    THE CROSS OF CALVARY 🏽

    MONDAY, 17TH AUGUST, 2026

    TEXT: JOHN 7:37–39

    KEY VERSE:

«“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.” — John 7:37 (KJV)»

THE LIVING WATER THAT FLOWS FROM CHRIST

The Cross of Calvary reveals the depth of God's love, but the message of Christ does not end at the Cross. Jesus calls every thirsty soul to come to Him and receive the living water that only He can give.

There is a thirst in every human heart that money cannot satisfy, success cannot quench, relationships cannot completely fill, and worldly pleasures cannot permanently silence.

Jesus stands as the answer to that deepest thirst.

He does not merely offer us something to drink—He offers us Himself.

    THREE TRUTHS FROM JOHN 7

    JESUS INVITES THE THIRSTY.

«“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.” — John 7:37»

Notice the words: “If any man.”

The invitation is open to everyone.

It does not matter how broken your past has been. It does not matter how far you have wandered. It does not matter how empty your heart feels.

    Jesus says:

    COME.

    Come with your weakness.
    Come with your questions.
    Come with your failures.
    Come with your burdens.
    Come with your thirst.

The answer is found in Christ.

CHRIST IS THE SOURCE OF TRUE SATISFACTION.

The world constantly offers temporary solutions to spiritual hunger and thirst.

It tells us to pursue possessions, pleasure, recognition and human approval.

But everything the world offers eventually leaves us wanting more.

    Jesus offers something different.

He gives living water—the life, presence and work of the Holy Spirit within the believer.

When Christ becomes the centre of your life, you no longer have to depend on the world to define your worth or satisfy your soul.

    Jesus is enough. 🏽

THE HOLY SPIRIT FLOWS THROUGH THE BELIEVER.

«“He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” — John 7:38»

Jesus does not intend for us to keep His life within ourselves.

The living water is meant to flow.

What God pours into you should become a blessing to others.

    Your testimony can encourage someone.
    Your prayers can strengthen someone.
    Your kindness can restore someone.
Your witness can lead someone to Christ.

A believer should not be a spiritual reservoir that only receives.

We are called to become channels through which God's grace flows.

    TODAY'S REFLECTION

What are you truly thirsty for?

Are you thirsty for God—or are you constantly trying to satisfy your heart with the things of this world?

    Jesus is still calling:

“If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.”

Do not run to the world when your soul is thirsty.

    Run to Jesus.

When you are empty—come to Jesus.

When you are discouraged—come to Jesus.

When you are spiritually dry—come to Jesus.

When you need direction—come to Jesus.

When you need peace—come to Jesus.

The world may offer temporary refreshment, but Christ gives living water.

And when you have received His living water, allow it to flow through your life and touch others.

    🏽 PRAYER

    Heavenly Father,

Thank You for giving us Jesus Christ, the source of living water. Thank You that through Him we can receive true spiritual life and satisfaction.

Lord Jesus, I come to You today with every thirst, every burden and every emptiness in my heart.

    Fill me with Your presence.

Let the Holy Spirit refresh my soul and strengthen my faith. Remove every desire that has taken Your place in my heart.

Teach me to seek You above everything else.

Let the living water within me flow into my family, my relationships, my church, my workplace and everyone I encounter.

Make my life a vessel through which Your love, grace and truth can reach others.

May I never try to satisfy my soul with what can only leave me empty.

Jesus, You are enough for me.

In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🏽

    CALVARY BLESSING

May the Lord satisfy every spiritual thirst within you.

May the Holy Spirit refresh your soul.

May God's presence strengthen you when you are weak.

May His Word guide you when you are confused.

May rivers of living water flow through your life and become a blessing to others.

May your heart always hunger for God and your spirit continually thirst for His presence.

    Come to Christ.
    Drink deeply from His presence.
    Walk in the Spirit.
Let His life flow through you.

    CONTEND FOR THE FAITH!

    TEXT: JUDE 1:1–25

    KEY VERSE:

«“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” — Jude 1:3 (KJV)»

The Christian faith is precious, powerful, and worth defending. In his short but powerful letter, Jude warned believers about false teachers and ungodly influences that had entered among God's people.

Jude's message is simple but urgent:

DO NOT GIVE UP THE FAITH!

We live in a world where truth is often questioned, biblical values are increasingly challenged, and many voices compete for our attention.

But the believer is called to remain rooted in God's Word and to earnestly contend for the faith.

    THREE LESSONS FROM JUDE

    CONTEND FOR THE FAITH.

    Jude 1:3 says:

«“...earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”»

To contend for the faith does not mean fighting people. It means standing firmly for the truth of God's Word.

Don't abandon biblical truth because it is unpopular.

Don't compromise your convictions because of pressure.

Don't change God's standards simply because society has changed.

Stand for Christ. Stand for truth. Stand for the Gospel.

    BEWARE OF UNGODLY INFLUENCES.

Jude warned that certain ungodly people had secretly entered among the believers.

Their presence was dangerous because they could influence others away from the truth.

This teaches us that not every teaching, philosophy, lifestyle, or spiritual message should be accepted without examination.

Test what you hear against Scripture.
    🏽 Ask God for discernment.
    Watch the influences around you.
    Protect your relationship with Christ.

Be careful what you allow to shape your thinking.

    BUILD YOURSELF UP SPIRITUALLY.

Jude 1:20–21 gives believers a powerful instruction:

«“But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God...”»

    Notice the progression:

    Build yourself on the faith.
🏽 Pray in the Holy Ghost.
    Keep yourself in God's love.
Look for the mercy of Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

A strong Christian life does not happen accidentally.

You must intentionally develop your relationship with God.

    Pray.

    Study the Word.

    Worship.

    Obey God.

    Stay connected to Christ.

    DON'T COMPROMISE YOUR FAITH

The pressure to compromise can come from many directions.

    Friends may pressure you.

    Society may pressure you.

    Relationships may pressure you.

    Entertainment may pressure you.

Even people who claim to know God may pressure you.

    But remember:

Your faith is more valuable than acceptance from people.

Never exchange eternal truth for temporary popularity.

    Never exchange holiness for pleasure.

Never exchange your relationship with Christ for worldly approval.

HAVE MERCY ON THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING

Jude does not only tell believers to defend the faith; he also teaches us how to respond to people who are struggling.

    Jude 1:22 says:

«“And of some have compassion, making a difference.”»

There are people who need correction, but they also need compassion.

There are people who have wandered, but they can still be restored.

There are people who are confused, but God can use you to lead them back to truth.

Therefore, stand firmly for truth while showing the love of Christ.

KEEP YOURSELF IN THE LOVE OF GOD

    Jude 1:21 says:

«“Keep yourselves in the love of God...”»

This does not mean that God's love is weak or that we must earn His love.

It is a call to remain in fellowship and obedience to Him.

Don't allow sin to become your lifestyle.

Don't allow bitterness to occupy your heart.

Don't allow worldly desires to take the place of Christ.

    Stay close to Jesus.

GOD IS ABLE TO KEEP YOU

The letter of Jude ends with one of the most beautiful declarations of God's power:

«“Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy...” — Jude 1:24»

    What a powerful assurance!

    We are called to contend.

    We are called to watch.

    We are called to pray.

We are called to remain faithful.

But ultimately, God is the One who keeps us. 🏽

When you feel weak, He can strengthen you.

When you are tempted, He can help you.

When you are discouraged, He can restore you.

When you are struggling, He can keep you from falling.

    ✍🏽 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

A believer who knows the value of the Gospel will stand firmly for the truth, walk faithfully with Christ, and never trade eternal truth for temporary approval.

    🏽 PRAYER

    Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the precious gift of salvation and for the faith You have entrusted to us.

Give me grace to earnestly contend for the faith. Help me to recognize false teachings and ungodly influences. Give me spiritual discernment to know what is true and courage to stand for Your Word.

Build me up in my most holy faith. Teach me to pray consistently and keep me in Your love.

Help me to show compassion to those who are struggling and to point them back to Jesus.

Lord, keep me from falling. Preserve my faith, strengthen my walk, and help me remain faithful until the end.

To You be glory, majesty, dominion, and power, both now and forever. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🏽

    THE CROSS OF CALVARY 🏽

    THURSDAY, 13TH AUGUST, 2026

    TEXT: ROMANS 5:6–11

    KEY VERSE:

«“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8 (KJV)»

THE LOVE THAT BROUGHT JESUS TO CALVARY

The Cross of Calvary is the greatest demonstration of God's love the world has ever witnessed.

We were not saved because we were good enough. We were not rescued because we deserved it. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 reminds us that God's love reached us at our worst and made a way for us to be reconciled to Him.

At Calvary, Jesus did not merely die as an example of love—He died as our Substitute. He took the punishment that our sins deserved so that we could receive the peace and reconciliation that we could never earn by ourselves. 🏽

    THREE TRUTHS FROM THE CROSS

    CHRIST DIED FOR THE UNGODLY.

«“For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.” — Romans 5:6»

Jesus did not wait until humanity became worthy. He came when we were helpless. His grace reached us when we could not save ourselves.

GOD'S LOVE WAS PROVED AT THE CROSS.
The Cross is God's declaration that His love is greater than our failure. Your past may remind you of your mistakes, but Calvary reminds you of God's mercy.

There is forgiveness at the Cross.
There is restoration at the Cross.
There is hope at the Cross.
There is reconciliation at the Cross. 🏽

WE ARE RECONCILED TO GOD THROUGH CHRIST. 🏽

«“For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son...” — Romans 5:10»

Sin separated us from God, but Jesus opened the way back to the Father. Because of Christ, we can now approach God with confidence, knowing that we have been reconciled through His sacrifice. 🏽

    TODAY'S REFLECTION

Never become so familiar with the Cross that you forget its value.

When you feel unworthy, look to the Cross.
When you feel condemned, remember the Cross.
When you are discouraged, remember His love.
When you are tempted to return to your old life, remember the price Jesus paid for your freedom.

The Cross is not permission to continue in sin; it is the power and motivation to live a new life for Christ.

    You were loved at Calvary.
    You were pursued at Calvary.
    You were reconciled at Calvary.
You were given hope at Calvary.

Therefore, don't take His sacrifice for granted. Live for the One who died for you.

    🏽 PRAYER

    Heavenly Father,
Thank You for demonstrating Your immeasurable love toward me through Jesus Christ. Thank You that while I was still a sinner, Christ died for me.

Help me never to take the Cross for granted. When I remember my failures, remind me of Your grace. When I feel unworthy, remind me of Your love. When I am tempted, remind me of the price Jesus paid for my salvation.

Give me grace to live a life that honours the sacrifice of Christ. Let the power of the Cross transform my heart, my character, my words, and my actions.

May my life continually testify that Jesus Christ died for me and that I now belong completely to Him. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🏽

    CALVARY BLESSING

May you never lose sight of the Cross.

May the love demonstrated at Calvary strengthen your faith.
May His grace lift you when you fall.
May His mercy restore you when you are broken.
May His sacrifice inspire you to live holy.
And may your life become a living testimony of the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

    Walk in grace.
    Stand in faith.
    Live for Christ.
    Never forget Calvary.

    THE GOSPEL FROM CALVARY

    THURSDAY, 13TH AUGUST, 2026

    WATCH AND BE READY!

    TEXT: MARK 13:32–37

    KEY VERSE:

«“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.” — Mark 13:33 (KJV)»

In Mark 13, Jesus spoke to His disciples about the future, the troubles that would come, and His eventual return. He warned them not to be deceived and not to become spiritually careless. The message was clear: WATCH!

Jesus knew that the greatest danger would not only be persecution or false teachers, but also the danger of becoming spiritually asleep while waiting for His return.

He said, “Take ye heed, watch and pray.” The Christian life is not a life of spiritual relaxation. We must remain awake, faithful, prayerful, and prepared. 🏽

Jesus compared His return to a master who went on a journey and left his servants with responsibilities. The servants did not know when their master would return. Their responsibility was to remain faithful until he came back.

    THREE LESSONS FROM MARK 13

BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE DECEIVED.

Jesus repeatedly warned about deception. Mark 13:5 says:

«“Take heed lest any man deceive you.”»

Not everything that sounds spiritual is from God. Not every voice deserves your attention. Not every teaching agrees with Scripture.

    Know God's Word.
    Test what you hear.
    Stay close to Christ.
Do not allow deception to steal your faith.

    WATCH AND PRAY. 🏽

    Jesus said:

«“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.” — Mark 13:33»

Prayer keeps the believer spiritually alert. A prayerless Christian can easily become careless, distracted, and vulnerable.

Don't only pray when trouble comes. Build a consistent altar of prayer.

    REMAIN FAITHFUL UNTIL JESUS RETURNS.

    Jesus concluded:

«“And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” — Mark 13:37»

    Notice the word: ALL.

This is not only a message for pastors, evangelists, or church leaders. It is a message for every believer.

Whatever assignment God has given you, remain faithful.
Whatever season you are passing through, remain faithful.
Whatever temptation you face, remain faithful.
Whatever happens around you, keep your eyes on Jesus.

    DON'T FALL ASLEEP SPIRITUALLY

The world may become increasingly distracting.
    People may become increasingly careless.
    Sin may become increasingly normalized.
But the child of God must remain awake.

Don't allow social media to replace your Bible.
Don't allow entertainment to replace prayer. 🏽
Don't allow the cares of life to replace your devotion to Christ.

    Jesus is coming again!

The question is not simply, “When will He come?”

    The greater question is:

“Will He find me faithful when He comes?” 🏽

    ✍🏽 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

The believer who is watching for Christ will live carefully, pray faithfully, and serve diligently.

    🏽 PRAYER

    Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the warning and instruction of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help me not to be deceived or distracted by the things of this world.

Give me grace to watch, pray, and remain spiritually alert. Help me to be faithful in the assignment You have given me and to live every day with the expectation of Christ's return.

Keep my heart from spiritual sleep. Let my prayer altar remain burning, my faith remain strong, and my life remain pleasing to You.

When Jesus comes, may He find me watching, praying, serving, and faithfully following Him. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen. 🏽

THE CALVARY MINISTRY ONLINE ✝️ THE GOSPEL FROM CALVARY 📅 THURSDAY, 13TH AUGUST, 2026 🚨 WATCH AND BE READY! ✝️📖 📜 TEXT: MARK 13:32–37 📜 🔑📖 KEY VERSE: «“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.” — Mark 13:33 (KJV)» In Mark 13, Jesus spoke to His disciples about the future, the troubles that would come, and His eventual return. He warned them not to be deceived and not to become spiritually careless. The message was clear: WATCH! 👀🔥 Jesus knew that the greatest danger would not only be persecution or false teachers, but also the danger of becoming spiritually asleep while waiting for His return. He said, “Take ye heed, watch and pray.” The Christian life is not a life of spiritual relaxation. We must remain awake, faithful, prayerful, and prepared. 🙏🏽 Jesus compared His return to a master who went on a journey and left his servants with responsibilities. The servants did not know when their master would return. Their responsibility was to remain faithful until he came back. 🕊️ 🔥 THREE LESSONS FROM MARK 13 1️⃣ BE CAREFUL NOT TO BE DECEIVED. ⚠️ Jesus repeatedly warned about deception. Mark 13:5 says: «“Take heed lest any man deceive you.”» Not everything that sounds spiritual is from God. Not every voice deserves your attention. Not every teaching agrees with Scripture. Know God's Word. 📖 Test what you hear. Stay close to Christ. Do not allow deception to steal your faith. 2️⃣ WATCH AND PRAY. 🙏🏽👀 Jesus said: «“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.” — Mark 13:33» Prayer keeps the believer spiritually alert. A prayerless Christian can easily become careless, distracted, and vulnerable. Don't only pray when trouble comes. Build a consistent altar of prayer. 🔥🛐 3️⃣ REMAIN FAITHFUL UNTIL JESUS RETURNS. 👑✝️ Jesus concluded: «“And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.” — Mark 13:37» Notice the word: ALL. THE CROSS OF CALVARY
    🏼

    MONDAY 10TH AUGUST, 2026

    TEXT: COLOSSIANS 2:13-15

KEY VERSE: "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." (COLOSSIANS 2:15).

This is the victory of Calvary. The Cross was not a defeat — it was a triumph. At first glance, it looked like darkness won. Jesus hung bleeding, dying, forsaken. Satan rejoiced, men mocked, and disciples fled. But what looked like defeat was God's greatest victory.

Three victories won at Calvary: One, He forgave all our sins. Verse 13 says, "having forgiven you all trespasses." Every sin — past, present, and future — was nailed to His Cross. The record that was against us was blotted out. Two, He cancelled the law's condemnation. Verse 14 says, "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us... nailing it to his cross." The law that condemned us, He fulfilled and removed. Three, He spoiled principalities and powers. He did not just defeat Satan secretly; He made an open show of him. He paraded the defeated foe. At Calvary, Christ disarmed hell.

That is why the Cross is not a symbol of shame, but a throne of victory. Satan thought he was destroying Jesus at the Cross, but Jesus was destroying Satan at the Cross. The enemy you fear was defeated openly at Calvary.

Are you still living like a defeated man when Calvary made you a victor? Stop fighting for victory and start fighting from victory. The battle is already won.

    Prayer
Father, thank You for the triumph of Calvary. Thank You that at the Cross, all my sins were forgiven, every charge against me was cancelled, and Satan was openly defeated. Today I walk not as a victim, but as a victor. Let the victory of the Cross be seen in my life, in my battles, and over every power of darkness. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

May the Lord open your eyes to see the triumph of the Cross today. May you live above sin, above guilt, and above Satan's accusations, and may the victory Christ won for you at Calvary be your daily testimony, through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. 🏼

THE REJECTED STONE BECAME THE CORNERSTONE

    TEXT: MARK 12:1-44

KEY VERSE: "And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner: This was the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?" (MARK 12:10-11).

In Mark 12, the chief priests and elders tried to trap Jesus, but He exposed their hearts with truth. In three powerful scenes, He shows us who He truly is.

First, He told the parable of the vineyard. The owner sent servants and finally his beloved son, and the husbandmen killed the son to seize the inheritance. Jesus was that beloved Son. Men rejected Him, killed Him at Calvary, but God raised Him up to become the Cornerstone of our salvation.

Second, they asked about tribute to Caesar. He said, "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." We have duties to men, but our soul, our worship, and our all belong to God.

Third, He was asked for the greatest commandment. He answered, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God... and thy neighbour as thyself." All the law hangs on love — love for God and love for men. Without love, religion is empty.

The chapter ends with a poor widow who cast in all she had — two mites. Jesus said she gave more than all the rich. God does not measure your giving by amount, but by heart.

Three truths from Mark 12: One, Jesus is the Rejected Stone who became the Cornerstone. Men may reject Him still, but there is no salvation outside Him. Two, true faith loves God wholly and loves man sincerely. Three, God sees the heart of the giver, not the size of the gift.

✍🏽 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The builders rejected Him on earth, but God made Him the Cornerstone of eternity — what will you do with Jesus?

    THE CROSS OF CALVARY
    🏼

    THURSDAY 6TH AUGUST, 2026

    ```TEXT: 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17-21```
    ```KEY VERSE:``` "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 CORINTHIANS 5:21).

This is the great exchange of Calvary. God took what was ours — sin — and put it on Christ who knew no sin. And He took what was His — righteousness — and put it on us who knew no righteousness. At the Cross, Jesus became what we were that we might become what He is. He who knew no sin was made sin, not a sinner, but sin itself. That the sinner who knew no righteousness might be made righteousness.

Three truths from the great exchange: One, Christ knew no sin. He was spotless, sinless, undefiled. Yet He went to Calvary willingly. Two, He was made sin for us. God made Him to be sin for us. All your guilt, all your shame, all your condemnation was laid on Him. He carried it, He became it, He died under it. Three, we are made the righteousness of God in Him. Not just righteous, but the righteousness of God. Not in ourselves, but in Him. At Calvary, your sin became His, and His righteousness became yours. You do not work for it; you wear it.

Are you still trying to earn what Calvary already gave? Stop striving for righteousness and start standing in righteousness. You are not trying to be righteous; in Christ, you are made the righteousness of God. Live today like a righteous man, for that is what the Cross made you.

    Prayer
Father, thank You for the great exchange at Calvary. Thank You that Jesus who knew no sin was made sin for me, that I who knew no righteousness might be made Your righteousness in Him. Today I receive not just forgiveness, but righteousness. Let me stand before You bold and live before men holy, in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

May the Lord cause you to see yourself as Calvary sees you today. May you walk not in guilt but in righteousness, may His righteousness be your garment and your boast, and may His holiness be seen in your life, through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. 🏼

    THURSDAY 6TH AUGUST, 2026

WHO DO YOU SAY THAT I AM?

    ```TEXT: MARK 8:27-38```
    ```KEY VERSE:``` "And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ" (MARK 8:29).

In Mark 8, Jesus fed four thousand with seven loaves, and still the Pharisees sought a sign. Men ate and forgot. Then Jesus took His disciples to Caesarea Philippi and asked, “Whom say ye that I am?” It is the greatest question ever asked. Crowds can call Him John the Baptist, Elias, or a prophet, but you must answer for yourself. Peter answered, “Thou art the Christ.” And immediately Jesus began to teach them that the Christ must suffer, be rejected, be killed, and rise again. The Christ must go to Calvary.

Three truths from this confession: One, revelation must become personal. “But whom say ye that I am?” Not what your parents say, not what your pastor says. Who do you say He is? Your eternity hangs on this answer. Two, the Christ must die. “He began to teach them, that the Son of man must... be killed.” Peter wanted a Christ without a Cross. Many still do. But there is no Christ without Calvary. Three, to follow Him you must take your own cross. “Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” He died on His Cross for your salvation; you take up your cross for His glorification. To save your life is to lose it. To lose it for Him is to find it.

Who is Jesus to you today? A miracle-worker for bread only, or the Christ who died and rose for you? If He is truly the Christ, then follow Him — deny self, take up your cross, and follow.

✍🏽```THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:``` You can never truly confess Him as Christ until you have seen Him on His Cross.

    FRIDAY 7TH AUGUST, 2026

    TEXT: COLOSSIANS 2:14-15

KEY VERSE: "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross" (COLOSSIANS 2:14).

Yesterday we saw the Great Exchange — He was made sin that we might be made righteousness. Today we see the Great Cancellation at Calvary.

Every man had a record against him. A handwriting of ordinances, a certificate of debt, a list of broken laws, sins, failures, and guilt that was contrary to us. We could not pay it, we could not erase it, we could not deny it. But Jesus took that handwriting and nailed it to His Cross.

Three truths from what was nailed at Calvary: One, your sin was blotted out. Not covered, but blotted out — erased, wiped away, removed as if it never existed. The blood did not hide it; it deleted it. Two, it was taken out of the way. God did not leave it beside you to haunt you. He took it out of the way completely. The accuser has nothing left to hold against you. Three, He triumphed openly. Verse 15 says, "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." At the Cross where men thought He was defeated, He defeated hell. Satan was spoiled, sin was finished, and you were set free.

Stop carrying what Calvary has cancelled. The paper that condemned you was nailed to the Cross. It is no longer in your hand, it is no longer against you. It is nailed, finished, and triumphed over.

    Prayer
Father, thank You for the Cross where my record was cancelled. Thank You that You blotted out the handwriting that was against me and nailed it to the Cross. Today I refuse to carry guilt and condemnation. I receive Your forgiveness and walk in Your victory. Let the power of the Cross speak over my life today, in Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

May the Lord let you see today that your debt is paid in full. May every voice of accusation be silenced by the blood, may you walk in liberty and not in condemnation, and may the triumph of Calvary be your testimony, through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. 🏼

    FRIDAY 7TH AUGUST, 2026

FROM GLORY TO CALVARY: THE FATHER'S VOICE

    TEXT: MARK 9:2-13

KEY VERSE: "And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him." (MARK 9:7).

Yesterday Peter confessed, "Thou art the Christ." Today, the Father confirms it on the mountain. Six days after that confession, Jesus took Peter, James, and John to a high mountain. And He was transfigured before them — His raiment became exceeding white, whiter than any fuller on earth could whiten. Moses and Elias appeared, speaking of His decease which He should accomplish at Jerusalem.

Peter wanted to build three tabernacles — one for Jesus, one for Moses, one for Elias. He wanted to stay on the mountain. But the Father interrupted him with a cloud and a voice: "This is my beloved Son: hear him." And suddenly, when they looked again, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only.

Three truths from the mountain: One, the Law and Prophets point to Calvary. Moses (the Law) and Elias (the Prophets) appeared only to fade away. They came to bear witness that all Scripture points to Jesus and His Cross. Two, you must hear the Son above all voices. God said, "Hear Him." Not Moses, not Elias, not your fears, not your past. In a world of many voices, only one voice saves. Hear Him. Three, the glory of the mountain is for the agony of the valley. They came down from glory to meet a demon-possessed boy (Mark 9:14-29), and from there Jesus set His face toward Jerusalem. He showed them His glory on the mountain to strengthen them for His suffering on Calvary.

You have heard about the Christ, but have you heard Him? The Father still says, "This is my beloved Son: hear him."

✍🏽 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Moses and Elias could appear and disappear, but Jesus alone remains — hear Him alone.

    THE CROSS OF CALVARY
    🏼

    THURSDAY 6TH AUGUST, 2026

    ```TEXT: 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17-21```
    ```KEY VERSE:``` "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 CORINTHIANS 5:21).

Amen. 🏼

    The Gospel From Calvary

    THURSDAY 6TH AUGUST, 2026

WHO DO YOU SAY THAT I AM?

    ```TEXT: MARK 8:27-38```
    ```KEY VERSE:``` "And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ" (MARK 8:29).

    THE CROSS OF CALVARY
    🏼

    WEDNESDAY 5TH AUGUST, 2026

KEY VERSE:``` "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh" (EZEKIEL 36:26).

God looked at Israel washing cups while their hearts remained stone, and He promised what religion could never do — “A new heart also will I give you.” That promise was purchased at Calvary. The Cross does not mend the old heart; it removes it. It does not reform the stony heart; it replaces it. When Jesus was pierced, water and blood came out, that He might cleanse us within and put a new spirit within us.

Three truths from the new heart: One, God sees the heart. Man looks on the outward appearance, but God looks on the heart. Outward washing cannot fix an inward problem. Two, God removes the stony heart. “I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh.” The heart that cannot weep over sin, cannot love God, cannot obey — God takes it away at Calvary. That heart died with Christ. Three, God gives a heart of flesh. “And I will give you an heart of flesh.” A heart that feels, that loves, that obeys. “And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes.” At the Cross, God does not just give you a new law; He gives you a new heart to love His law.

Stop asking God to fix the old heart. Thank Him that at Calvary He gave you a new one. Live today from that new heart — tender, clean, Spirit-filled.

    Prayer
Father, thank You for not leaving me with a stony heart. Thank You for Calvary where my old heart was taken away. Give me today a heart that loves what You love and hates what You hate. Put Your Spirit within me and cause me to walk in Your ways, in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

May the Lord give you a tender heart today. May He take away every stony place, may His Spirit cause you to walk in obedience, and may the new heart purchased at Calvary beat loudly for Jesus, through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. 🏼

    The Gospel From Calvary

    WEDNESDAY 5TH AUGUST, 2026

    TRUE PURITY FROM WITHIN

KEY VERSE:``` "There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man" (MARK 7:15).

In Mark 7, the Pharisees watched hands but Jesus watched hearts. They held the tradition of the elders, washing pots and cups, yet their hearts were far from God. They honored Him with lips, but not with life. Jesus called the multitude and taught, defilement does not come from without — it comes from within. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, murders, pride, foolishness. The problem is not dirty hands, but a dirty heart. And only Calvary can wash a heart.

Three truths from true purity: One, religion cleans the outside. The Pharisees were experts at outward washing — cups, hands, tables. Many today still do — forms, rituals, appearance. But God looks not on the outward. Two, sin comes from inside. “From within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts.” The heart is the factory of sin. We do not become sinners because we sin; we sin because we are sinners. The fountain needs cleansing, not just the buckets. Three, only Jesus cleanses the heart. That is why He came to Calvary. The blood that flowed from His side is the only soap that can wash the inside. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us... and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).

Have you been washing cups while your heart is still defiled? Come to the Cross today. Let not your worship be lip-service. Ask Him to create in you a clean heart. That is the Gospel from Calvary — not washed hands, but a washed heart.
