Col 3:5  Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 
Col 3:6  For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: 
Col 3:7  In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. 

I had to look up the word concupiscence, which is fine, I love words and want to know what they mean. This one means sexual desire. We all know what evil means. This is so present in the Church. Just look how many unmarried girls are pregnant. ESP in the church today. Even one is too many. Why aren't our children being taught what sin is? Yes, the LORD loves us, HOWEVER he does NOT want us to continue in sin! To continue in sin grieves the Father, but also the Holy Spirit. Eph 4:30  And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
Go back to Eph 4, read what sin is. Our children need to be taught.

Hello all, for those of you that have been praying for my family because of the death of my grandson, Tyler, again THANK YOU! The last 2 Saturdays have been pretty rough, but comforting. There were 2 celebrations of life held for him, on in WI, where he last lived with his dad, and the other in MN where my son and Tyler's mom live. His dad, and both Pastors spoke of him receiving Jesus as his savior. So in that I am comforted. Knowing I'll see him again, thank you LORD! God bless every one of you for you love and prayers.

Don't think for one second that this section of scripture is for the Church in Philadelphia only. Look what they did. They KEPT HIS WORD. Are we to be treated any differently? What He does for one, He does for another. We keep His word and DO IT, we are rewarded with His blessings on us.

Thank you, everyone, that has been praying for my family. Personally, I have felt so much peace and comfort. Today the Medical Examiner identified my grandson, through dental records, that he was absolutely one of the 2 killed in that crash. My son and daughter are now working on getting his body home. Thank you for continued prayer as we go through the celebration of life, as well. Please know that as you have prayed for my family I pray for yours as well. God bless each one of you.
