  • Mental Toughness

*Mental toughness is choosing the hard thing that makes you better. It is asking better questions. It is learning in public and failing in public and growing in public. It is a teachable spirit that outlasts talent. It is preparation meeting opportunity. It is clarity that comes after obedience. Become the person who does what needs to be done, especially when no one is watching.*

    You Are Not Alone

*You are seen. You are known. You are carried. Every “no” from God is protection for a better “yes.” Every tear is collected. Every silent act of obedience is noticed. You are deeply loved, deeply called, and deeply capable. So take a breath, lift your head, and walk forward. The best chapters are still being written*

    The Wait Is Working

The waiting isn’t wasted. While nothing seems to be happening on the outside, God is doing heavy lifting on the inside. He’s aligning people, opening doors in the spirit, and preparing you for the weight of what you prayed for. Don’t rush what God is ripening. The delay is developing you happening on the outside, God is doing heavy lifting on the inside. He’s aligning people, opening doors in the spirit, and preparing you for the weight of what you prayed for. Don’t rush what God is ripening. The delay is developing you.

    Courage Is A Decision.

*Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s deciding that your purpose is louder than your panic. It’s taking the step while your heart is racing and trusting God with the landing. The brave version of you is on the other side of one obedient “yes.”*

  • ‎*SERMON: THE POWER OF PERSISTENT PRAYER*
    ‎_Date: 1st August 2026_
    ‎_Text: Luke 18:1, James 5:16b_
    (‎Luke 18:1*
_Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up._

    *James 5:16b*
_The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective._)
    ‎---

    ‎*INTRODUCTION*
‎Church, prayer is the lifeline of the believer. God never designed prayer to be an emergency response, but a continuous relationship.

‎Jesus Himself said in *Luke 18:1*: _"And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint."_

‎We live in a world filled with pressure, delay, and spiritual battles. And in times like this, persistent prayer becomes the force that keeps believers standing. Breakthroughs often don’t come to the most gifted, but to the most consistent.

‎*Persistent prayer sharpens discernment, strengthens faith, and pulls the invisible into the visible realm.*

    ‎---

    ‎*1. UNDERSTANDING PERSISTENT PRAYER*
‎Persistent prayer is continual communication with God — *1 Thessalonians 5:17*.

‎It’s a lifestyle of talking to God daily, not only when there is trouble. Like breathing, prayer becomes constant and natural.

‎It is also unwavering prayer in the face of delay or opposition — *Luke 11:5-10*. Jesus emphasized asking, seeking, and knocking.

‎*Key Truth:* Persistent prayer is not about shouting louder, but standing rooted in trust until the answer comes. *Psalm 62:8*

    ‎---

‎*2. WHY PERSISTENT PRAYER IS IMPORTANT*
‎1. *It builds spiritual stamina and endurance* — _Isaiah 40:31_. Those who wait on the Lord renew their strength.
‎2. *It breaks resistance in the spiritual realm* — _Daniel 10:12-13_. Daniel prayed for 21 days. The answer was released on day one, but warfare delayed it.
‎3. *It keeps us aligned with God’s will* — _Matthew 26:41_. It keeps the flesh weak and the spirit sharp.
‎4. *It deepens intimacy with God* — _Jeremiah 33:3_. As we persist, God reveals secrets, guidance, and deep truths.

‎*Key Truth:* Many prayers are answered not because they are long, but because they are consistent.

    ‎---

    ‎*3. BARRIERS TO PERSISTENT PRAYER*
    ‎What weakens our prayer life?
‎1. *Spiritual laziness and inconsistency* — _Proverbs 24:10_
‎2. *Discouragement due to delay* — _Habakkuk 2:3_. Delay is not denial.
‎3. *Distractions and worldly cares* — _Luke 21:34_. A crowded mind kills consistency.
‎4. *Hidden sin* — _Psalm 66:18_. Sin breaks fellowship and drains prayer fire.

‎*Key Truth:* Anything that weakens your prayer life is your real enemy.

    ‎---

‎*4. HOW TO DEVELOP PERSISTENT PRAYER*
‎1. *Set a specific time and place* — _Mark 1:35_. Jesus separated Himself to pray early in the morning.
‎2. *Use the Word of God in prayer* — _John 15:7_. Prayers rooted in the Word carry divine authority.
‎3. *Practice short prayers throughout the day* — _Nehemiah 2:4_. It’s not only long hours but constant communion.
‎4. *Stay filled with the Spirit* — _Ephesians 6:18_. Praying in the Spirit ignites consistency and power.
    ‎5. *Partner with prayer groups/family altars* — _Matthew 18:19_

‎*Key Truth:* Persistence grows when prayer becomes a habit, not a struggle.

    ‎---

‎*5. THE BLESSINGS OF PERSISTENT PRAYER*
‎1. *Open doors and breakthroughs* — _Luke 18:7_. God answers those who cry to Him day and night.
‎2. *Divine strength and victory over battles* — _Ephesians 6:12-13_
‎3. *Transformation of character and spiritual maturity* — _2 Corinthians 3:18_. Prayer changes the believer first before it changes situations.
‎4. *Supernatural peace and stability* — _Philippians 4:6-7_
    ‎5. *Manifestation of long-awaited promises* — _Hebrews 10:36_
‎6. *Fulfillment of prophecy and destiny*

‎*Key Truth: Persistent prayer turns impossibilities into testimonies.*

    ‎---

    ‎*CONCLUSION*
‎Beloved, persistent prayer is the engine of a victorious Christian life. It opens heavens, shifts atmospheres, breaks limitations, and strengthens the believer. Every mighty move of God in Scripture was born from persistent prayer.

‎Today, let us choose consistency over convenience. Let prayer become a lifestyle, not an event.

‎When prayer becomes persistent, breakthroughs become permanent. *God still answers, but He answers those who refuse to give up.*

    ‎Can I hear an Amen? Let’s pray!

  • A Call to Self-Examination
Things the Bible Warns About That Many Christians Still Struggle With
The Bible is not merely a book of rules; it is God's guide for living a life that honours Him and brings spiritual growth. Throughout Scripture, God lovingly warns His people about attitudes and behaviours that can weaken their faith, damage relationships, and hinder their walk with Christ. These warnings are still relevant today.
    1. The Love of Money
    1 Timothy 6:10
The Bible does not condemn wealth itself, but it warns against making money the centre of life. When the pursuit of financial success becomes more important than obedience to God, spiritual priorities begin to fade. God calls believers to be faithful stewards who trust Him above material possessions.
    2. Pride
    James 4:6
Pride often appears in subtle forms such as self-righteousness, arrogance, or the desire for recognition. Scripture teaches that humility attracts God's favour. A humble heart remains teachable, grateful, and dependent upon God's strength rather than personal achievements.
    3. Judging Others
    Matthew 7:1-5
Many believers are quick to identify faults in others while overlooking their own weaknesses. Jesus taught that self-examination should come before correcting others. Genuine spiritual maturity produces compassion, patience, and understanding.
    4. Gossip and Harmful Speech
    Ephesians 4:29
Words have the power to build up or tear down. Gossip, slander, and careless speech can damage reputations and divide communities. God desires that every conversation reflects truth, grace, and love.
    5. Unforgiveness
    Colossians 3:13
Holding onto resentment can become a burden that affects spiritual growth. Forgiveness does not deny the pain of wrongdoing, but it releases the desire for revenge and allows God to bring healing and restoration.
    6. Anxiety and Worry
    Matthew 6:34
Even devoted believers can become overwhelmed by life's uncertainties. Jesus repeatedly taught His followers to trust their Heavenly Father. Faith grows when believers learn to place their concerns in God's hands instead of carrying them alone.
    7. Hearing Without Obeying
    James 1:22
Studying Scripture is important, but spiritual growth occurs when God's Word is put into practice. Christianity is not measured by what we know but by how faithfully we live according to God's truth.
    8. Favouritism
    James 2:1-4
God shows no partiality, yet people often treat others differently based on wealth, social status, appearance, or background. The Gospel teaches that every person possesses value because they are created in God's image.
    9. Sexual Immorality
    1 Corinthians 6:18-20
The Bible calls believers to honour God with their bodies. In a culture that often rejects biblical standards, Christians are challenged to pursue purity, self-control, and relationships that reflect God's design.
    10. Lukewarm Commitment
    Revelation 3:15-16
A lukewarm faith is one that is comfortable with religion but lacks wholehearted devotion to Christ. God desires more than occasional attention; He seeks a sincere relationship marked by commitment, worship, and obedience.
    11. Envy and Jealousy
    Galatians 5:26
Comparing ourselves to others can lead to discontentment and resentment. The Bible teaches believers to celebrate the blessings of others while remaining thankful for what God has entrusted to them.
    12. Bitterness
    Hebrews 12:15
Bitterness often begins as an unresolved hurt but can grow into a destructive attitude. God encourages believers to seek healing, reconciliation, and peace so that their hearts remain free from spiritual poison.
    13. Worldliness
    1 John 2:15-17
Christians are called to live in the world without being controlled by its values. When popularity, pleasure, and personal success become greater priorities than God, spiritual focus is lost.
    14. Hypocrisy
    Matthew 23:27-28
Jesus strongly rebuked those who appeared righteous outwardly while neglecting true obedience inwardly. God values authenticity and desires hearts that genuinely seek Him rather than merely maintaining appearances.
    15. Neglecting Love
    1 Corinthians 13:1-3
Without love, even impressive acts of service, knowledge, and religious activity lose their significance. Love remains the defining characteristic of a true follower of Christ.

Every warning in Scripture reveals God's desire to shape His people into the likeness of Christ. These passages are not given to discourage believers but to help them recognise areas where growth is needed. The Christian journey is one of continual learning, repentance, and transformation.
No believer is perfect, but every believer can grow. God's grace is greater than every failure, His mercy is new every morning, and His Spirit continues to strengthen those who seek Him. The goal is not merely to avoid sin but to become more like Jesus each day.

  • *PRAYER FOR THE POWER OF PERSISTENT PRAYER*

Father, in the name of Jesus,

I thank You because You are the God who hears and answers prayer.

Lord, forgive me for the times I have treated prayer as an emergency and not as a lifestyle. Today I ask for the grace to pray and not to faint — *Luke 18:1*.

Father, build spiritual stamina and endurance in me. Strengthen me like eagles so I can wait on You and not grow weary — *Isaiah 40:31*.
Break every resistance in the spiritual realm against my prayers, my family, and my destiny. Just as You answered Daniel, answer me speedily.

Lord, keep me aligned with Your will. Let the flesh be weak but my spirit be sharp. Draw me into deeper intimacy with You. Reveal Your secrets, Your guidance, and Your truth to me — *Jeremiah 33:3*.

I destroy every barrier to my prayer life: laziness, distraction, discouragement, delay, and hidden sin. Nothing will weaken my prayer fire again.

Teach me to develop the habit of persistent prayer. Help me to set time to seek You, to pray Your Word back to You, and to stay filled with the Holy Spirit. Let prayer become as natural to me as breathing.

Father, I claim the blessings of persistent prayer:
Open doors and breakthroughs. Victory over every battle. Transformation of my character. Your supernatural peace. And the manifestation of every long-awaited promise and prophecy over my life.

Let my impossibilities turn into testimonies.
Let consistency become my portion, not convenience.

Because You still answer those who refuse to give up, I will not give up.
I pray in Jesus’ mighty name.
    *Amen.*

Father, I claim the blessings of persistent prayer: Open doors and breakthroughs. *Amen.*

  • *SERMON: THE POWER OF PERSISTENT PRAYER*

    _Text: Luke 18:1, James 5:16b_

    *INTRODUCTION*
Church, prayer is the lifeline of the believer. God never designed prayer to be an emergency response, but a continuous relationship.

Jesus Himself said in *Luke 18:1*: _"And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint."_

We live in a world filled with pressure, delay, and spiritual battles. And in times like this, persistent prayer becomes the force that keeps believers standing. Breakthroughs often don’t come to the most gifted, but to the most consistent.

*Persistent prayer sharpens discernment, strengthens faith, and pulls the invisible into the visible realm.*

    ---

    *1. UNDERSTANDING PERSISTENT PRAYER*
Persistent prayer is continual communication with God — *1 Thessalonians 5:17*.

It’s a lifestyle of talking to God daily, not only when there is trouble. Like breathing, prayer becomes constant and natural.

It is also unwavering prayer in the face of delay or opposition — *Luke 11:5-10*. Jesus emphasized asking, seeking, and knocking.

*Key Truth:* Persistent prayer is not about shouting louder, but standing rooted in trust until the answer comes. *Psalm 62:8*

    ---

*2. WHY PERSISTENT PRAYER IS IMPORTANT*
    1. *It builds spiritual stamina and endurance* — _Isaiah 40:31_. Those who wait on the Lord renew their strength.
    2. *It breaks resistance in the spiritual realm* — _Daniel 10:12-13_. Daniel prayed for 21 days. The answer was released on day one, but warfare delayed it.
    3. *It keeps us aligned with God’s will* — _Matthew 26:41_. It keeps the flesh weak and the spirit sharp.
    4. *It deepens intimacy with God* — _Jeremiah 33:3_. As we persist, God reveals secrets, guidance, and deep truths.

*Key Truth:* Many prayers are answered not because they are long, but because they are consistent.

    ---

    *3. BARRIERS TO PERSISTENT PRAYER*
    What weakens our prayer life?
    1. *Spiritual laziness and inconsistency* — _Proverbs 24:10_
    2. *Discouragement due to delay* — _Habakkuk 2:3_. Delay is not denial.
    3. *Distractions and worldly cares* — _Luke 21:34_. A crowded mind kills consistency.
    4. *Hidden sin* — _Psalm 66:18_. Sin breaks fellowship and drains prayer fire.

*Key Truth:* Anything that weakens your prayer life is your real enemy.

    ---

*4. HOW TO DEVELOP PERSISTENT PRAYER*
    1. *Set a specific time and place* — _Mark 1:35_. Jesus separated Himself to pray early in the morning.
    2. *Use the Word of God in prayer* — _John 15:7_. Prayers rooted in the Word carry divine authority.
    3. *Practice short prayers throughout the day* — _Nehemiah 2:4_. It’s not only long hours but constant communion.
    4. *Stay filled with the Spirit* — _Ephesians 6:18_. Praying in the Spirit ignites consistency and power.
    5. *Partner with prayer groups/family altars* — _Matthew 18:19_

*Key Truth:* Persistence grows when prayer becomes a habit, not a struggle.

    ---

*5. THE BLESSINGS OF PERSISTENT PRAYER*
    1. *Open doors and breakthroughs* — _Luke 18:7_. God answers those who cry to Him day and night.
    2. *Divine strength and victory over battles* — _Ephesians 6:12-13_
    3. *Transformation of character and spiritual maturity* — _2 Corinthians 3:18_. Prayer changes the believer first before it changes situations.
    4. *Supernatural peace and stability* — _Philippians 4:6-7_
    5. *Manifestation of long-awaited promises* — _Hebrews 10:36_
    6. *Fulfillment of prophecy and destiny*

*Key Truth: Persistent prayer turns impossibilities into testimonies.*

    ---

    *CONCLUSION*
Beloved, persistent prayer is the engine of a victorious Christian life. It opens heavens, shifts atmospheres, breaks limitations, and strengthens the believer. Every mighty move of God in Scripture was born from persistent prayer.

Today, let us choose consistency over convenience. Let prayer become a lifestyle, not an event.

When prayer becomes persistent, breakthroughs become permanent. *God still answers, but He answers those who refuse to give up.*

Can I hear an Amen? Let’s pray!

  • 7 THINGS KILLING YOUR PRAYER LIFE.

    1. Excessive Eating: Eating more than necessary will only weaken your body. You will always feel resistance when the flesh is fed before your spirit.

    2. Sleep: You must train your body to sleep less. Sleep drains your strength to pray because it's another form of feeding your flesh.
Truth is some sleep is also an attack from the enemy. Ask Samson.

"While Men slept, His enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat" Matthew 13:24

    3. Filthiness of the spirit and soul: (Sin)
Pornography, sex chats, impure thoughts etc are killers of your prayer stamina, the truth is, the enemy keeps you in sin because sin keeps you small, every time you wonder why there's stagnation, there's a sin you're stuck in.

    4. Bad Environment: Your environment matters A LOT, Do not be deceived, bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33)
If you sit among gossipers, carnal believers, and perverted minds, It's like Fire hanging around water, your fire will run out.

    5. Poor feeding Habit: If you only feed your spirit man when you feel like it, you only read your Bible when you feel like it.

You will perish due to lack of knowledge.
Draw a timetable for Bible study and prayer, and schedule your day around that timetable

    6. Worry: No Worrier can become a warrior. It is impossible to please God without Faith.

Someone once asked me, "Does God really fail?"
I said yes, God fails where there is no faith, He can't help you. Kill your worries and give life to your prayer.

    7. Distractions of the World: You still engage in worldly activities, you still want to attend their events and listen to their messages. You still want to spend hours and hours watching their entertainment. Occupy your time with Godly activities.

    Shalom!

  • *SERMON TITLE: EPHATHA – BE OPENED*
*Text: Mark 7:34* – _“And looking up to heaven, He sighed and said to him, ‘Ephatha,’ that is, ‘Be opened.’”_

    ---

    *INTRODUCTION*
Church, there are people here who are tired of closed doors.
Tired of closed ears that can’t hear God.
Tired of closed eyes that can’t see opportunity.
Tired of closed wombs, closed businesses, closed destinies.

In Mark 7, Jesus met a man who was *deaf and could not speak clearly*. People brought him to Jesus and begged Him to touch him.
Jesus looked to heaven, sighed, touched him and said one word: *“EPHATHA” – BE OPENED.*

And immediately, his ears were opened, his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly. _Mark 7:35_

Today, that same Jesus is here. And He is saying to every closed area of your life: *EPHATHA – BE OPENED!*

    ---

*3 THINGS THAT CAN BE “CLOSED” IN A PERSON’S LIFE*

*1. CLOSED EARS – UNABLE TO HEAR GOD*
_Mark 7:32_ – The man was deaf.
Many of us are deaf to the voice of God because of sin, noise, and distractions.

*Result:* We miss direction, we miss warnings, we miss blessings.
*Jesus’ Solution:* _Ephatha_ – He opens our spiritual ears. _Revelation 3:20_

    *2. CLOSED MOUTH – UNABLE TO SPEAK/PRAISE/WITNESS*
The man had a speech impediment. He couldn’t testify.
The devil wants to shut your mouth so you can’t pray, praise, or preach.

    *Result:* Bondage, frustration, stagnation.
*Jesus’ Solution:* _Ephatha_ – He looses your tongue to declare His goodness. _Psalm 51:15_

*3. CLOSED DOORS – UNABLE TO ACCESS BLESSINGS*
Beyond the man, there are doors in life that are shut:
Doors of marriage, job, promotion, healing, ministry, breakthrough.

_Revelation 3:7_ – _“He who opens and no one will shut...”_

*Jesus’ Solution:* _Ephatha_ – He is the Key of David.

    ---

*5 KEYS THAT OPEN DOORS WHEN JESUS SAYS “EPHATHA”*

When Jesus says “Be Opened”, He expects us to cooperate. Here are the keys:

    *KEY 1: FAITH*
_Hebrews 11:6_ – Without faith it is impossible to please God.
The people brought the man to Jesus in faith. Bring your case to Him today.
*Prayer:* _Lord, I believe You can open this door._

*KEY 2: PRAYER AND THE WORD*
_Jeremiah 33:3_ – _“Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”_
Closed doors answer to prayer. Jesus Himself looked to heaven before He spoke _Ephatha_.
*Prayer:* _Father, by Your Word, open my ears to hear You._

    *KEY 3: OBEDIENCE*
Like Naaman, God’s instruction may look small. _2 Kings 5:10_
Obey the Holy Spirit’s “small” instruction and the big door will open.
*Prayer:* _Lord, give me grace to obey even in little things._

    *KEY 4: PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING*
_Psalm 100:4_ – _“Enter His gates with thanksgiving...”_
Praise is a master key. Paul and Silas praised, and prison doors opened. _Acts 16:25-26_
*Prayer:* _I will praise You until this door opens._

*KEY 5: THE BLOOD OF JESUS*
_Revelation 12:11_ – We overcome by the blood of the Lamb.
Every satanic lock, every evil padlock on your destiny is broken by the blood.
*Declaration:* _By the blood of Jesus, I command every closed door to be opened!_

    ---

    *PROPHETIC DECLARATION*
As Jesus sighed and said _Ephatha_ to that man, today He is sighing over you.

    I decree:
    1. *Ears that were deaf to God’s voice – BE OPENED!*
    2. *Mouth that was shut from testimony – BE OPENED!*
    3. *Womb that was closed – BE OPENED!*
    4. *Business, career, visa, marriage doors – BE OPENED!*
    5. *Spiritual eyes to see God’s plan – BE OPENED!*
_In the mighty name of Jesus!_

_Isaiah 22:22_ – _“I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David. He shall open, and none shall shut.”_

Maybe you feel like that deaf man – stuck, limited, misunderstood.
Jesus is calling you today. Come to the Cross.

    *PRAYER:*
_Lord Jesus, I come to You. Touch every closed area of my life. Say “Ephatha” over my ears, my mouth, my destiny, and my doors. I surrender to You. Open me by Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen._

    * CHARGE*
Beloved, Jesus is not far. He is looking up to heaven for you right now.
Don’t let shame, pride, or fear keep you bound.

*Your season of “Ephatha” has come.*
What God has opened, no man can shut. _Revelation 3:7_

    *EPHATHA – BE OPENED!*

    Amen.

  • *SERMON TITLE: SMALL STEPS, BIG MIRACLES*
*Text: 2 Kings 5:11* – _“But Naaman went away angry and said, ‘I thought that he would surely come out to me and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, wave his hand over the spot and cure me of my leprosy.’”_

*Theme:* God often hides big miracles in small acts of obedience.

    *INTRODUCTION*
    Good morning, saints.

Naaman was not an ordinary man. He was a *mighty commander* in the army of Syria. He had rank, wealth, and respect. But there was one problem: *leprosy*.

His greatness could not heal him. His money could not buy his miracle. His title could not cover his shame.

So he went to the prophet Elisha expecting drama. He expected the prophet to come out, wave his hand, call on God loudly, and do something spectacular.
But God gave him something else: *“Go wash seven times in the Jordan River.”*

Naaman got angry. Why? Because God’s instruction looked too small for his big problem.

Today, God is telling someone: *Don’t despise small steps. Your big miracle is inside them.*

    ---

*3 TRUTHS ABOUT SMALL STEPS AND BIG MIRACLES*

*1. GOD’S WAYS ARE NOT OUR WAYS*
Naaman had a picture in his head of how God should work. _“I thought He would...”_
But God refused to follow Naaman’s script.

_Isaiah 55:8-9_ – _“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.”_

*Lesson:* God often works through unusual, simple, and humble means.
He used a river, not a stage. He used water, not fire.
Don’t limit God to your expectations. His way may look foolish, but it carries power.

_Boost:_ The same God who fed 5000 with 5 loaves and 2 fish can use your little seed, little prayer, little step to bring a big harvest.

*2. OBEDIENCE IN SMALL THINGS OPENS DOORS FOR BIG THINGS*
Elisha didn’t say “do 100 things.” He said “wash 7 times.”
That’s it. A simple, repetitive, humble act.

But Naaman’s pride almost cost him his healing. His servants had to tell him: _“If the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it?” 2 Kings 5:13_

*Lesson:* When you yield to God’s word in little things, He releases favour, healing, and breakthroughs.
God is testing your heart in the small before He trusts you with the big. _Luke 16:10_

    *Examples:*
    - The widow’s little oil became enough. _2 Kings 4:2-7_
    - The boy’s little lunch fed multitudes. _John 6:9_
    - Naaman’s 7 dips brought complete healing.

_Boost:_ Don’t wait for a “big calling” to obey. Obey the small instruction today and watch God do the big tomorrow.

*3. TRUSTING GOD BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS BRINGS SURPRISE BLESSINGS*
Naaman finally obeyed. He dipped 1...2...3...4...5...6...7 times.
And on the 7th dip, his flesh came back like that of a little child. _2 Kings 5:14_

He didn’t just get healed. He got a testimony that nations would hear.

*Lesson:* When we trust God beyond what makes sense to us, He surprises us with blessings far greater than we imagined. _Ephesians 3:20_

God is not interested in impressing you. He is interested in *healing you, promoting you, and restoring you.*

    *APPLICATION: WHERE ARE WE RESISTING?*
*Reflection Question:* _Where might I be resisting God’s unusual instructions because they do not fit my expectations—and how can I choose obedience in the small things today?_

Maybe God is telling you to:
    1. *Forgive that person* – small step, but it will unlock big peace.
    2. *Pay your tithe and first fruit* – small seed, but it opens big doors.
    3. *Serve in that department* – small service, but it leads to big promotion.
    4. *Pray for 10 minutes daily* – small discipline, but it brings big fire.
    5. *Apologize and reconcile* – small humility, but it restores big relationships.

Don’t let pride or “I thought God would...” rob you of your miracle.

    ---

    *CONCLUSION*
Saints, God’s favour is not always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet.
Sometimes it’s not on a mountain. Sometimes it’s in a dirty river called Jordan.

*Small steps of obedience = Big miracles of God.*

Naaman discovered it. The widow discovered it. The disciples discovered it.
    You can discover it too.

    ---

    *PRAYER*
_Father, thank You that You are the true and living God and that You reward those who honour You. Teach me to obey even in the small things, trusting that Your ways lead to miracles. I believe that as I walk in obedience, You will release favour, healing, and open doors. In Jesus’ name, Amen._

    *Prophetic Declaration:*
From today, I receive grace to obey God’s instructions, no matter how small. My Jordan is about to turn into my miracle. In Jesus’ name.

  • ‎*Bible study Title: The Mystery of Mercy*
‎*Text: Lamentations 3:22-23* – _“It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”_
‎*Theme:* Mercy is God’s kindness we don’t qualify for, but it sustains us, and calls us to extend it to others.

    ‎---

    ‎*Introduction: What Is Mercy?*
‎*Mercy means the timely renewal of Gods compassion*

‎*Mercy is the kindness of God to a man*
‎*A kindness that a man does not qualify for.*
‎*But for God we are not qualified yet he shows us kindness*

‎*Mercy is that kindness of the lord that witholds punishment*

‎*Mercy talks about the forgiveness of sin*
‎*Mercy talks about the release of the suffering of sin*

‎_Boost:_ Just like the air we breathe, mercy keeps us alive when we should have been judged. That’s why the psalmist said _“great is thy faithfulness”_ every morning. Mercy is God’s refusal to give us what we deserve.

    ‎---

‎*1. To Live In Mercy Is To Partner With God*
‎*1= To live in mercy is to partner with the lord who is rich in mercy.. When a man shows mercy he has displayed the nature and character of God*

‎*2= When we show mercy we are only given an offender what he does not deserve, what he is not qualified for..*

‎*Anyone you show mercy you are stronger and more holy than that man (Ephesians 2:4-5)*
‎_“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ”_

‎*Showing mercy can be painful and costly but it is worth it*

‎_Boost:_ Ephesians 2:4-5 shows us God’s pattern. We were dead in sin, but He showed mercy. When you show mercy, you are acting like God. The cross was painful and costly, yet it was worth it. That’s the model of mercy.

    ‎---

    ‎*3 Parts Ways Of Mercy*

‎*1= You must love the ministry of mercy (Micah 6:8)*
‎_“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”_
‎*Any man that must show mercy must begin by loving mercy*

‎_Boost:_ Loving mercy means your heart breaks for people the way God’s heart breaks. Mercy is not a duty. It’s a delight.

‎*2= Learn the ministry of mercy (Luke 6:36)*
‎_“Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.”_
‎*Every man shall know how to be merciful it is a learning process.*

‎_Boost:_ Jesus didn’t say “be perfect first.” He said “be merciful like your Father.” You learn mercy by practicing it — in your home, church, and workplace.

‎*3= You will reap the reward of mercy (Matthew 5:7)*
‎_“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.”_
‎*Therefore if you dont show mercy, no mercy for you. (James 2:13)*
‎_“For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”_
‎*The reward of mercy are for those who has shown mercy*

‎_Boost:_ Mercy is a seed. What you sow to others, God sows back to you in your time of need. The merciful are called “blessed” because heaven backs them.

    ‎---

    ‎*Quick Ways To Show Mercy*
‎*1= Be patient with people... especially mostly those who are not like you.*

‎*2= Always help those who are hurting*

‎*3= Learn to give people a second chance or chances.*

‎*4= Be kind to those who offend you.*

‎*5= Reach out with love to very difficult people*

‎*6= Learn to value relationship over rules.*

‎_Boost:_ Jesus modeled all 6. He was patient with Peter, He healed the hurting, He gave the woman caught in sin a second chance, He was kind to those who crucified Him, He reached out to Zacchaeus, and He chose people over the Sabbath rules.

    ‎---

‎*Conclusion: Mercy Is Heaven’s Restoration Agenda*
‎*Mercy is the restoration agenda for heaven*

‎*The bank of mercy and kindness lent you an overdraft in the time of adversity*

‎*2 Samuel 9:1* – _“And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?”_

‎_Boost:_ David didn’t owe Mephibosheth anything. But for Jonathan’s sake, he showed kindness. That’s mercy. Because of Jesus’ sake, God shows us mercy even in our weakness. Heaven’s agenda is not to destroy you, but to restore you.

    ‎*prayer point*

‎Today, receive the timely renewal of God’s compassion. And ask God: _“Lord, make me a vessel of mercy. Teach me to love mercy, learn mercy, and reap mercy.”_

‎*Bible study Title: The Mystery of Mercy*  ‎*Text: Lamentations 3:22-23* – _“It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”_  ‎*Theme:* Mercy is God’s kindness we don’t qualify for, but it sustains us, and calls us to extend it to others. ‎ ‎--- ‎ ‎*Introduction: What Is Mercy?* ‎*Mercy means the timely renewal of Gods compassion*  ‎ ‎*Mercy is the kindness of God to a man*  ‎*A kindness that a man does not qualify for.*  ‎*But for God we are not qualified yet he shows us kindness*  ‎ ‎*Mercy is that kindness of the lord that witholds punishment*  ‎ ‎*Mercy talks about the forgiveness of sin*  ‎*Mercy talks about the release of the suffering of sin*  ‎ ‎_Boost:_ Just like the air we breathe, mercy keeps us alive when we should have been judged. That’s why the psalmist said _“great is thy faithfulness”_ every morning. Mercy is God’s refusal to give us what we deserve. ‎ ‎--- ‎ ‎*1. To Live In Mercy Is To Partner With God* ‎*1= To live in mercy is to partner with the lord who is rich in mercy.. When a man shows mercy he has displayed the nature and character of God*  ‎ ‎*2= When we show mercy we are only given an offender what he does not deserve, what he is not qualified for..*  ‎ ‎*Anyone you show mercy you are stronger and more holy than that man (Ephesians 2:4-5)*  ‎_“But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ”_  ‎ ‎*Showing mercy can be painful and costly but it is worth it*  ‎ ‎_Boost:_ Ephesians 2:4-5 shows us God’s pattern. We were dead in sin, but He showed mercy. When you show mercy, you are acting like God. The cross was painful and costly, yet it was worth it. That’s the model of mercy. ‎ ‎--- ‎ ‎*3 Parts Ways Of Mercy* ‎ ‎*1= You must love the ministry of mercy (Micah 6:8)*  ‎_“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”_  ‎*Any man that must show mercy must begin by loving mercy* ‎ ‎_Boost:_ Loving mercy means your heart breaks for people the way God’s heart breaks. Mercy is not a duty. It’s a delight. ‎ ‎*2= Learn the ministry of mercy (Luke 6:36)*  ‎_“Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.”_  ‎*Every man shall know how to be merciful it is a learning process.* ‎ ‎_Boost:_ Jesus didn’t say “be perfect first.” He said “be merciful like your Father.” You learn mercy by practicing it — in your home, church, and workplace. ‎ ‎*3= You will reap the reward of mercy (Matthew 5:7)*  ‎_“Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.”_  ‎*Therefore if you dont show mercy, no mercy for you. (James 2:13)*  ‎_“For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.”_  ‎*The reward of mercy are for those who has shown mercy* ‎ ‎_Boost:_ Mercy is a seed. What you sow to others, God sows back to you in your time of need. The merciful are called “blessed” because heaven backs them. ‎ ‎--- ‎ ‎*Quick Ways To Show Mercy* ‎*1= Be patient with people... especially mostly those who are not like you.*  ‎ ‎*2= Always help those who are hurting*  ‎ ‎*3= Learn to give people a second chance or chances.*  ‎ ‎*4= Be kind to those who offend you.*  ‎ ‎*5= Reach out with love to very difficult people*  ‎ ‎*6= Learn to value relationship over rules.* ‎ ‎_Boost:_ Jesus modeled all 6. He was patient with Peter, He healed the hurting, He gave the woman caught in sin a second chance, He was kind to those who crucified Him, He reached out to Zacchaeus, and He chose people over the Sabbath rules. ‎ ‎--- ‎ ‎*Conclusion: Mercy Is Heaven’s Restoration Agenda* ‎*Mercy is the restoration agenda for heaven*  ‎ ‎*The bank of mercy and kindness lent you an overdraft in the time of adversity*  ‎ ‎*2 Samuel 9:1* – _“And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?”_  ‎ ‎_Boost:_ David didn’t owe Mephibosheth anything. But for Jonathan’s sake, he showed kindness. That’s mercy. Because of Jesus’ sake, God shows us mercy even in our weakness. Heaven’s agenda is not to destroy you, but to restore you. ‎ ‎*prayer point*   ‎Today, receive the timely renewal of God’s compassion. And ask God: _“Lord, make me a vessel of mercy. Teach me to love mercy, learn mercy, and reap mercy.”_ ‎ #Son_Of_Man #JesusMustBeenSeen #SaveAsoul #GospelPreacher ‎

  • Dear God, when life doesn't make sense, help me remember that You are still in control. When my plans fall apart, remind me that Your plans have never failed. Give me the faith to keep walking even when I cannot see where the road leads. Let my heart rest in the truth that what You are preparing for me is greater than anything I could ever prepare for myself. Teach me to trust You, not only when life is good, but also when it hurts.

  • Father, there are days when I compare my journey to everyone else's. I wonder why they seem to move forward while I remain in the same place. Today I ask You to free my heart from comparison. Remind me that every life has its own timing and every story has its own purpose. Help me celebrate what You are doing in others while patiently waiting for what You are doing in me.

  • _Lord, I present my body a living sacrifice. Purge me. Sanctify me. Make me a vessel of honor, fit for Your use. I choose the altar over the applause. I choose separation over sensation. Make me the man You can trust with power. In Jesus’ name, Amen._

  • *Sermon Title: The Power of Consecration*
    *Text:* Romans 12:1; 2 Timothy 2:21
*Key Verse:* _“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” – Romans 12:1_
*Theme:* Consecration is the price of entrusted power. God doesn’t anoint talent. He anoints yielded vessels.

    *Introduction: The Reserved Dimensions*
There are dimensions of God that are never entered by talent, intelligence, or desire alone. They are reserved for men who have embraced the life of consecration.

Many long for power, yet few are willing to pay the price of separation. In the Kingdom, power is not pursued — it is entrusted to vessels that have been prepared through obedience and surrender.

*1. Consecration Is A Living Sacrifice*
*Main Text: Romans 12:1* – _“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”_

    *Supporting Scriptures:*
    - *Galatians 2:20* – _“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me”_
    - *Luke 9:23* – _“If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily”_

*Bible Illustration: Abraham on Mount Moriah – Genesis 22:1-18*
God asked Abraham to lay Isaac — his promise, his future, his laughter — on the altar. Abraham didn’t negotiate. He surrendered completely. And because he withheld nothing, God said, _“By myself have I sworn… in blessing I will bless thee.”_

*Truth:* Consecration begins when a man offers himself completely to God. Not part of his time. Not part of his heart. All of him. The altar didn’t accept dead sacrifices — it accepted _living_ ones.

*Application:* What is your “Isaac”? What area of your life have you told God, “Everything but this”? That’s the area holding back the weight of glory He wants to put on you.

*2. Consecration Is Forged In The Secret Place*
    *Supporting Scriptures:*
    - *Psalm 91:1* – _“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”_
    - *Matthew 6:6* – _“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet… and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”_
    - *Luke 5:16* – _“And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.”_

*Bible Illustration: David in the Wilderness – 1 Samuel 22-24*
Before David wore the crown, he lived in caves. Before he led Israel, he was hunted like a criminal. But in the secret place, God shaped his heart. He learned worship when no one was clapping. He learned warfare when no one was watching. The cave produced the king.

*Truth:* The greatest battles are not fought before men, but in the secret place where God shapes character, purifies motives, and builds spiritual capacity. Public power is the result of private purity.

*Application:* If you’re in a season where no one sees you, celebrate. God is not wasting you — He’s forming you. He’s checking your motives before He trusts you with influence.

    *3. Consecration Produces Sanctified Vessels*
*Main Text: 2 Timothy 2:21* – _“If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use.”_

    *Supporting Scriptures:*
    - *1 Thessalonians 4:3-4* – _“For this is the will of God, even your sanctification… that every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour.”_
    - *Isaiah 52:11* – _“Be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.”_

*Bible Illustration: Daniel in Babylon – Daniel 1:8*
Daniel _“purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat.”_ He purged himself from Babylon’s table. Because he stayed sanctified, God made him ten times better than all the magicians. Kings sought him. Nations were shifted through him.

*Truth:* God entrusts His purposes to sanctified vessels. He will not pour costly oil into a cracked, contaminated jar. Purging is painful, but necessary.

*Application:* Consecration will cost you popularity. It will cost you comfort. But it will gain you authority. Ask yourself: Am I useable? Am I sanctified? Am I ready for the Master’s use?

*4. Consecration Is The Pathway To Divine Authority*
    *Supporting Scriptures:*
    - *John 14:30* – _“The prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.”_
    - *James 4:7* – _“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”_
    - *Acts 19:15* – _“Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?”_

*Bible Illustration: Jesus in the Wilderness – Luke 4:1-14*
Jesus returned from 40 days of fasting _“in the power of the Spirit.”_ The devil found nothing in Him to land on. Because He was fully yielded, heaven backed Him fully. Demons obeyed Him. Sickness fled. Storms calmed.

*Truth:* Consecration is not the loss of freedom — it is the pathway to divine authority. The more yielded a man becomes, the more heaven can express itself through him. The devil doesn’t fear gifted men. He fears consecrated men.

*Application:* When you lose your life, you find His life. When you give up your rights, you gain Kingdom authority. Hell recognizes consecration. When a consecrated man speaks, heaven moves.

*Conclusion: The Call To Become The Vessel*
This message unveils the mystery of consecration and why it remains the foundation for lasting impact in the Kingdom. Gifts can take you to the top, but only consecration will keep you there.

It is a call to become the kind of vessel God can trust.

    *Prayer:*
_Lord, I present my body a living sacrifice. Purge me. Sanctify me. Make me a vessel of honor, fit for Your use. I choose the altar over the applause. I choose separation over sensation. Make me the man You can trust with power. In Jesus’ name, Amen._

  • _Father, today I bring You what I’ve called impossible. My bank account, my health, my family, my calling. I repent for limiting You to what makes sense to me. Jesus, look at me now. Speak possibility into every dead place. I believe that with You, all things — ALL things — are possible. In Jesus’ name, Amen._
