You can have absolute assurance that God can and will turn things around for you just as He did for Solomon, because God’s character, power, and covenant love have not changed. The same divine hand that shifted the kingdom to Solomon is actively working on your behalf today.

Solomon’s turnaround was based on an earthly kingdom and a temporary throne. As a believer, your assurance is anchored in Jesus Christ, which gives you access to a "better covenant established on better promises" (Hebrews 8:6). You aren't just fighting for an earthly position; you are already an heir to the riches of God's grace. If God orchestrated political history to put Solomon on a throne, He will without doubt move heaven and earth to fulfill His destiny for your life. This is your day.

Days of adversity are tough times we sometimes find ourselves. It is how you handle such times that will stay with you for a long time. Tough times don’t change people but reveal who they are. Therefore, you need to handle every tough time wisely.

Encourage yourself in the Lord as David did when he was faced with the toughest time of his life. (1Samuel 30:6). This is the therapy that will make you outlast tough times. Don’t just pray, talk to yourself, tell yourself, “The Lord is my light and my salvation, He is the strength of my life; no weapon formed against me shall prosper; I am the head and not the tail; the Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; I am a stone in Zion, whoever and whatever dare falls on me will be broken and whatever and whoever I fall on shall be grounded into powder.” It is not a time to give up but to stand firm. This is your day.

Buy the truth as concerning your future. The future is not about a time to come; it is a process you follow to enter your tomorrow. The future does not come; you enter it by the steps you take from today. The future belongs to those who use their mind to design what should happen after today. It is not enough to be prayerful about the future; you must be mindful of it as well.

Buy the truth applicable to your future with today’s currencies. A future that is not bought is a future that will not be entered. The principal currency is vision. You need an eye into the future to catch the vision of your life. If you are too settled in your present state, your status cannot change. You need to catch a vision of a better world you have never known. This is your day.

Departure from the Familiar
The LORD had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father's family, and go to the land that I will show you. Genesis 12:1 (NLT)

We cannot arrive at the place where destiny is waiting for us until we depart from the ‘familiar’. The familiar is like comfort zone that gives us a false sense of security. Where you are now is just a path or passage to your purpose, you must not turn it into a prison.

The familiar is what you are used to that may be using you up emotionally, mentally or spiritually. It is what you are conversant with that may be cancelling the new things ahead of you. The familiar is what you are boasting about that may be blinding you to newer and greater things that lie ahead. It could also be who you are with that may be blocking who you should be; a hindrance to your true destiny. If Abram could depart and had progress (Genesis 12:4), you too can today. This is your day.

You are right at the centre of God’s love when you allow it to condition your life. It happens when His love is in your thoughts, your words, and your actions. You remain there by allowing it to determine your decisions and be the reason for your actions. When love is always the reason, failure will always be a stranger and an alien to every sphere of your life.

Paul was so enmeshed in the love of God that he wondered aloud in Romans 8:35 “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? He was completely lost in the love of God that is in Christ! Those who are lost in His love are the ones easily located for the kind of lifting, rising and shinning their ears never heard, their eyes never seen, and their hearts never imagined! (1Corinthians 2:9). This is your day.

Truth spoken in the heart can never produce lie in the mouth. Honesty of intention and action starts from the heart and manifests through a well-ordered life. There are no degrees of honesty; the only way to be free is to be a person of truth. The beauty and power of truth spoken is that you never have to remember it because truth is always the same, anytime, anywhere.

Truth will win any argument if you stick with it long enough. Truth is one thing for which there is no known substitute. There is no acceptable replacement for honesty; there is no valid excuse for dishonesty, and nothing stinks like lie. It may seem that a lie can take care of the present, but it has no future. Speak it for life is dull without it. This is your day.

You need to stay alert and be on watch. The target of the enemy is the seasons of your life knowing well that every activity relates to timings for their happening. He will attempt to restrict your future by putting you in constant fear. Therefore, resist by faith whatever and whoever tries to limit your tomorrow in words, action, or intention.

If the enemy fails in that attempt, he will seek to rob you of your present either in your thoughts by planting evil imaginations in your mind or in the words of men to disempower you and weaken your faith. Be sensitive and resist him! If he could not limit your future or disorganize your present, he will go ferociously like a dog for your past. He will open memories to make you miserable and past reproaches to birth new regret. As you resist, you will rise, and your star will shine brighter. This is your day.

The Lord did not invite us to ask, seek or knock for things only, but also for answers to questions of life confronting us daily. It is asking such questions that powers us to take actions of faith. It is to such questions that He is committed give answers.

It is questions like what it will take you to take delivery of what He has for you. What steps you need to take to withdraw what heaven has confirmed cannot be withheld from you (Proverbs. 3:27, 28). How you must be positioned to possess what heaven has for you. What you need to know more so as to be known for what you are doing. How to serve the Lord in a way that He will be pleased with you and it will affect His kingdom. And finally, what you must walk away from to strengthen your walk with God. He will answer by showing and leading you. This is your day.

Rejection is not what happens to us, but how we interpret what happens to us. It is how we view ourselves in relation to others. Are we so insecure that we cannot handle being neglected or ignored?! Some people are devastated when they are not accepted. Some people are mean to everyone. They make life hard for others. You have a choice. You can accept their rejection or reject it.

The remedy for rejection is finding freedom in God’s acceptance of you, not in others’ acceptance. You must recognize the fact that God accepts you. Shake off your rejection and look for new opportunities. Although you may not become friends with those who reject you, God wants you to be at peace with them. (Romans 12:18). This is your day.

It is where the mind is set that one’s life will go. It is the state of your mind that will determine the kind of life you will live. Your worth, relevance, and placement are by-products of your mind-set. A negative mind will never produce a positive life and a mind that is fearful can never live victoriously. A timid mind cannot produce triumphant life. It is what you accommodate in your mind that will be actualized in your life.

Whatever you allow to happen in your mind will happen in time. Whatever you make room for in your mind, will give you your space in your world. Setting your mind is about pondering, reflecting or meditating on the promise of God and your goals. When you pray, one thing you must come out with is a new dream, a new vision, and a new mindset. People are insecure, give them confidence. They are feeling hopeless; they desire a better tomorrow, show them hope by encouraging them. They are confused because they lack understanding of their situation, listen to them and provide guidance that you could. The statement of Jesus above is principally to redirect our attention from problems of life to purpose. He is instructing us to stop running from problems; the things we don’t want in life to what He has made most important. That is, purpose.

Stop running from your problems and start running to God’s purpose in your life. As you do, because God knows where you are, He can cause anybody in the world that must know to know. Because He knows your need, He can place that need on the heart of anybody He chooses to use. Because He knows your gift or talent, He can connect you with those who desperately need it. Most importantly, make the increase of His kingdom your primary and major pursuit. As you do, you become more acceptable in His sight and highly favoured in the sight of men. This is your day.

It is your level of focus that will determine your level of placement as no great destiny emerges without focus. Focus means to be totally committed or absorbed in a specific assignment. It is the ability to gaze unwaveringly into every issue at hand without distractions. Focus does not come naturally, yet it is essential for anyone who wants to fulfill his or her life assignment. Talent with focus directs you and this has the potential to take you far. Take time today to reflect on all you must be thankful for. Take time to think, and you will undoubtedly thank God more. Dwight L. Moody said, “Be humble or you’ll stumble.” There is a close relationship between pride and ingratitude for a proud man is seldom grateful; he never thinks he gets as much as he deserves. When you live a life of gratitude, you are on the path of greatness because great people are always grateful. Thankful words do not cost much, yet they accomplish so much. This is your day.

Stay Calm

The Almighty has not changed. Whatever we know of Him from the Scriptures, He is still today. God still fights for His own! He has several ways He takes over the battle from any of His beloved and decides His own strategy. One way He fights for you is to trouble your enemy. (Exodus 14:24-25). He will do it by overthrowing every stubborn pursuer of His purpose in your life. Or appear in a dream by night to frighten whoever has taken what rightfully belongs to you and command such to restore to you fully. (Genesis 20:2-7).

God can take over the conflict against you by causing your enemy to hear a terrifying noise. (2 Kings 7:5-7). The Syrian army that encamped against Judah fled when God turned the approach of four lepers to sounds of chariots and noise of horses! He can give your enemies dreams that will terrify them. (Judges 7:13-14). He can cause them to destroy each other. (2 Chronicles 20:23-24). Stay calm. The Man of War 'has your back!' This is your day.

Problems are the prices of progress; to make progress, you must face problems. The obstacles of life are intended to make us better not bitter; stronger not strugglers, smarter not smaller. Adversities have advantages. Challenges carry changes within them.

Obstacles are merely a call to strengthen, and not to quit. Between you and anything significant will be giants in your path; be ready to face them! Any path you find with no resistance is a trap in disguise. If you like things easy, you will have difficulties. If you like problems, you will succeed. The biggest successes are the ones who solve the biggest problems. Joseph solved the problem of Egypt and became a governor. David killed the giant tormenting Israel and became the king. Every problem you face is simply an opportunity for you to be your best. This is your day.

The might the Holy Spirit strengthens us with internally is not just for our use, but much more to reveal the Almighty whose Spirit dwells in us and affect or change the lives of others around us. It is not just about changing our life; it is more of raising us as a life-changers. We are empowered to operate as “saviours” as prophesied in the scriptures. (Obadiah 1:21).

The Holy Spirit manifests in our lives with the aim of drawing lost souls to the kingdom through the transformation and life-changing experiences we witness time and again. The kingdom is the highest priority of God. (Matthew 6:33). It is the first plea in the Lord’s prayer (Matthew 6:10). The kingdom comes on earth when a soul comes to Christ through you! That salvation brings an increase or profit and fulfils the purpose of the might you are strengthened with by the Spirit. This is your day.

There are blessings that motivate us to be kind. Treating people with kindness will help us keep our heart and attitude running in the right direction. Otherwise, we can easily become selfish and indifferent towards others. Christian kindness is tender-hearted. If the heart is hard on the inside and the manners are meek and polite and helpful on the outside, it is not Christian kindness. The idea behind "tender-hearted" is that our insides are easily touched.

Kindness causes us to act by words or deeds to help meet the needs and concerns of others, even of those who don’t deserve it. That’s the kindness God extends to us – He forgives, shows us favour, and helps us even though we don’t deserve it. Be encouraged to intentionally perform acts of kindness every day. This is how we are to treat others. It is a key to living the Christian life – being kind! So why not be kind and watch the blessings flow! This is your day.

Pursue Purity

One major attribute that will attract people to you is the state of your heart; how pure it is. Moral purity is like an aroma, a fragrance that releases the beauty of God’s holiness. If we are to succeed by faith, we must also live a corresponding life of purity and holiness. Purity is vital to faith. There cannot be faith in the heart unless there is holiness in the life.

You pursue purity by exposing your conscience constantly to the Word of God. As you do, your heart grows strong and insists on doing right, condemns wrongdoing, causes remorse over sin and rewards righteousness with peace. Your inward purity which is reflected in your outward action singles you out for favour where others are rejected. Purity has to do with moral discipline that starts from self. No matter how gifted you are, your gift will never reach their maximum potential without the application of self-discipline. This is your day.

Confidence is not something you have; it is something you build that makes you open to a fresh flow of ideas and accommodating for inspirations. It is nothing more than a belief in yourself. A feeling of certainty that you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to do. It means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control over your life.

Building confidence is not about knowing it all but about trusting that no matter what happens in any situation, you will be able to handle it and learn from the outcome. Therefore, learning is the beginning to building a confident lifestyle. And learning has to do with a commitment to growth through self-improvement. Good to know that no life is remembered for what was started, rather, for what was finished. This is your day.

Keeping your purpose in view powers you to easily predict the outcome of some steps you intend to take. Rehearsing it announces you easily among many. The Lord Jesus never stopped making all and sundry know His purpose for coming. Even Paul, who starts every of his epistles with what God has called him to do. Purpose stays in people’s memory more than personality. Purpose attracts preference. It was recognition of purpose that distinguished Daniel among his contemporaries. Divine Guidance
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will guide you with My eye. Psalm 32:8 (NKJV)

Guidance is about locating God’s leading and following it. God advances us by guiding us. It is His guidance that makes us great. We are not great by trials; we are great by His continual guidance. We triumph by His guidance. It is the light of His guidance that makes our paths to shine brighter. It is His leading that makes us leaders. You cannot be led by God and be left behind.

When you re guided, sweat is eliminated. People will not see your sweat or your struggles, but they will look at you as an amazement and wonder! When you are guided by God, people will begin to say they don’t know what you are using. You are using guidance! Though they don’t see your sweat, they cannot deny your effect. Those who are committed to divine guidance get God committed to divine provision. This is your day.

Loving the Word of God
Oh, how I love Your law! it is my meditation all the day. Psalm 119:97 (NKJV)

Four steps to loving the Word start with trusting the God of the Word. If you don’t really regard God as fully and entirely trustworthy, you will not love hearing Him speak to you. The second step is studying the Word. If God’s Word really is true, then you ought to commit yourself to be a diligent student of the Word through reading, memorizing, meditating, and embracing it with your mind as well as your hearts.

The third step is using or applying the Word. It is one thing to believe and know the Word, it is another thing to rely on it for direction, counsel, strength, light in the darkness, victory, and comfort in affliction. The Bible is a living book. It is the ‘place’ where the God of the universe meets with us and manifests Himself to us. The fourth step is obeying the Word. The Word is commandment to obey, promise to claim and truth to believe. Anyone who claims he loves God but despises His Word is living a life of contradiction. This is your day.

No Regret

Regret is the consequence of unresolved issues that fester in the soul. It saps the strength and keeps one from productivity and progress in the pursuit of purpose. Regret of the past is what brings reproach in the future. You must let go and let God!

Yesterday ended last night. Today, it is more valuable to look ahead and prepare than to look back and regret. Regret ‘looks’ back. Worry ‘looks’ around. Vision ‘looks’ up. Life can be understood backward, but it must be lived forward. Apostle Paul had reasons for regrets but learnt to focus on the future by “forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before” (Philippians 3:13). Dreams of the future are more valuable than the history of the past. This is your day.

Prayer: Almighty God, I stand by the power of Your Spirit and break agreement with the spirit of shame, guilt, and constant looking back. Your Word says there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus, I claim that promise right now. Wash my heart clean. Help me to learn the lessons from my past without living trapped inside of it in Jesus’ name.

Choices and Changes
Who are those who fear the Lord? He will show them the path they should choose. Psalm 25:12 (NLT)

Choices determine destiny. The ability to make a choice is a gift God has given every living human being. Every choice you make acts as a building block for life changes. Small daily decisions compound into major life transformations, shaping your health, career, and happiness over time. Choosing short-term comfort can lead to long-term struggle, while discipline brings future rewards.

Everything in life reflects the choices you make in life. If you have chosen something, you will consequently get the results that will adhere to it. If you have made bad choices in the past, you can turn to God in repentance to resist future temptation. Life is too short to allow yourself to be an inmate in the prison of bad choices and weak decisions. Be guided by the Word and the Spirit in making your choices. This is your day.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, grant me the wisdom to make righteous choices and the courage to embrace the changes they bring. Clear my mind of doubt, still my anxious thoughts, and align my heart with Your perfect will so I may walk forward with peace and absolute trust in Your guidance in Jesus’ name.
