The Kitchen Newsletter
Good day, friends.
This is The Kitchen. On this platform, we explore, prepare and serve the contents in the Body of the Word as the delicacies of God — to create the form of the Father on earth, make the earth in his likeness and to take charge of the economic destinies of nations for God.
Relax. Breathe. Let us journey through the Scriptures together and behold the Body of the Word.
Today, I want us to see something profound.
In Revelation 1:1–2, we are introduced to the revelation of Jesus Christ. Then from verses 12–17, John turns to see the voice speaking to him. What he sees is not a scroll. Not symbols alone. Not abstract prophecy.
He sees a Person.
“Someone like the Son of Man…
Dressed in a robe reaching to His feet…
A golden sash around His chest…
Hair white like wool…
Eyes like blazing fire…
Feet like bronze glowing in a furnace…
A voice like rushing waters…
A sharp double-edged sword from His mouth…
His face like the sun shining in all its brilliance.”
And John fell at His feet as though dead.
Why?
Because the Word of God is not ink on a page.
The Word of God is not mere sound.
The Word of God is a living Person.
And that living Person has a Full Body; the image of the invisible God.
Hebrews 1:3 tells us:
“The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being.”
So when you see the Body of the Word, you are seeing the invisible God made visible.
The invisible Father has expressed Himself in a Body.
The Body of the Word as the Face of God
The Body of the Word is the face of God.
To see the Father, you look at the Body of the Word.
Jesus Himself said in John 17:26:
“I have made You known and will continue to make You known…”
His responsibility has always been to reveal the Father — and He is still doing it today through His Body.
Every detail description in Revelation 1 is not decorative language.
It is revelation language.
Each body part is a detail description of the beauty of God.
Songs of Solomon 2:14 says:
“Let me see your face, for your face is lovely.”
The Body of the Word is full of desirable qualities.
And to be beautiful means to be full of desirable qualities. Each detail unfolds the beauty of the Father.
And as Psalm 119:130 says:
“The unfolding of Your words gives light.”
When these descriptions unfold, they generate light.
2 Corinthians 4:6 explains that this light is:
“The light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.”
The Body of the Word is a generator of revelation.
The face shining like the sun tells us that the entire Body produces divine light.
Blazing Fire and the Aggressive Hunger of the Father
John said:
“His eyes were like blazing fire.”
Ezekiel also saw Him full of fire from waist up and waist down.
Fire here is a figure of speech.
Fire speaks of intensity.
Fire speaks of appetite.
Fire speaks of aggressive hunger.
The Body of the Word as blazing like fire reveals the aggressive hunger of the Father.
God is not passive.
God is not indifferent.
He burns.
And what is He burning for?
His Food.
The One and Only Food of God
In Exodus 25:30, God commanded:
“Put the bread of the Presence on the table before Me at all times.”
At all times.
Continually.
This bread was prophetic.
Because in John 6, Jesus declared:
“I am the bread of life.”
“I am the living bread that came down from heaven.”
“My flesh is real food.”
“My blood is real drink.”
The Bread of the Presence before the Father at all times is the Body of the Word.
The Body of the Word is the one and only food of God.
Even the Song of Solomon 7:2 reveals the contents in the stomach of the Father:
“Your navel is a rounded goblet that never lacks blended wine;
your waist is a mound of wheat…”
Wheat and wine.
Bread and drink.
Flesh and blood.
The stomach of the Word reveals the appetite of the Father.
The contents reveal the food of God.
The Father’s hunger is satisfied in one thing alone:
The Body of the Word.
The blazing fire is His hunger.
The bread is His food.
The wine is His drink.
The face is His revelation.
From the tabernacle to Revelation.
From the altar to the cross.
From Exodus to John.
The message is consistent:
The Body of the Word is the Image of the Invisible God.
The Body of the Word is the Face of the Father.
The Body of the Word is the Aggressive Hunger of the Father.
The Body of the Word is the Eternal Food before Him.
Amen.
Father, thank You for revealing Yourself to us through the Body of Your Word. Thank You for showing us Your beauty, Your hunger, and Your eternal appetite. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
