“The eyes of your understanding being enlightened.” — Ephesians 1:18 Through this Bible verse, we can see the power of revelation in the Lord. Our existence has both a physical and spiritual dimension, and faith is connected to what we believe and understand. The Bible says: “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7 This shows us that what is taking place within a person matters greatly. Your understanding influences how you perceive, believe, and respond to life. Can a dead man think? The physical body may remain, but the Bible presents man as more than merely a physical body. “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” — Ecclesiastes 12:7 There is therefore a deeper dimension to human existence—the spirit and soul. What happens within us is not insignificant. The Bible also says: “For the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.” — 2 Corinthians 4:18 This means that what our physical eyes see is not the whole of reality. There is a reality beyond what can be physically observed. That is why revelation is powerful. When God opens your understanding, you begin to perceive what you could not perceive before. “Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.” — Psalm 119:18 And Jesus said: “Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not?” — Mark 8:18 He was showing that a person can have physical eyes and yet fail to truly see and understand. Faith also operates beyond physical sight: “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 And: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1 So the question becomes: Can you see where the power lies? The power is not simply in what the physical eyes can see. There is a deeper reality—the revelation of God, which enlightens the understanding. When God opens your understanding, your perception changes. When your perception changes, what you believe can change. And when faith becomes active, it produces action. “Faith without works is dead.” — James 2:26 The process can therefore be understood like this: God reveals → understanding is enlightened → faith receives → faith produces action → life is transformed. This is why Paul prayed: “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling…” — Ephesians 1:18 The revelation is not merely about gaining information. It is about knowing—seeing with an understanding that comes from God. “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God…” — 2 Corinthians 4:6 When God opens the eyes of your understanding, you begin to see beyond the physical realm. You begin to understand what faith sees, what revelation reveals, and what God is showing you. That is where the transformation begins.

(long post ahead📖) There is a profound lesson I learned when I read this passage of Scripture: “said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him: No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him. And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas:” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭23‬:‭14‬-‭15‬, ‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬ This passage takes place during Jesus’ trial. He was falsely accused of many things, yet we know that He was completely innocent. He had no sin. Everything He taught was truth, and everything He did, reflected the will of the Father. Jesus could have defended Himself. After all, He possessed the very nature of God. He had every power and every right to prove His innocence. Yet He chose to remain silent and willingly submit Himself to the Father’s plan. Even Pilate declared before the crowd that he could find no fault in Jesus. Herod found no crime worthy of death either. Still, the people refused to listen. Instead, they shouted louder, demanding that Jesus be crucified. This reminds me of a sobering reality: 😔 Even if God Himself stands before people and speaks the truth, there will still be hearts that choose not to believe. Miracles, truth, and evidence alone cannot change a heart that refuses to surrender. Then came the moment of decision. The people were given a choice: ❓❓Jesus Christ or Barabbas. ❓❓ One was completely innocent. The other was a guilty criminal. Yet the crowd cried out for Barabbas to be released, while demanding that Jesus be condemned to die. 😢 As I reflected on this, something deeply touched my heart. I realized that Barabbas is a picture of us. We are the guilty ones. ✅ We are the sinners. ✅ Yet Jesus took our place. The punishment that should have fallen upon us was placed upon Him instead. The Son of God willingly exchanged His freedom for ours. He left the glory of heaven and humbled Himself to be born in a manger. Though He is the King of kings, He did not come to be served but to serve. He walked among the poor, healed the sick, showed mercy to sinners, comforted the brokenhearted, and lived a life of perfect holiness without sin. Finally, He gave His life on the cross. ✝️ The release of Barabbas beautifully illustrates the Gospel. Barabbas deserved the cross. Jesus did not. Yet Jesus took the cross that belonged to Barabbas. In the same way, we deserve the punishment for our sins…..eternal separation from God. But Jesus took our place. And above all, that is the greatest picture of love. Behold, I am with you all the days, until the completion of the age. Matthew 28:20 ᴊɴᴅ As we earnestly look to the blessed coming of our Lord Jesus to take His own to Himself, we do feel and know that “while present in the body we are absent from the Lord, (for we walk by faith, not by sight)” (2 Cor. 5:6–7). Yet, our blessed Lord told us, “I am with you all the days, until the completion of the age” (Mt. 28:20). If our eyes cannot see Him just yet, is our spiritual vision adjusted properly to see His presence with us? It is worthy of our attention to see in various passages that Jesus is “in the midst.” For example, we see Him in the midst of the two or three gathering to His name (Mt. 18:20), in the midst of the thieves at Golgotha (Lk. 23:32–33), in the midst of His own after His resurrection (Jn. 20:19, 26), in the midst of the seven candlesticks which represent the assemblies (Rev. 1:13, 20), and He walks in their midst (Rev. 2:1). He alone is worthy to have this prominent place. When we consider the eternal purpose of God and what will happen when this present creation’s history will be over, we also learn something interesting: “When all things shall have been brought into subjection to Him, then the Son also Himself shall be placed in subjection to Him who put all things in subjection to Him, that God may be all in all” (1 Cor. 15:28). In the eternal state, in the new heavens and new earth, God will be all in all—He will be everything for all that will be there. It is hard to find words to describe this amazing greatness and purpose. But already seeing Christ in the midst and knowing that God will be all in all in the age of ages, what an encouragement we have to already make a reality in our lives that Christ be in the midst of everything! He is the answer to all our questions and needs, and He is absolutely sufficient for everything. If we have Him, what else are we missing? In Bible days, that meant placing your infant to one year old child into the white-hot metal arms of a Baphomet idol and worshipping as your child writhes in excruciating pain before dying. Yes, to this day there are Captains of industry, government leaders and Hollywood elites who gather to offer the life of their children to Baphomet. Today's worship of Baphomet still accepts the human sacrifices, but an additional provision was added. “Sacrificing your child” could mean doing so and devoting their continued life in service as a priest of Baphomet. What did that entail? It required the forced removal of a male's sexual organs. The new “priest” would live out his remaining days as a neutered sex object accepting the offerings of others. Do you understand that the push for accepting homosexuality in this country was always headed here? That it wasn't tolerance they wanted, or acceptance. Do you understand now why so many on the left have transgendered children? How the transgendered lunacy has resulted in government leaders too afraid to even define the word, “woman”. Within the past decade there has been another shift in culture to demonize Biblical stances and adults nowadays refuse to define the word, ‘woman’ because to do so would go counter to their agenda. Anything to support victimizing the innocent is front and center in todays world as a great thing. Statistically speaking transgendered individuals make up 1% of a population of 3 to 5% of homosexuals but celebrities have 4 children, all of whom are transgendered now. This is a combination of mental illness and a demonic intent. They cannot be reasoned with, they will not apply the simplest of logic or understand reality because they can't. Why? They told us. Earlier last year a parade of homosexuals marched through the streets chanting, “We're here. We're queer. And we're coming for your children. “ But to share the video or comment on it was somehow “phobic”. So they can openly admit to wanting to rape your children, but for us to point it out becomes problematic. And we look around now and what used to be considered common sense is now considered bigotry. The absolute hatred that is displayed against anyone calling into question allowing a male to compete unfairly against women in sports isn't about acceptance, or equality it is rooted in the worship of Satan. Look at the rage on the videos of the mentally ill men online screaming “It's she, I'm a she.” Or, “It's ma'am.” That is not rational. It is not natural, it is demonic. This is not political, the leftist devotion to all things anti-god has been an issue for decades. But when adults in a school charged with keeping our kids safe covers up a trans student raping a girl in the bathroom, transferring him to another school where it happens again, you know there's an evil behind it. They would rather girls get raped than to possibly offend a homosexual and will go to great lengths not only to cover it up, but to allow it to happen again. No, what we see with Britney Griner and Lea Thompson is lackluster mediocre male athletes who aren't capable of competing against men now “declaring themselves female” so they can steal scholarships and positions from females. These men are doing this out of greed and indifference but the people defending them have a clear Satanic agenda. Even though the individuals themselves may not be aware, this is not a rights issue, it started as and continues as pagan worship. It is a demonic stance that God has made clear He hates. When you realize that the whole effort to deny the most basic biological fact that there are only 2 genders is not about rights, not about acceptance, it is clear that any organization or church supporting this is of a Satanic origin. They've said as much. So when you see celebrities with multiple children who they've adopted and then altered to become transgendered ministers of Baphomet, now you understand. They've surrendered the future to Satan creating a generation of infertile devotees to a blood cult. They must be removed from power and influence but they won't be because this is where we were always headed with the issue of homosexuality. To a culture that is either too afraid to speak up when children are being cut from the womb to be eaten by Baphomet fanatics, or they will follow cultural norms and will do nothing to stop it. Pray, brothers and sisters in Christ. Because Jesus is coming to His own and these unbelievers will be tossed unceremoniously into the pit of eternal fire to suffer eternally. Along with every lukewarm Christian who didn't want to make a stand out of fear of consequences. Now is the time to make a stand.

Dear Father, My big brother taught me something, and today, I came across it in Scripture. When Samson was about to be born, an angel appeared to his mother, saying, “Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son.” It gets interesting when, after she narrated this to her husband, Manoah prayed, saying, “O my Lord, let the man of God which thou didst send come again unto us, and teach us what we shall do unto the child that shall be born.” And He came. This Scripture speaks to me because I often have dreams at night that later come to pass. However, I have noticed that they are often progressive; they reveal themselves in fragments and scenes, and sometimes, I am only able to make sense of a dream after it has recurred two or three times. I never knew there was more to this, even as it relates to dreams, until I was taught about relationship and interaction with You. How aware are we that we can make requests and follow up on something we do not yet fully understand? Perhaps we often run with incomplete information because, when You say, “Go,” You are also interested in telling us “How?” and “When?” And an ongoing conversation with You becomes a pathway to a deeper relationship with You. Is this not also true of our relationships? A break in communication with someone we love may raise cause for concern. Except we do not believe in what we build with You. How best can I communicate this? That scenes of dreams are pieced together and in reality they sometimes occur at once. That You reveal secrets to the ones who always come knocking. Jerusalem remains surrounded by the mighty Assyrian army, and King Hezekiah faces an enemy far stronger than anything Judah can overcome through military strength alone. Humanly speaking, defeat appears certain. Yet the chapter demonstrates that faith flourishes precisely where human ability reaches its limits. When Hezekiah receives the threatening message from the Assyrian king, he does not respond with panic or political maneuvering. Instead, he enters the house of the Lord, spreads the letter before God, and prays. His response reveals the heart of genuine faith. Rather than focusing on the greatness of the enemy, he fixes his attention on the greatness of God. Hezekiah's prayer is centered on God's glory. He asks the Lord to deliver Jerusalem so that all the nations will know that the Lord alone is God. His concern extends beyond personal survival to the honor of God's name. This becomes the foundation of true biblical prayer—seeking God's glory above personal comfort. God answers through the prophet Isaiah with words of comfort and assurance. The Lord declares that He has heard the prayers of His servant and that Assyria's pride has not gone unnoticed. The enemy may boast of its military power, but it remains completely subject to God's sovereign authority. The Assyrian king is merely an instrument whom God has permitted to accomplish His purposes. That very night, the Lord intervenes without Judah lifting a sword. The Assyrian army is defeated by God's direct action, and the invading king returns home in humiliation before eventually meeting his own end. The impossible victory belongs entirely to the Lord. Judah contributes nothing but trust. The chapter reveals that God's power is never measured by visible circumstances. What appears impossible to people is easily accomplished by the sovereign Lord. Faith does not ignore reality but recognizes that God is greater than every circumstance. Theologically, 2 Kings 19 teaches that prayer is an expression of dependence upon God. It reveals His sovereignty over every nation and demonstrates that His glory is the ultimate purpose behind His acts of deliverance. The chapter also confirms that God's promises are completely trustworthy. This chapter points to Christ, who perfectly trusted the Father in every circumstance and invites believers to cast every burden upon Him. Jesus has already won the ultimate victory over every enemy through His death and resurrection. The battles we face today are approached not from fear but from confidence in the triumph of our risen King. For believers today, 2 Kings 19 reminds us that our first response to overwhelming circumstances should always be prayer. We are called to bring every burden before the Lord, trusting that He remains sovereign over every situation. In Christ, we know that no earthly power can overcome God's eternal purposes. Our confidence rests not in our own strength but in the God who still delivers those who trust Him. 2 Kings 20 Receiving God's Gifts with Humility 2 Kings 20 shifts from a national crisis to a deeply personal one. After witnessing God's miraculous deliverance from Assyria, Hezekiah now faces a life-threatening illness. The chapter reminds us that even faithful believers experience seasons of personal suffering. Victory in one area of life does not exempt anyone from future trials. When Isaiah informs Hezekiah that his life is coming to an end, the king immediately turns to the Lord in prayer. He pours out his heart honestly before God, demonstrating that faith is expressed through humble dependence rather than self-sufficiency. God graciously hears his prayer and extends his life, providing a miraculous sign to confirm His promise. The Lord's compassion toward Hezekiah reveals His willingness to hear the prayers of His people. While God's sovereign purposes remain perfect, He graciously invites His children to bring their requests before Him. Prayer is not an attempt to manipulate God but a privilege of fellowship with Him. Yet the chapter also reveals the subtle danger that often follows blessing. After recovering, Hezekiah receives visitors from Babylon. Instead of directing their attention to God's greatness, he proudly displays all the wealth and treasures of his kingdom. His heart shifts from gratitude to self-confidence. The very blessings God has given become occasions for pride. Isaiah confronts the king and announces that a future generation will experience Babylonian captivity. The seeds of exile are already being planted through misplaced confidence and spiritual complacency. The chapter serves as a reminder that victories and blessings require just as much humility as seasons of hardship. Hezekiah accepts God's word with humility, acknowledging the righteousness of the Lord's judgment. Even in correction, he recognizes God's justice and faithfulness.
