*MY TESTIMONY: READING THE BIBLE COMPLETELY IN 8 MONTHS
I want to testify to the goodness of God.
This journey of reading the Bible completely has been one of the greatest impacts of my life spiritually, mentally, and even physically.
It was not easy at first. There were days I felt challenged and tired. But I kept asking God to help me. And He did.
The sweetest part for me was learning to communicate with God daily through His Word Waking up, opening scripture, and hearing God speak directly to me became my new normal. That hunger and that fellowship is something I don’t ever want to stop. The Word became alive to me. My faith grew, my understanding deepened, and I felt God drawing me closer.
This journey trained my mind. It gave me focus, discipline, and clarity. On days I felt weak or distracted, the Word brought me back to center. My thoughts became more aligned with God’s truth instead of fear, worry, or confusion. I learned to think like God thinks.
Even my body felt the difference. There was peace in my heart, and peace gives rest. Knowing that God’s Word was guiding me took away anxiety. I slept better, I walked with more confidence, and I carried joy that I can’t explain.
Conquering this feels like a major win. To say “I have read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation” is not by my power, but by God’s grace. It has changed me. And I’m not stopping here.
By God’s help, I’m planning to start again from Genesis but this time, I will not just read. I will study, meditate, and memorize So that anywhere a scripture is mentioned, I can speak it without opening my Bible. I want the Word hidden in my heart.
God has done this, and He will do more.
