
Not to consume souls with control.

To gather souls into the harvest of Jesus Christ.

    This is not hype.
    This is warning.
    This is preparation.

This is the sound before the wind.

I’ve seen enough to stay awake.
    I love enough to warn.
I fear God enough to speak.

  • *TODAY'S PROPHETIC DECLARATION - SATURDAY, 15TH AUGUST, 2026.*

*CHOOSE TO DO GOOD AND LET CHRIST RESTORE YOU*

    Scripture:
“And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace. And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.” — Mark 3:4–5 (KJV).

*Reflection – A Heart Open to God's Restoration:*
In Mark 3:4–5, Jesus confronted the religious leaders who were more concerned about rules than about compassion and human need. He challenged them to recognize that doing good and saving life are always consistent with God's heart.

Jesus then turned to the man with the withered hand and said, “Stretch forth thine hand.” The man responded in faith, and what had been damaged was restored.

This passage teaches us that God desires mercy, restoration, and obedience. Sometimes, like the man in the synagogue, we must stretch out in faith what we have kept hidden because of pain, disappointment, fear, or shame.

Today, Christ is still calling His people to stretch forth their hands—to trust Him, obey Him, do good, and allow His restoring power to work in their lives.

    *Prophetic Declaration:*
Today, I declare that my heart is open to the transforming and restoring power of Jesus Christ. I will not allow hardness of heart, bitterness, unforgiveness, pride, or disappointment to prevent God's work in my life.

I declare that every area of my life that has become weak, damaged, delayed, or unproductive shall receive the restoring touch of the Lord according to His perfect will.

Today, I stretch forth my hands in faith. I stretch forth toward God's promises, toward new opportunities, toward service, toward growth, and toward everything the Lord has prepared for me.

I declare restoration over my family, ministry, work, business, studies, relationships, and every good endeavor committed into my hands. Where there has been weakness, may God bring strength. Where there has been loss, may He bring restoration. Where there has been stagnation, may He bring renewed progress.

I proclaim that I shall not be a person who sees a need and refuses to do good. Give me a compassionate heart that responds to people with love, kindness, generosity, and practical help.

Today, every spirit of limitation and discouragement is overcome by faith. I refuse to remain where fear has kept me. I receive courage to stretch forth, step forward, and embrace the new things God is doing in my life.

I declare that my hands shall be productive and fruitful. The work of my hands shall be established by the Lord. My skills, gifts, talents, resources, and opportunities shall be used for God's glory and for the blessing of others.

I proclaim that my heart shall remain sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. I shall not allow religious routine, human opinion, or tradition to prevent me from expressing the love and compassion of Christ.

Today, I receive grace to forgive, grace to serve, grace to love, and grace to do good. My life shall become an instrument through which God brings healing, hope, encouragement, and restoration to others.

I declare that this day shall bring fresh strength, divine favor, meaningful opportunities, and renewed hope. The restoring hand of Jesus shall be evident in my life, and my testimony shall cause others to glorify God.

I will stretch forth in faith.
    I will walk in love.
I will choose to do good.
I will remain open to God's restoration.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

    *Action Steps for today:*
Begin your day by asking God to give you a compassionate and obedient heart.

Read Mark 3:1–6 and meditate on Jesus' compassion and the restoration of the man's hand.

Declare: “Lord Jesus, I stretch forth my hands in faith. Restore everything in my life that needs Your touch.”

Look for an opportunity to do good today—encourage someone, help someone, forgive someone, or meet a genuine need.

Identify one area where fear or disappointment has held you back and take one faith-filled step forward.

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any hardness of heart, bitterness, or unforgiveness that needs to be surrendered to God.

End the day by thanking God for every opportunity to serve, help, and demonstrate the love of Christ.

    *Prayer:*
    Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your compassion and Your desire to restore what is broken.

Search my heart and remove every form of hardness, bitterness, pride, unforgiveness, and spiritual complacency. Give me a heart that responds quickly to Your voice and is willing to do good.

Just as You commanded the man with the withered hand to stretch it forth, help me to stretch forth in faith today. Give me courage to step beyond my limitations and trust You for restoration.

Touch every area of my life that needs Your intervention. Restore my joy, strengthen my faith, renew my relationships, establish my work, and bless the good endeavors You have placed in my hands.

Make my hands instruments of service and my heart a vessel of compassion. Help me to see opportunities to do good and give me the grace to respond.

May my life demonstrate the love of Christ and bring hope to those around me.

Lord, restore me, use me, and make me a blessing.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

    *Blessing for today:*
May the restoring hand of Jesus rest upon you today. May He strengthen every weak area, restore what has been damaged, renew what has become weary, and breathe fresh life into every good thing concerning you.

May your hands be blessed and productive. May the Lord establish the work of your hands and make you a blessing to your family, church, community, and everyone you encounter.

May your heart remain tender toward God and compassionate toward people. May you never miss an opportunity to do good, show kindness, or demonstrate the love of Christ.

As you stretch forth your hands in faith, may you experience divine restoration and become a channel of restoration to others.

    Stretch forth in faith.
    Walk in love.
    Do good.
    Expect restoration.

Good morning beloved and do have a blessed, fruitful, and restoration-filled weekend
    Shalom!

  • God's Eternal Plan: From Mortal to Immortal

Bible Text: “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” — 1 Corinthians 15:53 (KJV)

From the beginning, God's intended purpose was for man to live in immortality. But the enemy altered the blood of man — for when God breathed into man, he became a living soul, and Scripture affirms that the life of the flesh is in the blood.

This insight is drawn from a humble perspective, in God's lens and by His mercy: it was man's blood, the very vessel of life, that was altered. Though not explicitly stated in Scripture, this understanding arises from meditation upon God's Word — for the essence of deep study is not mere information, but divine revelation, insight, and understanding.

Yet God already had an eternal plan in place: to turn man from mortal to immortal, like Himself. The death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus proved it.

He came, born of the flesh, to shed His blood for us. He who knew no sin became sin, that He might shed His precious and stainless blood for our redemption. For it is blood that must be shed for man's redemption, and His blood alone was qualified — untainted, unaltered.

He arose from the dead — this time without blood, in a body made immortal, because His blood had already been shed. He ascended as flesh, yet He ascended immortal, without blood, yet living — and He lives forevermore.

The whole essence of this was to bring about God's eternal plan and purpose for man: to live immortal, like Him, for eternity in His presence.

This is the reward awaiting His true Bride at His soon return — to be changed, translated into immortality, and caught up with Him in the air, unto eternal reign with Him, forever.

    God's Loving Heart.
God's Eternal Plan: From Mortal to Immortal Bible Text: “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.” — 1 Corinthians 15:53 (KJV) From the beginning, God's intended purpose was for man to live in immortality.

  • *YOU ARE NOT THE LIGHT*

One of the reasons David fell was because he was not where he was supposed to be.

The Bible says it was the season when kings went out to war. (2 Samuel 11:1)

David stayed home. He had begun believing his own importance. The reasoning sounded noble.

"Let the light of Israel not be extinguished." (2 Samuel 21:17)

But David was never the light. He was only a lamp. There is a difference.

A lamp carries light. A lamp is useful because of the light that burns in it. But the lamp is not the source.

Jesus is the Light. (John 8:12)

No matter how greatly God uses you, you never become the source. The moment you begin to think you are indispensable, you have stepped into dangerous ground.

God may use you mightily. People may be blessed through your ministry. You may preach, teach, lead, or serve faithfully.

None of that changes who you are. You are still a vessel. You are still carrying what belongs to another.

The greatest danger is not success. It is forgetting where the success came from.

Pride quietly builds an exaggerated image of yourself. Outwardly, you may appear humble. Inwardly, you are sitting on a throne.

You begin comparing yourself with others. You think you are above them because you know more, perform better, or achieve more.

A person may have achievements and still be bound by lust, bitterness, fear, or pride. Meanwhile, another person may never have your achievements while obeying God, yet they walk in peace, contentment, and freedom.

    So, who is truly successful?

True success is not measured by results alone. It is measured by submission to God.

Never mistake the lamp for the Light. Never allow your usefulness to become your identity.

Everything you have came from God. Remain a faithful lamp. Keep pointing people to the Light.

    Good evening!

    THEME: INPUT DETERMINES OUTPUT II

MEMORISE: But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
    Luke 12:48

    READ: Matthew 25:14-30

14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.

15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.

18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.

19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.

20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

    MESSAGE

Referencing the example I gave in the first paragraph of yesterday’s teaching, if God gives you an assignment, He will provide you with the resources you need to execute it. Some of those resources will be around you, and others will be within you. As we see in today’s memory verse, to whom much is given, much is expected, so the more resources God gives you, the more results He expects from you.

People who feel that God has not given them enough resources must be careful that they do not become like the servant who despised the talent his master gave him, as we read in today’s Bible reading. Some people feel that the resources they have are insufficient and try to wait for God to give them something better or more before they can start being faithful with the little they have.
Beloved, this is a wrong mindset. A person who cannot be faithful with what he or she has received should not expect to receive more. God only gives more to those who have proven themselves faithful in little things.

I hail from a village that was not on the map. My father was so poor that people who were also poor called him poor. Even though my parents were poor and I did not have many resources growing up, God gave me one talent, and that is my brain. I used the talent God gave me very effectively by studying diligently, and gradually, I acquired many more resources with it. The Lord gave me salvation in 1973, and from that point onward, I became a very useful vessel in His hands. When I reflect on the great things God has enabled me to achieve despite the limited resources I started out with, always praise the Lord for His faithfulness. Indeed, when a fellow is faithful with little, more will be committed to him or her.

Child of God, look around and within you, and you will see all the great gifts that God has given to you. Don’t fail Him; please, use those gifts to win more souls to the Kingdom of God. Use them to gain so much influence that when you speak, people will be willing to listen and serve the same God that you serve.I pray that the Almighty God will use you to accomplish mighty things in His Kingdom as you serve Him faithfully with the gifts He has given you, in Jesus’ name.

    REFLECTION

Are you serving God faithfully with the gifts He has given you?

    HYMN 12: ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS

    1. Onward, Christian soldiers!
    Marching as to war,
    With the cross of Jesus
    Going on before.
    Christ, the royal Master,
    Leads against the foe;
    Forward into battle,
    See his banners go!

    [Chorus]
Onward, Christian soldiers!Marching as to war,
    With the cross of Jesus
    Going on before.

    2. At the sign of triumph
    Satan’s host doth flee;
    On, then, Christian soldiers,
    On to victory.
    Hell’s foundations quiver
    At the shout of praise;
    Brothers, lift your voices,
    Loud your anthems raise.

    3. Like a mighty army
    Moves the Church of God;
    Brothers, we are treading
    Where the Saints have trod.
    We are not divided;
    All one body we:
    One in hope and doctrine,
    One in charity.

    4. Onward, then, ye people;
    Join our happy throng.
    Blend with ours your voices
    In the triumph song:
    Glory, laud, and honor
    Unto Christ, the King.
    This through countless ages
    Men and angels sing.

  • Good evening, brethren.
    1. Evening devotion for today.

    ED.i. *DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST*
    (COCIN DEVOTIONAL)

    *DATE:*
    WEDNESDAY 12TH AUGUST, 2026

    *SUB-THEME:*
    YOUTHS: VESSELS OF GOD'S GRACE.

    *TOPIC:*
    YIELDING TO GOD'S MOULDING PROCESS.

    *TEXT:*
    JEREMIAH 18:1-6
[1] The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord:
[2] “Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will let you hear My words.”
[3] So I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was working at his wheel.
[4] And the vessel he was making of clay was spoiled in the potter’s hand, and he reworked it into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to do.
[5] Then the word of the Lord came to me:
[6] “O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter has done? declares the Lord. Behold, like the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel.

    *TOPIC:*
    YIELDING TO GOD'S MOULDING PROCESS.

    *THE MESSAGE:*
In a world that encourages unchecked freedom and haste, it is challenging to submit to God's purpose patiently. Jeremiah uses the image of a potter and clay to illustrate God's sovereign authority to shape our lives as He wills. Though the moulding process may be uncomfortable and impact our character, desires, and attitudes, it is ultimately for our good. Yielding to this divine process transforms us into vessels of honor, shaped by grace. The key question is whether we are resisting or willingly submitting to God's refining work in our lives. Some delays in life, such as marriage, admission, employment, travel or even promotion, may be a moulding process orchestrated by God for our later glory. Do not allow these moulding processes to discourage you. Depend on God's plans for your life.

    *REFLECTION:*
    Yield to God's moulding process.

    *PRAYER:*
Lord, here am I; mould me. Amen.

    *MEMORY VERSE FOR THE MONTH:*
    2 TIMOTHY 2:21.
"If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be instruments for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master, and prepared to do any good work.

    *TODAY'S BIBLE READING PLAN:*
    JEREMIAH 40-45.

    ED.ii. TERRIFIED

"And being in anguish, He prayed more earnestly, and His sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground." - Luke 22:44

After the meal, Jesus took three of His disciples to the garden of Gethsemane. It was in this garden where He became terrified. Jesus, a man of sorrows, was confronted here with a pain He never experienced before in His life as the Son of man. Jesus was always joyful and at rest, but in this garden, everything became different. His peace was gone, His rest turned into a deadly fear. He even prayed: 'Abba, Father, everything is possible for You. Take this cup from Me. Yet not what I will, but what You will.' (Mark 14:36).

    Jesus' battle

Jesus was waging a heavy battle. His sweat even became like drops of blood. He walked to His disciples and wanted to share His terrible fear with them. But they had fallen asleep. I always thought that Jesus was terrified because He was fighting the evil one in this garden. But then I realized that this is impossible, because Jesus already won that battle during the temptation in the desert. I understood that Jesus is talking about a cup here and He is asking His Father to take that cup away from Him if possible.

This cup did not come from the Pharisees, nor from the evil one, nor from His sleeping disciples, nor from His traitor or other people, but from His own Father. That cup was filled with our sins, diseases and guilt. All the evil was in that cup. And now He had to drink that cup. That terrified Him, because with this cup God, His Father, would burden Him with all our sins!

He was without fault, He was clean and holy. He could not sin. By drinking that cup, He stood in the place of sinners. The curse and the punishment had to come on Him. He was abandoned by God because of that guilt. Today we are able to come into God's presence 24 hours daily because Jesus drank that cup for us. Happy are those who believe this.

    2. Evening Prayer for today.

    WP.i. Evening Prayer

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. ⏤ Psalm 4:8

A quiet heart is content with what God gives. ⏤ Elisabeth Elliot

Our waiting eyes are on You, O Lord, this evening. The close of each day adds to our debt of gratitude for Your mercies and favors. We are not worthy of even the least of all Your goodness and loving-kindness, for we have sinned against You. Yet we hope in Your mercy and cast ourselves on Your grace.

We thank You for the protection You have given us this day. We have gone out and come in, and You have kept us safe. You have blessed our home life, keeping us from harm, providing for our needs, and giving us strength for duty. You have blessed us in our work, giving us some measure of success and enabling us to continue in our place and do our tasks.

We thank You for the grace You have given us to resist temptation, to bear our daily crosses, and to witness for You among others.

Great Shepherd of all Your redeemed people, we ask You to take each member of our family into Your special care tonight. We cannot protect ourselves from the dangers of the darkness, so we entrust our lives to Your gracious keeping. May Your holy angels watch over our home. You who never slumber, keep watch over us.

We pray for all our friends and neighbors. They have different needs, and we cannot know what each one requires, but You know. Grant each one what will be the truest blessing. Lead them in right paths. Let none of them be eternally lost. Remember Your church and give it spiritual enrichment. And to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, be glory forever. Amen.

22 Flee from youthful passions. Instead, pursue righteousness, faithfulness, love, and peace together with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart. 1Ti 6:11 [1Co 1:2] [Heb 12:14]

    *TOPIC:*
    LIVING IN PURITY.

    *THE MESSAGE:*
In this text, Paul uses the metaphor of a great house containing vessels of gold, silver, wood, and clay - some for honourable use, while others for dishonourable use. He urged Timothy to cleanse himself from what is dishonourable so that he may become a vessel fit for a noble purpose. This illustrates the call for believers to separate themselves from sin, false teachings, and unworthy associations, so that they may live in purity and be useful instruments in God's hands. Living in purity involves fleeing youthful passions and actively pursuing righteousness, faith, love, and peace. You must also avoid watching sensual musical videos, obscene movies, music with erotic lyrics, and lust. This requires self-control, which is necessary for anyone who intends to live a life of purity. How is your lifestyle? Evaluate!

    *REFLECTION:*
    God uses pure vessels.

    *PRAYER:*
Lord, help me to live a life of purity.

    JEREMIAH 36-39.

ED.ii. THE DIABOLIC TRINITY IN THE END TIMES

"Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour." - 1 Peter 5:8

There are three major end time main players who form a diabolical trio. The reason we talk about this is because we all need to know what is to come. Just as God is a Trinity: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, there is also a diabolical trinity, namely: the evil one, the antichrist and the false prophet. The Lord God did not leave us in ignorance about what is to happen. These three have different personalities.

    The evil one

There are people who do not believe that the evil one - the first person of this trinity - exists. However, as God exists, there is also an opponent who is now more than ever out to destroy humanity. He is looking for a prey to destroy (see 1 Peter 5:8).

    The antichrist

The second person of the diabolical trinity in this end time is the antichrist. We read about this in Revelation 13:1-8. In the Bible he is called the beast. The antichrist will rise during the last big empire - the restored Roman Empire - from the image of Daniel (see Daniel 2). When the feet of that image become visible, the power will be given to this leader. He will emerge as a diabolical dictator. He will not allow God to be worshiped and will place himself in the temple in Jerusalem.

    The false prophet

In the time of the antichrist, the false prophet will also appear. We read about him in Revelation 13:11-14. He will seduce people by performing miracles and signs. During this time the false prophet will persuade people to believe in the antichrist. When these three appears on stage, a terrible time will come. But Jesus Christ will also return on the clouds to end this period. The evil one, the beast and the false prophet will be thrown into the lake of burning sulfur.

    2. Evening Prayer for today.

    EP.i. Evening Prayer

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. ⏤ Psalm 51:10

A holy life will produce the deepest impression. Lighthouses blow no horns; they only shine. ⏤ D.L. Moody

Almighty God, our most holy and eternal Father, whose eyes are too pure to look upon evil—let Your gracious Spirit descend upon us this evening. Grant that no impure thoughts may pollute the souls You have set apart for Yourself, that no unclean words may defile the lips You have consecrated to be organs of Your praise, and that no unholy acts may desecrate the hearts You have chosen as Your temples. Grant that our souls may be kept pure for You, that our lips may speak only for You, and that our hearts may always be worthy of Your presence.

We pray for the spirit of watchfulness, for all around us are evils—subtle, insidious, and determined to lead us into sin. We cannot keep ourselves safe. We cannot guard our hearts against these dangers. Have mercy on us, strong Son of God, who knows all about these powers of sin. Have mercy on us; lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Keep us and grant that we may live in this present world in a way that will not prevent us from experiencing the glories of the world to come, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Bring us safely home to Your heavenly glory.

O Lord, most mighty and most merciful, we commend ourselves to You and to the word of Your grace, which can build us up and give us an inheritance among all who are sanctified. We ask You to keep our souls from sin, our eyes from tears, and our feet from falling, so that we may walk before You in the land of the living. And at the glorious appearing of Your Son, our Lord, may we be presented faultless before Your presence with exceeding joy, through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

  • *Today's Prophetic Declaration - Monday, 10th August, 2026.*

*I WILL SING UNTO THE LORD ALL MY LIFE*

    Scripture:
“I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.” — Psalm 104:33 (KJV)

    *Prophetic Declaration:*
Today, I declare that my life shall continually be a song of praise to the Lord. I will bless Him not only when things are going well, but in every season and circumstance. The goodness, mercy, and faithfulness of God shall always give me a reason to worship Him.

I declare that I will not allow temporary challenges to silence my praise. Even when I face difficulties, I will remember the faithfulness of God and continue to trust Him. My worship shall rise above my circumstances, and my thanksgiving shall remain constant.

Today, I receive a heart of gratitude. I choose to focus on God's blessings rather than my burdens, His promises rather than my problems, and His faithfulness rather than my fears. Every breath I have is a gift from God, and I will use my life to glorify Him.

I declare that the Lord shall put a new song in my mouth. Where there has been sorrow, He shall bring joy. Where there has been disappointment, He shall bring hope. Where there has been delay, He shall bring divine fulfillment according to His perfect will.

I proclaim that my family, ministry, work, business, studies, and every area of my life shall become instruments of praise. The work of my hands shall testify to God's goodness, and my words shall encourage others to trust in Him.

Today, I declare that praise shall become my weapon against discouragement, fear, and anxiety. When I do not know what to do, I will worship. When I cannot see the way forward, I will trust. When I receive an answer to prayer, I will return all the glory to God.

I declare that my testimony shall not end with one blessing. The Lord shall continually give me new reasons to praise Him. Every day of my life shall reveal another dimension of His mercy, grace, provision, protection, and love.

I proclaim that I shall serve the Lord faithfully throughout my lifetime. My voice, talents, resources, time, and abilities shall be dedicated to His glory. I will not live merely for myself, but as a vessel through which others may see the goodness of God.

    Today, I choose praise.
    I choose thanksgiving.
    I choose faith.
    I choose joy.
I choose to sing unto the Lord all the days of my life!

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen!

    *Action Steps for today:*
Begin your day with a song of praise before asking God for anything.

Read Psalm 104 and reflect on the greatness of God revealed through His creation and provision.

Declare: “As long as I live, I will sing unto the Lord and praise my God while I have my being.”

Write down at least three things you are grateful to God for today.

Share a word of encouragement or testimony with someone who needs hope.

Play or sing a worship song and spend a few moments consciously thanking God for His faithfulness.

End your day with thanksgiving, acknowledging God's presence and goodness throughout the day.

    *Prayer:*
    Heavenly Father,
I thank You for the gift of life and for every breath You have given me. You have been faithful to me in ways I can see and in ways I cannot see.

Give me a heart that continually praises You. Let my worship not depend upon circumstances but upon the unchanging truth that You are good and faithful.

When I face difficulties, remind me of Your goodness. When I experience blessings, keep me humble and grateful. When I am waiting for an answer, teach me to praise You while I wait.

Put a new song in my mouth. Turn my sorrow into joy, my fears into faith, and my challenges into testimonies. Let my family, ministry, work, business, studies, and every area of my life bring glory to Your name.

May I serve You faithfully throughout my lifetime and never become tired of declaring Your goodness.

“I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.”

Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

    *Blessing for Today:*

May the Lord fill your heart with an unending song of praise. May He give you countless reasons to rejoice, renew your strength every morning, and turn every difficult season into a testimony of His faithfulness.

May your family, ministry, work, business, studies, and everything concerning you become instruments through which God's goodness is revealed.

May your praise never cease, your faith never fail, and your testimony continually increase.

    Sing unto the Lord!
    Praise Him in every season!
Trust Him with all your heart!
    Live for His glory!

    Good morning beloved!
Happy new week and do have a blessed and praise-filled day
    Shalom!
