Good day, and welcome to The Kitchen
The Kitchen explores, prepares and serves the contents in the Body of the Word as the delicacies of God—to create the form of the Father on earth, make the earth His likeness, and to take charge of the economic destinies of nations for God.
Relax, and let us journey through the Scriptures to see the Body of the Word.
In Revelation 1:12–17, John the Apostle turned to see the voice that was speaking to him. What he saw was extraordinary. He saw someone like the Son of Man, clothed in glory. His hair was white like wool, His feet glowed like bronze in a furnace, His face shone like the sun, and His eyes were like blazing fire.
John was not simply seeing symbols.
He was seeing Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God.
The Scriptures reveal something remarkable: the Word of God is a living person, has the appearance of a man, and possesses a full body.
Ezekiel saw the same reality when he beheld One seated upon a throne whose figure was "like that of a man" (Ezekiel 1:26).
This means that the Body of the Word is not an abstract idea. It is a living revelation. And according to Hebrews 1:3, the Son is "the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being."
To see the Body of the Word is to behold the image of the invisible God.
Every detailed description of the Body of the Word is therefore a revelation of the Father Himself. Each description represents the whole Body of the Word and simultaneously unveils an aspect of the invisible God.
Consider one of these descriptions:
"His eyes were like blazing fire." (Revelation 1:14)
At first glance, this appears to describe only His eyes. But Scripture teaches something deeper. Every description of a member of the Body of the Word reveals something about the whole person of the Word.
Therefore, the Body of the Word is like blazing fire.
Hebrews 12:29 declares:
"Our God is a consuming fire."
The description of blazing fire is therefore not merely poetic language. It is revelation.
The detailed descriptions of the Body of the Word are themselves Scriptures. They testify about the person of Christ.
Jesus said:
"These are the very Scriptures that testify about Me." (John 5:39)
And these Scriptures can be unfolded.
Psalm 119:130 says:
"The unfolding of Your words gives light."
As the descriptions of the Body of the Word are unfolded, they produce revelation knowledge and understanding of the Father.
For example, blazing fire speaks of "aggressive hunger".
Isaiah 30:27 says:
"His tongue is a consuming fire."
The Father has an intense longing, a deep craving, and an aggressive passion for the Body of the Word. The Body of the Word is continually before Him. (Exodus 25:30)
This is why Scripture presents the Body of the Word as the Father's dining table.
Song of Solomon 7:2 says:
"Your navel is a rounded goblet that never lacks blended wine. Your waist is a mound of wheat encircled by lilies."
Imagine a king seated continually at his prepared table, delighting in the meal set before him. In the same way, the Father delights continually in the Body of the Word.
But the revelation goes further.
The Body of the Word as the aggressive hunger of the Father is also the garment of fire that the Father wears.
Ezekiel repeatedly saw the Word clothed with fire. And Jesus Himself declared:
"Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father." (John 14:9)
The garments of God are formed from the detailed descriptions of the Body of the Word. Every garment reveals something about God's intentions, activities, and abilities.
The garment of fire, however, is not merely fire.
It is the garment of "bright light".
Ezekiel described brilliant light surrounding Him. The fire and the light belong together.
Psalm 104:2 says:
"He wraps Himself in light as with a garment."
Matthew 17:2 adds:
"His clothes became as white as the light."
And Luke 9:29 says:
"His clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning."
This is where the revelation becomes provocative.
The garment of fire is also the garment of "flashes of lightning".
And lightning speaks of one thing: speed.
Lightning moves rapidly. It appears suddenly. It travels with force and momentum.
Revelation 4:5 says:
"From the throne came flashes of lightning."
Daniel 7:9 reveals that the throne of God has wheels and that they were ablaze with fire.
This means something profound:
God's throne is mobile.
The throne of God is not static or immovable. It moves. It advances. It responds. And its movement is characterized by the speed represented by flashes of lightning.
The garment of fire is therefore the garment of mobility and speed.
The Body of the Word is the garment of mobility and speed.
The Father wears this garment as an expression of His intention, activity, and ability.
In simple terms, the revelation is this:
God is not stagnant.
His purposes move.
His intentions move.
His activities move.
His kingdom advances.
And the Body of the Word reveals the divine capacity for movement, acceleration, and swift accomplishment.
The Body of the Word is the garment of fire.
The garment of fire is the garment of brilliant light.
The garment of brilliant light is the garment of flashes of lightning.
And the garment of flashes of lightning is the garment of the mobility and speed of God.
Perhaps the question before us today is this:
What happens when a people become clothed with the Body of the Word?
Could it be that they begin to move with divine purpose, divine mobility, and divine speed?
Could it be that the revelation of the Body of the Word is also an invitation into participating in the movements of God upon the earth?
These are the mysteries that invite us deeper into the knowledge of the Father.
Amen.
