The Kitchen Newsletter
Good day friends,
The Kitchen explores, prepares and serves the contents in the Body of the Word as the delicacies of God—to create the form of the Father on earth, make the earth in His likeness, and to take charge of the economic destinies of nations for God.
Relax, and let's journey through the scriptures to see the Body of the Word.
Today, I want to invite you to consider a provocative question:
If God is invisible, how does He make Himself known?
The answer is found in the person of Jesus Christ—the Living Word of God.
The Word Is a Living Person
When the Apostle John received the Revelation of Jesus Christ, he did not encounter a collection of written statements. He encountered a Person.
In Revelation 1:12–17, John turned to see the voice speaking to him and saw One "like a Son of Man" standing among the lampstands. He described His hair, eyes, feet, voice, hands, mouth, and face.
John saw Jesus Christ—the Living Word of God—with the appearance of a man and with a complete body.
Likewise, Ezekiel saw the Son of God seated upon a throne and described His figure as that of a man (Ezekiel 1:26).
This is important because it reveals a foundational truth:
The Word of God is not merely speech. The Word of God is a living Person.
And His Body is the image of the invisible God.
"The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being."
— Hebrews 1:3
To understand the Father, we must look at the Son. To understand the invisible God, we must study the Body of the Word.
Every Description of the Body of the Word Reveals the Father
The descriptions found in Scripture are not random details.
His eyes like blazing fire.
His feet like glowing bronze.
His voice like rushing waters.
His face shining like the sun.
These descriptions are testimonies about who Jesus Christ is.
Jesus Himself declared:
"These are the very Scriptures that testify about Me."
— John 5:39
Every detail of the Body of the Word is a revelation. Every description is a testimony. Every testimony unveils another dimension of the Father.
The Body of the Word is therefore a living library of divine revelation.
The Unfolding of the Body Produces Light
Psalm 119:130 declares:
"The unfolding of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple."
As the descriptions of the Body of the Word are unfolded, light is produced.
What kind of light?
The light of the knowledge of God.
"God... made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ."
— 2 Corinthians 4:6
The more we understand the Body of the Word, the more clearly we understand the Father.
The Body of the Word Is Like Blazing Fire
One of the most striking descriptions in Scripture is found in Revelation 1:14:
"His eyes were like blazing fire."
Ezekiel also testified:
"From what appeared to be His waist up He looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire, and from there down He looked like fire."
— Ezekiel 1:27
This imagery points beyond physical appearance.
It reveals something about God's nature.
The blazing fire speaks of divine passion, intense desire, holy longing, and this is the aggressive hunger of the Father for the Body of the Word.
The Father delights continually in the Body of the Word (Exodus 25:30).
This is why Jesus could declare:
"I am the bread of life."
— John 6:35
"I am the living bread that came down from heaven."
— John 6:51
The Body of the Word is presented as God's bread, God's food, and the object of His delight.
The Garment of God
Another profound insight emerges from the prophetic descriptions of the Body of the Word.
Ezekiel saw Him clothed in fire.
John saw Him wearing a robe.
Daniel described the Ancient of Days with clothing "white as snow" (Daniel 7:9).
The detailed descriptions of the Body of the Word function like the threads from which God's garments are woven.
For example:
"Your lips are like a scarlet ribbon."
— Song of Solomon 4:3
"He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood."
— Revelation 19:13
These images suggest that the Body of the Word is not merely God's revelation—it is also His covering, His visible expression, and His manifested glory.
The Father clothes Himself in the detailed descriptions of the Body of the Word.
The Revelation of the Body of the Word Is a Garment for the Believer
This truth carries a practical implication.
The revelation knowledge of the Body of the Word is itself a garment.
When God counsels the church:
"Buy from Me... white clothes to wear."
— Revelation 3:18
the call is not merely toward outward righteousness, but toward being clothed with the revelation knowledge of the Body of the Word.
Until we are clothed with the knowledge of the Body of the Word, we remain spiritually exposed.
The Father's desire is that His people be dressed in the revelation of the Body of the Word.
How Do We Become Clothed?
The answer is simple:
Feed on the Body of the Word.
Jesus said:
"My flesh is real food and My blood is real drink."
— John 6:55
To feed on the Body of the Word is to listen, learn, meditate, study, and continually receive insights on the Body of the Word.
As we feed, understanding grows.
As understanding grows, light increases.
As light increases, we become clothed.
And as we become clothed, we begin to reflect the likeness of the Father on the earth.
A Final Thought
The invisible God has chosen not to remain hidden.
He has revealed Himself in Jesus Christ.
The Body of the Word is the image of the invisible God.
Every detail of the Body of the Word is a revelation.
Every revelation is light.
Every light unveils the Father.
Therefore, feed on the Body of the Word. Study its descriptions. Meditate on its revelations. Allow its light to clothe your life.
For when we behold the Body of the Word, we are beholding the revelation of the Father Himself.
Father, thank You for the revelation of Yourself through Jesus Christ. Open our eyes to see the Body of the Word more clearly and clothe us with the light of Your knowledge. In Jesus' name. Amen.
