Gal 4:3-5 KJV
Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:
But when the fulness of time was come, God sent forth his son, made of a woman, made under the law,
To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

You were born in God (Born again) at such a time, because it was the fulness of time. And that is why the creation is confidently waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God, because We have been redeemed. Hallelujah!
