Three Angels Broadcasting Network Devotional. Handle With Care. By Jason Bradley June 17th, 2026 “Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” James 4:14 The older I get, the more I realize the fragility of humanity. It is paramount that we view life through an eternal lens as opposed to a temporal one. Each day is a blessing and an opportunity to witness for Christ. Each breath is a gift from God that is handcrafted with purpose. The question is, what are we going to do with the gracious gift that’s been bestowed upon us? What difference will we make in a secular society to help the growth of Heaven’s eternal population? With good information comes the necessity of its application. Imagine receiving instructions that lead to eternal life but acquiescing to the snares of the enemy that lead to eternal death. Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? Yet, more often than not, we become voluntary prey for the predator due to our spiritual negligence. We should constantly evaluate our lives in the mirror of the Holy Scriptures. When the enemy misapplied Scripture to attempt to cause Christ to stumble, Jesus responded with, “It is written.” That should be the position that we take, but in order to do so, we must internalize what is written. The human race and its self-inflicted frailty can be enhanced by Jesus Christ’s perfect strength. In moments of weakness, we should claim Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” The Christian walk requires an immense amount of fortitude, but the beautiful thing is we’re not walking alone. We serve a risen Savior who has overcome the world and its many entrapments. We’ve been granted a gift we don’t deserve because we serve a God who has redeemed us by the blood of the Lamb. It’s hard to fathom a love that is so rich and so pure, yet we have the opportunity to bask in it. “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.” 1 John 3:1. As we navigate through the rough terrain of this world, we are faced with many decisions. Perhaps the most important decision is which road we will take. Will we choose eternal life, or will we default to eternal death? God’s Word makes it clear: “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13–14. Time is short, and our eternal destination hangs in the balance. Nevertheless, God is longing to spend eternity with us. The question is, do our actions reflect our desire to spend eternity with Him?

Every ignored moment is a missed divine opportunity. Today is not ordinary. Today is a gift from God — and how you use it determines your future. 📖 KEY BIBLE VERSES 1. Psalm 118:24 "This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." ➡️ Every day is handcrafted by God. It carries purpose, opportunities, and divine encounters. If you don’t rejoice and engage it, you may miss what God packaged inside it. 2. Ephesians 5:15–16 "Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity..." ➡️ Time is not just passing — it is being spent. Wise people invest their day; foolish people waste it. 3. Proverbs 27:1 "Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring." ➡️ Tomorrow is uncertain. The only guaranteed moment to act, repent, grow, and obey God is today. 4. Hebrews 3:15 "Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts." ➡️ God speaks in the present. Delayed obedience is often disobedience. 🧭 STRUCTURED POINTS 1. TODAY IS A DIVINE OPPORTUNITY Every day carries heaven’s agenda. A prayer you must pray A person you must help A decision that will shape your destiny If you ignore today, you may delay your breakthrough. 2. TODAY IS A TEST OF DISCIPLINE What you do daily determines who you become permanently. Small habits today = Big results tomorrow Neglect today = Regret tomorrow God watches how you use your ordinary days before giving you extraordinary ones. 3. TODAY CAN CHANGE YOUR STORY One day can shift everything. One prayer can open heaven One decision can redirect your life One encounter can transform your destiny Never underestimate the power of a single day. 4. TODAY IS A BATTLE AGAINST PROCRASTINATION Procrastination is a silent destiny killer. “I will pray later” “I will start tomorrow” “I will change someday” That “someday” is the graveyard of many great destinies. 📖 BIBLICAL CASE STUDY The Thief on the Cross (Luke 23:39–43) This man had wasted his life in crime. But in his final day, he made a decision. He said: “Jesus, remember me…” And Jesus replied: “Today you will be with me in paradise.” ➡️ He didn’t have years. He had one moment — and he used it wisely. Lesson: It is never too late… but it must be today. 🛠️ PRACTICAL ACTION STEPS 1. Start your day with God Even 10–15 minutes of prayer and Word can shape your entire day. 2. Set 3 meaningful goals daily Not just activities — purpose-driven actions. 3. Avoid time-wasters Reduce distractions that steal your focus and destiny. 4. Do one act of kindness daily Be intentional about impacting someone. 5. End your day with reflection Ask: Did I use today well? 🌊 DEEP SPIRITUAL INSIGHTS Time is not just physical — it is spiritual currency God measures life not by years, but by usefulness and obedience Delayed obedience can lead to missed divine timing Kairos moments (God’s timing) come disguised as ordinary days. If you waste the day, you may miss the moment. 🤔 QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION 1. Am I using my days wisely or just passing time? 2. What have I been postponing that I must start today? 3. If today were my last day, would I be satisfied with how I lived it? 4. What is God asking me to do today that I’ve been ignoring? 🙏 POWERFUL PRAYER POINTS 1. Father, open my eyes to the value of today in Jesus’ name. 2. Lord, deliver me from procrastination and laziness. 3. Help me to use my time wisely and purposefully. 4. Every opportunity assigned to today, I will not miss it! 5. Grace to act, obey, and grow — release it upon me now! 🚨 STRONG CLOSING CALL TO ACTION Beloved, hear this clearly: You don’t need a new year. You need a new use of today. Stop waiting. Stop delaying.
