A man approached me concerned about his own salvation, worried that he had lost it.

The Word says in Ephesians 2:8-9 - "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."

My friends if you are unworthy to earn your salvation, then how could you possibly be worthy enough to keep it?

I am going to paraphrase something that Voddie Baucham once said, "The only way you can stop being saved, is if God stopped being God."

One Nation Under God

"To truly champion democracy, it is essential to understand its significance. It’s not simply because the populace is always right; history teaches us that decisions can be misguided, as seen in the demand for Barabbas. We defend democracy because, in our imperfect world, no individual should have unchecked power. Therefore, accountability between those who govern and the governed becomes crucial for protecting our freedoms and principles.

It is crucial for the electorate to establish a strong standard to hold our government accountable—one enriched with clear principles of right and wrong. Without this unwavering benchmark, which should stem from a source beyond fluctuating public opinion, we may fall into a "might makes right" mindset. The timeless principles found in God's Word and the values of Biblical justice and compassion provide us with the most dependable protection for the vulnerable and marginalized in our society. Together, let us wholeheartedly commit to upholding these essential ideals for the benefit of everyone!" ... ray mileur

PLEASE PRAY WITH ME - Dear Heavenly Father, we uplift our cherished nation in prayer. We seek Your divine guidance for President Donald Trump and his administration, asking You to give them courage and wisdom. May they lead with justice and compassion, ensuring their actions reflect Your perfect will. We trust in Your unwavering support for them in this journey.

In these challenging times of division and uncertainty, we find solace in Your eternal promises. 2 Chronicles 7:14 inspires us to humble ourselves, pray, and seek Your guidance. Lord, we earnestly desire the restoration of our land and fervently pray for healing throughout our nation. With unwavering faith, we trust in Your ability to bring us together and guide us toward a brighter future.

Dear Lord, unite us as One Nation Under God, where love and truth thrive. We earnestly pray that each citizen's hearts turn toward You, the ultimate source of peace and righteousness. May Your Spirit move mightily within our gatherings, guiding our leaders and each person along the path of righteousness and reconciliation. Bless our policies and politics with the grace and justice of Your kingdom, fostering unity and harmony among us all.

Let us unite to safeguard our nation against division and fear, embracing a spirit of peace in every heart. With deep trust in Your loving guidance, O Lord, we submit to Your authority. In Your mighty name, we confidently pray for strength and unity. Amen.
