KISORO COMMUNITY CHURCH/ Sunday Service Jesus’ Power and Authority (Mark 16:16–18) In Gospel of Mark 16:16–18, Jesus said that those who believe in Him will be followed by signs, wonders, and miracles. Jesus was not giving us another person—He was giving us Himself. He was giving us His nature, His power, and His authority. The same authority that worked in Him is the same authority He has entrusted to us. If we truly believe in Him, signs and wonders will follow us. Jesus came from the lineage of Abraham, and the Scripture says, “I will bless you, and through you all nations—north, south, east, and west—will be blessed.” When Jesus spoke these words, He knew what would make us strong and unique.
