- Awit 34:8
3 KATOTOHANAN KUNG BAKIT MABUTI ANG DIOS:

    1. Mabuti Siya sa lahat ng panahon.
Hindi paiba-iba ang kabutihan Niya. Kahapon, ngayon, at magpakailanman. Lamentations 3:22-23

God is good, all the time!

  • GOD'S WORD IS MEDICINE FOR OUR SOUL

    2. PINAPALAKAS NITO ANG MAHINANG ESPIRITU
    Parang vitamins. Araw-araw kailangan natin.
"Sinugo Niya ang Kanyang salita at pinagaling sila." - Awit 107:20

  • REST IN GOD'S PRESENCE

    2. Embrace - Yakapin ang Katahimikan

    • Maglaan ng quiet time. Off mo muna phone, open mo Bible mo.

    Reminder:
Resting in God isn't being lazy — it's trusting deeply.

  • Change through trials and testing

God does not waste suffering. Every challenge can become an opportunity for spiritual growth. The testing of faith develops perseverance, maturity, and dependence on God.

Throughout Scripture, God consistently used trials to shape His people. Joseph was tested in slavery and prison before becoming a leader. David endured years of hardship before becoming king. Job faced unimaginable suffering and remained faithful. Even Jesus experienced testing and suffering during His earthly ministry.

Trials are often the classroom where God teaches His greatest lessons.

  • fixing our eyes on JESUS

    Hebrews 12:2
Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

  • honestly the best way to know Him is to read what the Bible says. If you’ve got 10 minutes, start with these verses. Each one shows a different piece of who He is:

    1. Jesus is God who came near
John 1:1, 14 — “The Word was God… The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.”

Colossians 1:15-17 — “He is the image of the invisible God… all things were created through him and for him.”

    2. Jesus is Savior
John 3:16-17 — “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son… to save the world through him.”

Romans 5:8 — “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

    3. Jesus is King who conquered death
Luke 24:6-7 — “He is not here; he has risen!” Revelation 1:17-18 — “I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever!”

    4. Jesus is Friend + Helper
John 15:15 — “I have called you friends” • Matthew 11:28 — “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

    5. Jesus is the Way to God
John 14:6 — “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Who Christ is to you paves the way to your eternal habitation.

    RACIAL RECONCILIATION AND JUSTICE

    Introduction:
Racial injustice and the legacy of racism continue to be pressing issues in our world and our churches. As Christians, we are called to be agents of reconciliation and to actively work towards racial justice and equity.

    Key Points:
    1. THE BIBLICAL FOUNDATION FOR RACIAL RECONCILIATION
Bible Verses: Genesis 1:26-27, Acts 17:26, Ephesians 2:14-16, Revelation 7:9
The gospel message of redemption and reconciliation extends to people of every race, tribe, and nation.

    2. THE HISTORY AND ONGOING REALITIES OF RACISM
Racism has a long and complex history, including the horrors of slavery, segregation, and systemic discrimination. While progress has been made, racism and its devastating effects continue to impact individuals, communities, and institutions.

    3. THE CALL TO RACIAL JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION
    Bible Verses: Micah 6:8, 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, Galatians 3:28
As followers of Christ, we are called to be agents of reconciliation, working to dismantle racism and promote justice, equity, and unity within the body of Christ and in our broader communities.

    4. PRACTICAL STEPS TOWARD RACIAL RECONCILIATION
There are many practical ways we can engage in the work of racial reconciliation, such as educating ourselves, building cross-cultural relationships, supporting minority-owned businesses, and advocating for policy changes.

    CONCLUSION
Racial injustice and the legacy of racism are deeply woven into the fabric of our society, and as Christians, we have a responsibility to confront these realities with courage, compassion, and a commitment to biblical justice.

  • Everyday, we face countless choices. And what we choose is who we become. So ano ang dapat nating gawin? Choose wisely. Choose what's right in God's sight.

    Kahit mahirap.

  • Growth Often Happens During Uncomfortable Transitions

    Explanation:
Transformation rarely happens in comfort zones. God often allows change to stretch our faith and develop spiritual maturity. The process may feel painful, but growth is taking place beneath the surface.

    Key Verse:
1 Peter 4:12-13: "Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed."

    Example:
A caterpillar must go through the discomfort of the cocoon before becoming a butterfly.

  • Satan's Plot; Christ's Prayer

"And the Lord said, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren."
    Luke 22:31-32 (KJV)

Satan has a plan for you — to shake you, to sift you, to break your faith.
But take heart: Christ has a prayer for you.

Before Peter ever denied Jesus, Jesus was already praying for him. He didn’t pray that Peter would avoid the trial... He prayed that his faith wouldn’t fail through it.

Whatever you’re facing today — temptation, doubt, failure — remember this: The enemy may have a plot, but your Savior has a prayer. And His prayers never fail.

When God brings you through it, don’t keep it to yourself. Like Peter, strengthen your brothers and sisters with your testimony.

What trial are you trusting Jesus to carry you through right now? Drop a below if you’re standing on His prayer today.

  • *The Test of Solomon: Wisdom, Wealth, and the Heart*
    1 Kings 3–11

Solomon’s story is basically a case study in how success itself becomes the test. God gave him 3 things people chase most: wisdom, wealth, and power. What happened next shows what those gifts do to the heart.

    1. The Test of Wisdom

The setup: God appears to Solomon in a dream and says, _“Ask for whatever you want me to give you.”_ 1 Kings 3:5

Solomon could’ve asked for long life, victory over enemies, or riches. Instead he asks: _“Give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong.”_ 1 Kings 3:9

He passed: God was pleased. He gave Solomon wisdom beyond anyone before or after him, _plus_ the things he didn’t ask for — wealth and honor. 1 Kings 3:12-13

Famous example: The two women fighting over one living baby. Solomon’s solution — “Cut the baby in half” — exposed the real mother’s heart. 1 Kings 3:16-28

The lesson: Wisdom isn’t about IQ. It’s about a heart that wants to judge rightly and serve others. Solomon started strong because his heart was humble: _“I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties.”_ 1 Kings 3:7

    2. The Test of Wealth

The blessing: Solomon became ridiculously wealthy. Gold, silver, trade, tribute from nations. 1 Kings 10:14-29. He built the Temple, his palace, fleets of ships. Israel had peace and prosperity like never before.

He started failing: Deuteronomy 17:16-17 warned Israel’s kings: don’t multiply horses, wives, or silver/gold for yourself. Solomon did all three.

700 wives, 300 concubines — many from foreign nations
Horses from Egypt — symbol of military self-reliance
Gold hoarding — 666 talents per year

The lesson: Wealth isn’t evil, but it tests your trust. Will you depend on God or on what you’ve stored up? Solomon’s wealth slowly shifted his security from God to his own kingdom.

    3. The Test of the Heart

*Where he finally failed*: _“As Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to the Lord his God.”_ 1 Kings 11:4

He built high places for Chemosh, Molek, and Ashtoreth so his wives could worship. The wisest man on earth did the most foolish thing — split his heart.

*God’s response*: _“Since this is your attitude... I will most certainly tear the kingdom away from you.”_ 1 Kings 11:11. The kingdom split under his son Rehoboam.

*The lesson*: You can have wisdom and wealth, but if your heart drifts, you lose it all. Solomon wrote Proverbs 4:23 — _“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”_ He knew the truth, but didn’t guard it in himself.

    3 Takeaways for Today

    1. Wisdom is tested by humility - When you’re given influence, do you use it to serve or to be served?
    2. Wealth is tested by worship - Do your resources make you depend on God more, or less?
    3. The heart is tested by devotion- What you love most will direct your wisdom and your wealth.

Solomon started by asking for a listening heart. He ended with a divided heart. The test wasn’t whether he could get wisdom and wealth. It was whether they’d keep him close to God.

Solomon’s solution — “Cut the baby in half” — exposed the real mother’s heart. 1 Kings 3:16-28 The lesson: Wisdom isn’t about IQ. It’s about a heart that wants to judge rightly and serve others. Solomon started strong because his heart was humble: _“I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties.”_ 1 Kings 3:7 ✅2. The Test of Wealth The blessing: Solomon became ridiculously wealthy. 700 wives, 300 concubines — many from foreign nations Horses from Egypt — symbol of military self-reliance Gold hoarding — 666 talents per year The lesson: Wealth isn’t evil, but it tests your trust. Will you depend on God or on what you’ve stored up? Solomon’s wealth slowly shifted his security from God to his own kingdom. ✅3. The Test of the Heart *Where he finally failed*: _“As Solomon grew old, his wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to the Lord his God.”_ 1 Kings 11:4 He built high places for Chemosh, Molek, and Ashtoreth so his wives could worship. 📌3 Takeaways for Today 1. #Solomon #Wisdom #Wealth #heart

  • So don’t live according to your feelings. Rest assured, the Lord has a plan for you. If you remain in faith, He will make things happen for you.

  • Salvation, life, material possessions, and everything else we have right now are undeserved.
They are all because of God's grace.

  • Even when you cannot trace His hand, you can trust His heart.

He is already working behind the scenes, aligning things in ways you cannot yet see.

As promises in Isaiah 43:19, He is making a way—even in the wilderness.

  • To ‘BE STILL’ means to rest in Christ’s presence despite of the terrible things happening around you. To ‘BE STILL’ means to acknowledge who Christ is and trusting that He is in control.

It’s not going to be easy. But having an awareness of Christ’s presence will make things easier and make your burdens lighter. That’s a promise.

  • Jesus has a unique, perfect, and special plan just for you. It’s not the same as everyone. He works in different ways, different timing — because He knows what is BEST for you.
