GOD only knows the battles you've never told anyone about.

The tears you cried in silence... The nights you couldn't sleep... The heartbreak you learned to hide... The memories that still hurt... The prayers you whispered when no one else was listening...

God knows every single one of them.

I pray you heal from the things you don't talk about. I pray your heart finds peace. I pray your mind finds rest. I pray your soul finds hope. And I pray you discover that God has been holding you all along.

Psalm 147:3 reminds us: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

You don't have to carry the weight forever. Healing may take time, but with God, healing is possible.
